Hi, downloaded the DMG for Dreamweaver, and tried to follow your steps for manually adding the install file, however i’m unable to copy over the needed files. The DMG seems to be locked and i’m unable to paste the files. Any suggestions?
Hi Zabir, please check your user privileges and make sure you have Administrator rights on your computer. Google any error or message you received for Mac and that may also help turn up a solution.
Hi,
I downloaded the software no problem however when I got in the installation process, a window came up asking for a serial number? I don’t have a serial number and I don’t know how to get one, did I miss a step?
Thanks
Hey Angie, just log in with your Adobe ID and it should recognize your CC subscription – which is tied to your account with Creative Cloud, rather than needing a serial number like in the past…
If you haven’t subscribed yet, then the software will offer you the option for a fully-functional 7-day free trial.
Hi, not sure what I was doing wrong before, but the devil is in the details and obviously I missed something as pointed out in your response to my comment earlier today… I’m in the right place now but received this message when I tried to download Photoshop CC 2015 64-bit for Mac:
What do you advise? Thanks for your previously timely and helpful responses.
Hello again Mike,
All of the original CC 2015 direct links here work fine – but you have to make sure to follow the important download instructions first, which are given near the top of this page. Following those is required by Adobe’s servers (before clicking on the links), otherwise you will get that “access denied” message instead.
If you have any further difficulties, then you might want to try with a different web browser or another computer – while still following those same directions.
Also, make sure you’re not blocking or filtering anything with your browser(s) – like cookies, downloads, or any sites or URLs – or running utilities like Ghostery, AdBlock, or Disconnect. Or it could be your firewall, antivirus program (esp. Kaspersky), or other third-party security software. Adobe recommends turning those things off temporarily.
Finally, we put together this list of download tips if you are really stuck for some reason.
Thank you. Finally I got it. Not being very tech savvy, I didn’t appreciate the “cookie” significance… but it finally clicked. Up and running! Thanks again.
Sure Mike, glad to help and to hear you got it working – and thanks for letting us know!
A week ago, I managed to download some apps like photoshop and indesign but now it won’t lead me to a download and tells me I had no permission? Link invalid now?
Hey there Fati, please see our reply to Mike’s question above, just a couple comments before yours.
Hi, I have downloaded the AE, PS and Premiere, but when i want to install, it said “Installer fail to initialise. This could be due to a missing file. Please download adobe……” What should i do? I am not sure if i download the support advisor, i will not be able to use it. Thanks a lot
Hi Andy, please see our previous reply here regarding that message about the Support Advisor here.
Hi, the install file of the dreamweaver cc 2015 mac is not working for me, please help:
Dreamweaver_16_LS20.dmg
I have downloaded the file – but when I open it, I can’t find the install icon.
Check please, thanks!
Yes, unfortunately Adobe left the “Setup” app out of the Dreamweaver CC 2015 installer package – but don’t worry, here’s how to fix that.
Just follow the steps there to restore a setup installer by copying over what’s needed from the Photoshop installation package.
Hi, just one question: those offline installers are the latest CC 2015 version? In case of Photoshop, the CC 2015.5.1 (17.0.1 or 20160722.r.156)? Thank you!
If you want the latest version for any CC 2015 tool, then you need both the base .0 release (given here above) plus the latest update/patch…
We’ve published the current lists of updates on these pages:
All Direct Download Links for Creative Cloud 2015 Updates: Windows
All Direct Download Links for Creative Cloud 2015 Updates: Mac OS
Hope that helps!
Also please note: The direct links above continue to work – but to download the newest releases of the Creative Cloud 2017 tools, check out the standalone installers here:

All Creative Cloud subscribers are entitled to download & use whatever CC version you want for your tools.

Hello, just letting you know that I had the same problem and it was because I was running MacOS Sierra. Go here for install instructions for Sierra, it worked for me:
How to Install Adobe Creative Suite on macOS 10.12 (Sierra)
Great, thanks for sharing!
@ProDesignTools
I tried the methods on Support Advisor. Like renaming the OOBE/OOB folder, but still having the same issue.
And i am quite sure it isn’t about error during download? Cuz i have downloaded a couple times a few Adobe softwares, but still having the same problem. Any clues?
@Anonymous
That works for me, thx
Bonjour,
Merci d’avance !
Hello,
I recently downloaded Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign CC 2015 under MAC (Sierra macOS)
After installation, Photoshop and Illustrator work fine. On the other hand, once Indesign software installed, the application starts and then. A message appears: “Indesign CC has quit unexpectedly”. I can’t access the software. So I installed Premier Pro CC 2015 and it works just as well as Illustrator and Photoshop.
Consequently the problem comes from Indesign.
Do you have a solution?
Thank you !
Greetings, see if the suggestions given on this Adobe help page help solve your issue of “The application Adobe InDesign has unexpectedly quit”:
InDesign Freezes or Quits When You Start on Mac OS – Adobe Support
If that doesn’t help, then uninstall InDesign using your operating system’s standard procedure, download & run the Adobe Cleaner Tool (for InDesign), reboot your computer, and then try the installation again:
Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to Solve Installation Problems
Hope that helps!
hi
i have a little problem with fuse cc.
i installed it as 7z and when i extracted it, i get a payloads folder without any installer.
what should i do please???
i’ve read the instructions, but without an answer.
You’re not alone, and in fact there’s an additional note about it in Step 5 of the download instructions above…
Please see this previous comment by Daniel and our reply for how you can install Fuse CC.
For anyone receiving the following error message when trying to install the downloaded files above:
“Installer failed to initialize. This could be due to a missing file. Please download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem.”
Here is the solution:
1. Right-click (or Control-click) on the installer (RED icon) and choose “Show Package Contents.”
2. In the Install window that opens in the Finder, go to the Contents/MacOS folder, and in there, double-click Install. That will open the Terminal application, some lines of code will automatically run, and the actual Installer should successfully launch.
Hope this helps.
Appreciate sharing that helpful tip, thanks Chris!
Hi, this site has helped me a lot, and I also love the free pdfs that came along. I wanted to inquire if I could get links to these:
Adobe Photoshop CC 2015.5.1 (v17.0.1)
Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 2016.6.1 (v6.6.1)
Adobe Illustrator CC 2015.3 (v20.1)
Adobe Animate CC 2015.2.1 (v15.2.1)
Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2015.4 (v10.4)
Adobe After Effects CC 2015.3.1 (v13.8.1)
Adobe Audition CC 2015.2 (v9.2.1)
Adobe Prelude CC 2015.4 (v5.0.1)
Adobe Media Encoder CC 2015.4 (v10.4)
Adobe Muse CC 2015.2.1 (aka CC 2016)
Adobe Bridge CC 2015 (v6.3)
I was looking for the finals of cc2015. I always like to keep trial versions just in case something goes wrong.
Sure, totally understand. That’s one big reason why we do this. So here you go – you will find the direct download links and standalone/offline installers for all of those CC 2015 update releases here for Windows and here for macOS.
@ProDesignTools
Thank you very much… I noticed something
Adobe Illustrator CC 2015.3 is the latest 2015 (v20.1) or 20.0.1
Illustrator CC 2015.3 = Release 20.0 (June 20, 2016)
Illustrator CC 2015.3.1 = Release 20.0.1 (August 10, 2016)
Illustrator CC 2017.0 = Release 21.0 (November 2, 2016)
Links don’t work?
“You don’t have permission to access “
Greetings Adam, the links all work fine. As noted in the article above, you need to follow these download directions first in order to access the direct links, otherwise you’ll get that permissions or access denied message coming from Adobe’s servers instead.
Hi Guys,
sorry, but the links won’t work anymore.
I followed the instructions (Note: Very Important Instructions > Step 1 and so forth)
but if i click on the link “Click «HERE» to visit this page first” (https://prodesigntools.com/helpx/premiere-elements/kb/premiere-elements-downloads.html) i can´t get the trial. The link redirects me to another adobe website > https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html#/top_products. So it is senseless in my view.
So i can’t follow the steps and i can’t download any trial version or Adobe Camera Raw 9.10.
I tried it out for a few weeks and tried also different browsers, but nothing won´t work.
Maybe you can give some help and know the reason to solve the problem.
And yes i can read and i followed the “rules”, but nothing worked anymore.
thx
thomas jay
@ProDesignTools
I have followed all the steps on how to make the “access denied” message not show up, but it still shows up!
I don’t know what to do, please help!
Hello, trying to download photoshop cc 2015 64-bit but getting: “File not found.” ?
Please assist.
Sorry folks, there was a glitch on the Adobe site this morning that messed up the links.
We emailed and phoned as soon as all your comments started piling in, and luckily the issue was fixed very soon thereafter.
The change that caused the problem overnight was backed out, and so everything started working normally again here by mid-afternoon Eastern time.
Sorry for the inconvenience, and thanks to all you alert readers for your comments! The good news is that it was remedied quickly, and the direct download links aren’t going anywhere.
@ProDesign
Thank you very much for the fast reply and solving the problem.
@ProDesignTools
Thanks, it worked. Didn’t read the article carefully enough.
Greetings! Thanks for sharing these links. I found most of them to be working well. However, I’m experiencing a problem trying to install Adobe Lightroom using the executable file downloaded from the link given. I used IDM to download it and had no problems at all trying to download the file. But when I try to run the executable file, it shows an error near the end of the extraction of downloaded files. Can someone help me with this, please? I’ve tried redownloading the file and still got the same result.
Not sure – what is the exact text of the error message? (precise word-for-word) We’d need more details to help.
Have you tried googling that? Often that will provide a solution.
If that doesn’t solve the problem, you could try contacting Adobe Technical Support directly about it.
I ran into that “Installer failed to initialize” problem and attempted a number of suggested solutions, none of them worked. I tried re-downloading the Ai file (for both CC 2015 and CS6), as well as the trick with “Show Package Contents” but even with that it still gives me the sombre “Installer failed to initialize”. I was wondering if there are any other solutions to this.
“Installer Failed to initialize” is a generic error and we need to figure out what is causing the trouble. Most of the time, it’s an issue with the download that it was not successful or downloaded properly. So, in such cases, try downloading the software again and see if the same thing happens.
If you still get the same message after that, then see this Adobe forum thread for other possible solutions.
