How do I upgrade from LR 5.7 to LR 6.xx ?
Hi Graham, you can do that right here:
http://www.UpgradeLightroom.com
Note that the free Lightroom trial starts off as LR CC, but can easily be converted to LR 6 if that’s what you want to buy instead. The product branding will transform to Lightroom 6 and you will lose access to the LR Mobile app and web features, as well as future upgrades.
To change the standard Lightroom CC 2015 software over a Lightroom 6 perpetual license, you would follow these instructions after purchase of your serial number.
Hello Folks, can i download just the ultimate update? or i need to download all updates to make the change in the software?
Hey Javous, the updates are all-inclusive – so if you want the latest version, then you only need to download the last (most recent) update.
@ProDesignTools
this is cool ! I was to ask the same question as Javous, so thank you guys ;)
Sure. As noted in the article, all of Adobe’s updates are cumulative.
hello, when i try to install the update, this message appears:
“This patch is not applicable for you. Please check for updates from the help menu in your product to see the last updates available.”
Can you help me?
P.S. When i try to update from the photoshop cc 2015 software, it starts Adobe Creative Cloud, and in that program the ps cc 2015 does not appear like it is installed.
Greetings Andrei, that sounds like an “Update Failed / Updates could not be applied. This patch is not applicable for you” message…
If so, then see our suggestions here for (hopefully) how to take care of that issue.
nice
Hi!
There’s a new update (March 2016) for InDesign that is not listed here. I hope that you can make the direct download links available soon! Thanks!!
We’ve got it up there now Dave (the Adobe InDesign CC 2015.3 Update) – thanks for the heads-up!
Photoshop cc 2015 update Release 16.1.2.
But has been issued with EXPORT AS link.
When clicked to export as option, the window opens with blank grey, no options in it.
Help with this anybody who has solved this problem?
If you look below the direct download links for the Photoshop updates above, you’ll notice that “Photoshop CC 2015 Export Options” is a second update that you install separately.
As of March 15, 2016. The above Adobe updates are no longer the most recent. When I run Creative Cloud, it will notify that there are still updates.
Thanks Matt – Adobe just released the Prelude CC 2015.3 update. We have added it above, so now the collection is complete and fully up to date again.
Do you have an E.T.A on when the CC 2015.2 update will be available here for Dreamweaver?
Just got it up there now – thanks for the heads-up James!
Working on the other new updates just out for Lightroom CC and Camera Raw.
@ProDesignTools
Oops… I should have been more specific with the apps. It seems Acrobat, Photoshop & InDesign still prompt for updates after the above patches are applied.
We’d recommend checking the versions of each of those programs on your computer (via the application’s Help menu > About or System Info) – and then comparing those version numbers against the most recent releases listed in the updates table above.
If you see any that match the current versions above, yet are still giving notices for an upgrade available, then please let us know the specifics – thanks.
I can’t seem to update to any of these versions, and just keep getting the Update failed error.
“Update Failed – Updates could not be applied – Please contact your admin if you wish to apply updates on your machine. Updates have been suppressed by the admin. If the problem persists, contact customer support for further assistance.”
I’ve tried reinstalling with no success, Admin panel doesn’t seem to have any option to fix this either. Can anyone send more suggestions?

Yes Rob, please try these suggestions and hopefully that will solve it for you.
I’m receiving this error:
Access Denied
You don’t have permission to access “…/AdobeProducts/MUSE/2015_1_1/win64/Muse_2015_1_CC_LS24.7z” on this server.
Reference #18.1d3f19b8.1458860289.21a57933
Guessing that’s probably Muse, right?
(or Animate, or the CC Desktop app)
If so, see the footnote at the bottom of the table in the post above.
Adobe Media Encoder CC 2015.2 Update
There is a problem on rar archive. Please check it.
Hi Murat – everything checks out here, and the update download unzips fine on our end (just re-tested)…
No one else has reported any difficulties. Did you try using a different web browser or another computer?
Hi
The muse cc 2015 update included here is version 2015.1, not 2015.1.2, as indicated in the link name. All 3 updates are same, actually 2015.1. Where can I download the latest one, 2015.1.2?
It’s here, the updates are correct. Adobe often uses a system where the downloaded filenames are the same, but the folders they come from on their servers are different.
And when referring to an update, Adobe also sometimes drops the second minor number off the end – calling everything “2015.1” instead of “2015.1.1” and “2015.1.2” – which we think is confusing and does not make sense.
However, we double-checked and the most recent Muse update given above is indeed CC 2015.1.2, which is right.
You are right, I installed it and it still said 2015.1 in the build on the about page but read the small print under where it said 2015.1.2 =)
Good, glad to hear it. But we wish Adobe made it clearer!
We can’t think of any good reason for the company to omit labeling with the second minor version number, if it is going to be used to distinguish different releases externally.
Hello, Thanks for bringing this back. Only request, maybe make a column on the side with the Latest Update at the top instead of me now going through all apps looking for latest date. Like you used to do on the Old Blog.
Sure Michael, thanks for your feedback. We’re trying to understand your suggestion – could you please provide a bit more detail on what you’re describing?
Right now, and the way it’s always been here (including for the CC 2014 updates and CC 2013 updates as well), is that the updates are separated out by application, and then listed in reverse-chronological order for each app.
So for any given tool, you’ll always find the latest update at the top of that section. And since the updates are cumulative, you only need to install the top (last) one if you want the most recent version.
The fastest way to find the updates for any particular program is to just use your browser’s ‘find on page’ function (usually Ctrl+F on Windows or Cmd+F on Mac).
Thank you.
You used to have a Feed that always had the newest CC Application at the Top of the List.
http://blogs.adobe.com/creativecloudenterpriseupdates/
Presently, your new feed has all the Products in order with updates beside them. It would be nice to see which update is the newest no matter what the product is.
Thanks for looking at this
Ah, OK. That’s actually an Adobe company blog, not us… And it doesn’t provide any links to the updates, just descriptions of them.
As you hinted, that blog was recently retired – and now they give this advice:
RETIRED: Please Use the Adobe Enterprise Dashboard for CC Updates
However, your feedback is interesting and it could be helpful if we found a way here to easily indicate or provide a feed of the most recent CC updates. Thanks for your comment!
@ProDesignTools
Thanks for your work!
I had a problem when I tried to install Adobe CC 2015 (MAC) updates.
I received a message “Update Failed / Updates could not be applied. This patch is not applicable for you”
I got to install all the updates one-by-one after reinstalling each program of the package.
The main condition is – the updates must be installed before the first run of the program.
Thanks for sharing your experience Volodymyr!
That’s funny, we’d heard the opposite – that you needed to activate and run a CC application before trying to apply its updates.
Ahmmm , if i download any of this, for example, photoshop because i’m a little confused about it, it says Update right? so b4 u download the update, should i have the software already so it will update? or I will just download this and all of the features are there without the software already?
Good question. Yes, you need to have the main/base CC 2015 application(s) installed before applying the latest update… Get them here:

As soon as there are other, new updates released by the company, we will post them right here – typically within 24 hours.
If there is something you are aware of but don’t see here yet, please just ask or post a comment – thanks.
