Are we sure these are all cumulative? I have a problem with the latest patch breaking PS and Illustrator when upgrading from a clean install. Otherwise, AE, PP and Indesign were all fine.
I’m also having some apps break when applying the latest update. Only seems to have affected Photoshop and Illustrator.
Hello Kenny, could you please define “break”? Any errors or other messages? What platform are you running? We haven’t heard of any major issues so would need a bit more detail in order to help – thanks!
On your other question, the patches are definitely cumulative, no doubt about it.
@ProDesignTools
Hey,
The Program appears to load (shows it’s loading in the task manager) but the splash screen never appears, and the program fails to actually start. Strangely, only happening with PS and Illustrator.
Have reinstalled clean twice to the same result.
Breaking as in – when I load up the program, it starts (the process is listed in task manager), then after some time, the splash screen fails to appear and I find the program has stopped loading (and the process no longer exists in task manager).
There are no error messages or warnings or anything of that type when this happens, it all just seems like a “behind the scenes” crash where there’s no indication. Any tips?
And the moment I’ve just got it without patches, but I’ll be trying out each patch incrementally to see if it breaks completely jumping to the latest or if there’s one patch where it causes it to bug out.
OK, if that doesn’t work for you, then try uninstalling the apps again but download & run the Adobe Cleaner Tool for the programs that are giving yo the issue – then reboot, reinstall, and see how it goes.
Im A Windows User. I Was Wondering If i Need To Download Just The Trial And The Latest Update, Or Should i Update Every Update By One…?
Hi Saketh, it’s the first thing you said – you just need the original CC 2014 free trial install and then the most recent update.
That will give you the current/latest version, because all the product updates are cumulative as mentioned in the post.
Hey!
I fixed it by just installing each one sequentially. Opening up the application after each update to make sure it worked. All clear here. I can only assume something dodgy happening with my registry for me that required me to have each patch installed or something….
A very wild guess!
Thanks for the assistance :)
Wow, that’s very strange Kenny – we’ve never heard anything like that before, but glad you were able to get it sorted out and thanks for sharing your solution.

We’re aware of Adobe Camera Raw 9.1, but we have to wait until it’s pushed out to all CC subscribers by the company…
Stay tuned; it should be here in the next day or two.

You may have misunderstood… The next major update to Photoshop is CC 2015.

@ProDesignTools
thanks for the answer……
hai …update for illustrator CC 2014.1.1 64-bit didn’t work for me – after unzipping that and installing, it said “UPDATE failed, update could not be applied … ”
is this update for october 2014 with the new tool ? thanks, can you fix it …
Hi Hubban, that looks like the “Update Failed / Updates could not be applied. This patch is not applicable for you” message.
If so, then check out our suggestions here.
The October 2014 update is not the new tool. CC 2014 came out in June 2014, and the new tool will be CC 2015 – which is due out very soon:
The 2015 Release of Adobe CC (Creative Cloud) is Coming Soon

i have Adobe Photoshop CC 2014.1.0 (x64) . i want to update it to CC 2014.2.2 (x64) Release 15.2.2,
so do i need to download all previous update release from CC 2014.2.2 (x64) to CC 2014.1.0 (x64) or just download the CC 2014.2.2 (x64) Release 15.2.2.
Please reply…
Sure Hari – all the updates given here are cumulative (meaning the newer ones include the older ones), so if you want the latest version then you only need the latest (last) update/patch.
Hi, I can get the downloads of the Adobe Muse, it says: Access Denied. Where can I get them? thanks a lot!
Hello Mili, Muse is a bit different from the rest of the updates – you have to follow these download instructions in order to access it (mentioned in table footnote), otherwise you’ll get that message from Adobe’s servers.
thanks for all your efforts.

Hi, here is a security update for Photoshop CC 2014. The version is 15.2.3
Further information can you find under
Security Update Available for Adobe Photoshop CC 2014 (15.2.3)
Thanks for the heads-up! We have added the direct download links for the Photoshop CC 2014 version 15.2.3 Update patch to the table above.
I kind of prefer the 2014 version to the 2015 version of premiere. do these links make it possible to safely roll back to the 2014 version?
Yes, you can roll back or forward to any version of any Adobe application using our large collection of direct download links… Here, you have complete CC version control – see:

Hey Jona, please see our CC 2015 Updates page for any more recent updates there.
Thank you, very helpful to myself.
I’m trying to install either Adobe Flash Professional CC 2014.1.0 Update or Adobe Flash Professional CC 2014.2.0 Update for Adobe Flash Professional CC 2014.0.0. But every time I double-click on AdobePatchInstaller.exe, I keep getting “Update Failed. Updates could not be applied. This patch is not applicable for you. Please check for updates from the Help menu in your product to see a list of latest updates available. If the problems persist, contact customer support for further support.” I have the CC 2015 version.
Yes, these updates will only work when applied to the base CC 2014.0 version, for which you can download the installers here.
I installed the After Effects CC 2014 trial from the CC 2014 download list and now downloaded the 13.1.1 update from here, but I can’t by some reason open the Adobe Patch Installer… Nothing happens when I attempt to open it. I’ve tried opening it as an administrator and everything but it doesn’t work. Do you have any clue why this doesn’t work? Happy to get an answer.
@Hannes
It seems like it pops up in the task manager for like 2 seconds and then disappears.
Hello, it seems like I can’t install After Effects CC 13.1.1. I have Downloaded After Effects CC 2014 from your other list but when attempting to open the Patch installer for 13.1.1, nothing happens. It shows up in the task manager for a few seconds and then disappears. Do you know how I can fix this?
Kind Regards,
Hannes
Greetings Hannes, what version of Windows are you using? What version does After Effects currently show under the Help menu > About screen? Did you try downloading and installing an earlier or later patch update for AE CC 2014?
