Not sure if this is the same link as on the Mac download page where I left the same note, but can someone please fix the Mac download link for CC Desktop App (v. 3.5.1.209)?
It’s showing a permissions (“Access Denied”) error when I try to download.
Yes Lu – as noted in the post, you need to follow these download directions first in order to access those direct links, otherwise you’ll get that message coming from Adobe’s servers instead.
Access Denied
You don’t have permission to access “…/AdobeProducts/PPRO/9/osx10-64/PremierePro_9_LS20.dmg” on this server.

What a shame.
Yes, it’s a shame that some folks don’t see/read the important download instructions first, and think the direct links don’t work!
Following those is required by Adobe’s servers (before clicking on the links), otherwise you will get that exact message instead.
If you have any further difficulties, then you might want to try with a different web browser or another computer – while still following those same directions.
Also, make sure you’re not blocking or filtering anything with your browser(s) – like cookies, downloads, or any sites or URLs – or running utilities like Ghostery, AdBlock, or Disconnect. Or it could be your firewall, antivirus program (esp. Kaspersky), or other third-party security software. Adobe recommends turning those things off temporarily.
Finally, we put together this list of download tips if you are really stuck for some reason.
cannot open link because it is not available…
Hey Don, please see our previous reply – thanks.
@ProDesignTools
Shame is to tell your user to open new site, login, click on a button to make a download, cancel it and then come back here and try to download. ;)
As mentioned above, that sets a session cookie on your browser that is required by Adobe’s servers, otherwise the direct download links won’t work.
Our jobs here would be a lot easier without it, but it’s not our choice. So folks just have to make sure to follow the directions first.
Maybe you prefer we didn’t tell you? ;)
I am using “Adobe Media Encoder CC 2015” 2015.2 Release, but H.265 (HEVC) is not showing in export options.
What is the problem?
My system info:
Intel core i5 3210M 2.50GHz~3.20GHz x64 based Processor with built in HD 4000 graphics.
RAM 4GB
Display 15.6 inch (1366px×768px)
Hi Amiya, Adobe recently added the advanced new HEVC/H.265 codec to the CC video products – but because of licensing restrictions by the owners, they are unable to include it in the free trial versions… For more details, see:
Can’t Find the H.265 (HEVC) Preset in Adobe CC 2015?
You will however find it active and available with any paid Creative Cloud subscription.
Elsewhere with CC, there are no limitations or differences in the demo versions; they are fully-functional – however, because of strict licensing of the H265/HEVC codec, Adobe had to make an exception in this case.
Thank you very much for the instructions! At first I also could not access the download page, but after following your directions, I have succeeded! Thank you again, and don’t be upset about people who don’t follow what should be followed.
@ProDesignTools
How many & what restrictions in all other CC free trial versions?
None.
Previously with CS (Adobe’s older software), there were several restrictions and features that weren’t available in the free trial versions.
But now, except for this one aspect, and elsewhere in CC, there are no limitations or differences in the trial versions.
I would like to know if I can have my download in french (very important?)
Yes/Oui Carmelle, all languages are now included in a single multilingual download above for each product… French is automatically included together with English, and many others.
(No longer are there separate downloads or installers for different language sets, as there used to be with Creative Suite.)
And if you need to install additional languages on your computer, you just run the same installer again and choose another language.
@ProDesignTools
Hi,
I won’t take this right now because I have an issue on my computer. I have to call a inf. technician. Thanks!
Hi – when I went to download the adobe after effects for mac, I got an .exe file for setup.
Not sure Aiden – must be you got the wrong column? It’s definitely a .dmg file, so either that or perhaps your browser changed the file extension while downloading – and you can try changing it back.
I get the message something like “installation path name too long”, try and run the installer from another folder. Tried that and same message…
Hey Graham, we haven’t heard that before. What is the exact message text, word-for-word? Try googling that to find a solution, or post it back here and we’ll see if we can help.
I don’t know why this is called a “direct link”. It just opens up like any other installer, and it asks for the serial. Any help?
It’s called a direct link because it gives you a unique URL to download the CC 2015 installers from Adobe’s servers with your web browser, without needing to use the Creative Cloud Desktop App or other application/download manager.
And that’s exactly what “direct download link” means.
After downloading and installing on your system, you can either purchase a subscription to activate the software, or run it as a free trial on your computer for 30 days (or possibly up to 44 days).

The IMPORTANT download instructions don’t work correctly…
Hi, what do you mean exactly? We check them regularly and just tested a few days ago, and everything worked fine.
Thanks! download links here work fine after clicking the blue “download” button on the adobe site, and then dismissing that download.
It’s a shame. Indeed. RTFM, it works like a charm.
Prodesign. I am not able to download photoshop cc. I Followed all your instructions carefully but the link redirects to a gif image website and not adobe. I tried on firefox and chrome but everything in vain and I get a blank page. plz upload the downloaded Photoshop software and not the adobe link. Plz HELP Prodesign
Sorry Jash – we cannot copy, re-upload, or redistribute the files in any way, as it is against Adobe’s terms of service and thus illegal… Generally it is also very unsafe to try to download and install any software that doesn’t come straight from Adobe.
Check out this list of download tips for more help if you are running into any difficulties.
Click the download links …
Access Denied
You don’t have permission to access “…/AdobeProducts/DRWV/16/osx10-64/Dreamweaver_16_LS20.dmg” on this server.

Why would you do that? T.T
Hello Caitlin, you must follow every step of the important download directions very carefully (required by Adobe’s servers!) before clicking on the direct links – otherwise they won’t work and you’ll get that exact message instead.
I am using “Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016.”
Many days ago I installed “Adobe Acrobat DC” & also installed the latest patch of this application.
When I installed the “Adobe Acrobat DC”, Microsoft Office automatically installed the Add-in “ACROBAT” in the ribbon.
But when I am trying to “Create PDF” from Microsoft Word by using Add-in “ACROBAT” in the ribbon, it is showing this message “Microsoft Word has stopped working.”
Please provide me the perfect solution!!
Hey Amiya, here is the first result from searching Google. See if this helps:

@ProDesignTools
I tried, but it redirects me to a full page blank. what’s the reason.
access denied message too is not coming, so i can’t say that i missed something from instructions.
Plz Help, need the Photoshop cc
Hello again, please see #2 in the list of tips we posted in the previous reply.
Our guess is you are running an aggressive anti-virus or third-party security program like Kaspersky/Anti-Banner. The very first step in our download instructions above mention:
“Adobe recommends temporarily turning off any surfing restrictions you might have running, like site or cookie blocking, filtering, firewalls or antivirus software.”
If that doesn’t help, then see #3 in the same list of tips.
But all the CC 2015 direct links here definitely do work, and the overwhelmingly vast majority of visitors have no problem at all (including us – we use them ourselves all the time).
I tried to download Illustrator, but I still end up with the 30-day trial. I followed all of the instructions exactly as listed, but I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I have Photoshop working perfect. Please Help ProDesign
@Anon
Never mind, I figured it out. I forgot to run the update as administrator. Thank you for the download links!
Which New version are you planing to bring out After Adobe CC 2015, and in which year will it come out?
Hey Rocky, here’s our best estimate on when Adobe CC 2016 will be available:
Adobe CC 2013 was launched on June 19, 2013.
Next, Adobe shipped CC 2014 on June 18, 2014.
And most recently, Adobe CC 2015 was released on June 16, 2015.
So naturally, we expect Adobe CC 2016 to come out by June 2016! (No guarantees, however :)
