Yes, typically that happens if/when you don’t follow the download instructions first (required by Adobe’s servers), before clicking the CC direct links in the table… Doing those first is essential, otherwise it won’t work.
If you’ve followed all the directions but are still having difficulties, then try a different web browser, another computer, or a better/faster Internet connection (use wired instead of Wi-Fi if possible, as it’s more reliable).
Also, make sure you’re not blocking or filtering anything with your browser(s) – like cookies, downloads, or any sites or URLs – or running utilities like Ghostery, AdBlock, or Disconnect. Adobe recommends turning those things off.
Finally, we also put together a complete step-by-step list of suggestions if you get stuck or need additional help.
Hi having trouble downloading the adobe illustrator free trial. I have a mac os x 10.6.8 and have deleted programs etc to make the required space. I checked system requirements and everything seems up to date. Do you know what the reason could be?

What is Lightroom used for? I mean, I have a mac I download as the instructions suggest, opened it and nothing happens.
I don’t manage well these things, so i suppose I’m doing something wrong or it’s just that it has to be there so the other programs can run?
I also downloaded the apps that I need such as Photoshop, Indesign, Bridge – and they work perfectly but i think that these are trials; where can i find the unlimited edition?

Yes, these are all 30-60 day free trials on this page but they will automatically convert into fully-working versions when you pick a CC plan to join.

Greetings Amiya, we absolutely assure you that these links work fine (and we test them every day) if you very carefully follow the download directions, which are required by Adobe’s servers.
If you have any difficulties, try a different web browser or another computer (while still following those step-by-step instructions) – or check out this list of pointers.
As far as reuploading them to somewhere else for you – sorry, Adobe’s terms of use definitely do not allow us to copy or redistribute the files… And you shouldn’t try to get them from anywhere else except direct from Adobe anyway, because you wouldn’t know exactly what you’re getting or from whom (with the potential of harmful embedded malware in any unauthorized software from an unknown source).

Sorry, those are Adobe’s instructions to ensure it works, not ours… If you have a problem with that guidance, then feel free to take it up with them.
I followed all the instructions but I got this message when I tried to run the application manager: “This patch isn’t for you, cannot apply the updates..” :(

Hello Ekal, there is no way to save a PNJ image in native Photoshop that we know of… It’s possible there may be a third-party plug-in out there somewhere, but it’s not a common format.
As far as saving files in other graphics formats like JPG, PNG, GIF, TIFF, etc. – that’s easy:

Hello! I am having a small problem when I downloaded the offline links that you posted. I downloaded Dreamweaver CC 2014 (32 bit) exe file named: Dreamweaver_15_LS20.exe. I clicked the exe file and it extracted a folder that only had two exe file in it. I looked at your website that hosts the exe download and I looked at the instructions by Adobe but I was unable to see what I should do next.
The new folder that was extracted only had two exe file inside of it: vcredist_x86.exe and vcredist_x86.exe. I have previously used an offline downloader for an Adobe product and it had a “Setup.exe” file inside the extracted folder and this folder has a “Setup.xml” file inside which I could only open with Notepad.
In conclusion, I am simply confused as to how I should proceed after opening the extracted folder from Dreamweaver_15_LS20.exe (the 32 bit downloader) for Adove Dreamweaver. I am running a 64 bit Windows 8 computer however I would prefer a 32 bit version. Thank you so much in advance!
Welcome Dien – with the latest Dreamweaver release, Adobe left out the installer from the standalone package, believe it or not… But it’s not a dealbreaker actually, you just need to perform an extra step to get it on your system.
I installed adobe illustrator. But when i open illustrator, it shuts down again and again… can you know the reason? your reply appreciated.

There is no error or message related to anything, yes my laptop meets fully adobe’s specifications.
My adobe photoshop is running good. I just downloaded illustrator from here according to your instructions, I don’t know what is wrong when i open illustrator – everything is ok but it shuts down automatically without any kind of error or notification.
Can you know if it’s an illustrator issue or pc issue, but i don’t think my pc has a problem.

Well we’re not sure Mahi, we’ve never heard of anything like that before! No message, no nothing, it just shuts the app? You’ve got us stumped.
Our suggestion would be to uninstall the application, then download & run Adobe’s special CC Cleaner Tool to completely remove all traces of it, reboot your system, and then fully redownload & reinstall the app above – and see how that works.
You didn’t mention your hardware setup, but please also make sure your operating system and drivers are fully up to date.

I downloaded Adobe Acrobat XI Pro. It is two files; .exe and .7z.
I ran the .exe and it extracted the .7z contents to the desktop.
There is no setup.exe, how do I actually install it? Thanks.

Hello Gonçalo, yes – you’ve got it mostly right…
Per the download instructions (required by Adobe), you just need to visit the Elements trial page in order to enable the direct links from Adobe’s servers – but you don’t necessarily need to actually download or run the Elements trial unless you want to.
On the second part of your question: If you are being asked for a serial number when installing the CC 2014 applications, then please see this earlier comment for what to do about that.

Greetings Giada, in fact the software here works for both free trials as well as ongoing use… It does either.
After you download and run any of the CC 2014 tools above, the program will ask you which you want: “License This Software” or “Start Trial.”
If you choose the second one, then you can run the fully-working applications on your system for free for 30 days (or possibly up to 60 days free).
After that point, if you wish to continue using the product, then you need to select which CC plan you want and continue using them.
Note that the Creative Cloud does not ever require or use a serial number… Instead, use of the CC tools is tied to your Adobe ID login, making it more portable and flexible than Creative Suite ever was.
