Tried updating again and this time all is well. No “License mismatch” issues :-)
Great, glad to hear it Duke – and thanks for your status update!
Kind of surprised Photoshop doesn’t have an update. Also disappointed that Adobe didn’t change the splash screens like they usually do with updates. Gotta admit the splash screens for Media Encoder and Speedgrade are pretty ugly. Oh well, another 6 days and I won’t be able to use them anyway.
Hey Duke, no doubt a Photoshop program update is coming, just not yet.
As for the splash screens, you’re right but typically those would change a bit later in the cycle – like in the fall sometime… It’s only been six weeks since the original CC 2015 release!
Thanks for the update
Links are not working anymore. Is there another way to get the updates?
Yes, all the links here work just fine. What issue are you having exactly?
Thanks for the great site !
Best Regards,
Sure Isaias, glad to help and thanks for your kind feedback!
Hi ProDesign, thank you for the great work, really!
I think that the new update for Photoshop CC 2015 is ready, as this morning I’ve been notified form the Adobe Application Manager
“Adobe Photoshop CC 2015 16.0.1” Released. Thanks in advance.
Thanks for the heads-ups guys – we’ve added the direct download links to the new Photoshop CC 2015 update above!
Hello,
I downloaded the update package Adobe Photoshop 2015.0.1 Update for CC 2015 (32-bit)
Currently I have Adobe CS6, now when I’m trying to update it with the downloaded package (via ‘AdobePatchInstaller’) I’m getting an ERROR like “UPDATE FAILED, Updates could not be applied”.
What is wrong here.
Please, Any help would be appreciated :)
Hey Rohit, it sounds like you are trying to update your CS6 applications with these downloads…
These updates are only for the new CC 2015 release, which is three major versions past CS6 (which came out in 2012). The updates on this page will not work for any core software other than CC 2015.
How to install “Adobe Export Assets 2 Update for CC 2015 (64-bit)” & “Adobe Preview CC Update for Photoshop CC (64-bit)”?
Please help me!!!
Generally you run the AdobePatchInstaller.exe files contained within each
setup.zip
download to apply the update.Got another Photoshop update this morning. For some component that works with Photoshop, I forget what it was called. FYI.
Yes – it’s a new update download for the Photoshop support of Adobe Preview CC (version 1.1.1), and we have already included the direct links above. Thanks Duke!
when installing AdobePatchInstaller.exe getting error this
“update failed” why? please help. i have currently installed CS6, what i should do?
When installing Adobe Preview CC (version 1.1.1) gives me an error “U44M2P7” any idea?
yeah, i got the same ” this patch is not applicable for you ” – 64 bit photoshop / dreamweaver – refused to install both 32 and 64 bit patches ;/
Hi, it sounds like you are getting an “Update Failed / Updates could not be applied. This patch is not applicable for you” message, which does happen sometimes. Here is the advice we offered earlier with the older CC 2014 patches… The same general tips apply here with the new CC 2015 version.
Often this error indicates an issue with your product activation or licensing that requires subscription validation or assistance directly from Adobe Support Chat. Other possibilities are given below.
Please let us know how it goes – if this helps and/or how you make out!
Hi, i’ve installed new CC2015 Photoshop and Indesign (x64 on win7) and after downloading the updates i’m trying to apply them with adobepatchinstaller.exe, but nothing works:
“update failed, impossible to apply this update”.
I’ve read and tried all suggestions (sign in, sign out, reboot, reinstall after using adobe cleaner). The application is working fine, the UI it’s italian. Any ideas… thanks for your work.
Greetings Faberio, presumably you’re translating that from Italian… Did you try googling the exact text of the message? Also, you purchased your software, correct? If so, then usually following the tips above fixes the issue.
None of the above links to updates work.
Just checked and they all work fine for us here… Try a different web browser (like Chrome or Firefox), another computer, or a better Internet connection (use wired instead of Wi-Fi if possible).
Also, make sure you’re not blocking or filtering anything with your browser(s) – like cookies, downloads, or any sites or URLs – or running utilities like Ghostery, AdBlock, or Disconnect. Adobe recommends turning those things off temporarily for downloads.
Hope that helps!
I get this in Chrome:
“Google Chrome’s connection attempt was rejected. The website may be down, or your network may not be properly configured.”
I get this in IE:
“This page can’t be displayed
•Make sure the web address https://prodesigntools.com/ is correct.
•Look for the page with your search engine.
•Refresh the page in a few minutes.”
Both of these errors have persisted for weeks.
I’ll try taking my laptop to an internet cafe and see if I can download it there.
I did some research on the download link (got it to work on another machine) and found this:
https://www.virustotal.com/en/domain/swupdl.adobe.com/information/
Many of the links on this domain contain malware. Are you sure this is an official Adobe update server?
No, not true – definitely none of the links here contain malware. The page you posted is actually for an Adobe domain (swupdl subdomain) and shows as totally fine.
Okay, managed to download the update via another computer in a neighboring office, but when I attempt to install the patch, Adobe Application Manager says “Update Failed Updates could not be applied. This patch is not applicable for you.
I thought this was a patch for Premiere CC 2015, which is currently installed, and I don’t know why the Adobe Premiere 9.0.1 patch is causing AAM to start up, instead of patching the installed software.
Sorry you’re having difficulties, it does happen sometimes unfortunately. See our suggestions above for (hopefully) how to take care of that issue.
There will be Adobe Robohelp update?
Hello Sunil – RoboHelp isn’t part of the Creative Cloud family of products, so generally we do not track updates for that software – sorry!
Hi,
Also getting the “Update Failed / Updates could not be applied. This patch is not applicable for you” message for the PS CC 2015 x64 update.
trying to apply update on offline machine which is why I need the offline installers.
Any other suggestions as to how to get around/ resolve this?
Thanks.
No, sorry Ralph – that long list is all we’ve got.

Hi Giulia, thanks for your kind words – and yes we will, but there have not been any official updates out for Audition CC 2015 …yet!
However, in not too long, we will be seeing the first update for Audition version 2015.1, which Adobe posted a preview of here:
