I have all updates you have here, I mean the new ones they are talking about (Adobe).
Which ones for which tools do you mean?
Are you referring to the major new features Adobe demonstrated last week at the NAB conference?
That was a preview of what’s to come, and those updates to the CC video tools are not shipping just yet…
There is a new update for the Camera Raw, 9.5.1. I downloaded and installed it from Creative Cloud Desktop App shortly before.

hello all, I just installed the photoshop cc trial (15.0.0), and downloaded the 15.1.2 update from this page, but it failed to install, I have double checked that my install version of PS is x64 and also the updating file is x64 too.
Or do I have to install the update one by one from 15.0.1 to 15.1 to 15.1.1 and finally install the 15.1.2?

Hi Ivan, all of Adobe’s updates are cumulative – so you only need the most recent one if you want the latest version… In other words, you don’t need to install each update, only the last (highest) one.
When you say the update failed to install, what happened exactly? Did you get any error or other message? Was it an “Update Failed / Updates could not be applied. This patch is not applicable for you” message?
If so, then see our suggestions here for (hopefully) how to take care of that issue.

I’m running AE CC 13.5 on Windows 10 x64, but my AE is “activated” – must i revert back to trial for the patch to work?

I am trying to update my version of Lightroom which is 6.0 to the newest version. I followed the instructions but when I go back and check to see if the update was applied, it still says version 6.0. What am I doing wrong? I’m getting no error messages at all.

Are you running the patch with Administrator privileges on your machine?
What happens when you go to Help menu > Updates…?
What version does it say now under Help menu > System Info…?

I can download Lightroom_6_LS11 no problems, but when I go to download the update I’m getting an error telling me the page can’t be reached and to check the URL – http://swupdl.adobe.com…..
The same happens for other updates ie. Photoshop etc.
I did get the Muse update

Not sure Michael, just checked the updates you mentioned and they all work fine for us here. No problems downloading at all. Did you try with a different web browser or another computer?
Also make sure you’re not blocking or filtering anything with your browser(s) – like cookies, downloads, or any sites or URLs – or running blocking utilities like Ghostery, AdBlock, or Disconnect. Adobe recommends temporarily turning those things off (including antivirus, firewalls, etc.) when downloading. Some third-party download managers or other utilities may also interfere with the process.
The download for Adobe Bridge 6.2 Update for CC (64-bit) seems to be broken internally.
One gets an error trying to Extract the Setup.zip

I downloaded the Adobe Bridge 6.2 Update for CC (64-bit) again and it seemed to work fine.
Guess the first download didn’t quite complete or something?

I downloaded the Adobe Acrobat DC Pro 2016 setup file (as mentioned) a few days ago, but I’d like to bring to your notice that it’s actually just the 2015 version.
What’s the deal with this? I found that it’s the 2015 version with some latest updates & not the 2016 version as mentioned in the link.
Yes, it surprised us as well – but at this time, Adobe has decided to continue with the same (original) base installer of Acrobat DC and bundle in all the additional updates issued to date… All together, it comes to the 2016 Release of Acrobat DC.

Hi Ankit, there has been a significant change with the CC Desktop app. As of Version 3.7.0.272 released yesterday (6/13/2016), we can no longer find a direct download link for a complete offline patch installer.
Instead, the small generic (1 – 2 MB) bootstrap installer seems to download many different sub-components individually/separately and then install them one-by-one.
If Adobe’s development team did create a complete downloadable install package, then we unable to locate it… However, this is a big issue because having an offline update installer available (~250 MB) is really important for a lot of customers, as well as for best practices. We are getting a lot of reader questions about it!
We’re not sure why they may have stopped bundling up a standalone installer, or if there is one, then where it might be located – but we have reached out to our main contact inside the Adobe technical team for more information and response.

Great news… Yesterday we requested that Adobe restore availability of full offline installers for the CC Desktop version 3.7.0.272, and they have done it!
So you will now find a direct download link to the standalone patch for this update posted above… and hopefully now this will not happen again in the future.
Why won’t the update for Illustrator work, independently? so far the others have been given a good buzz by CC users. And so am i.
Can somebody please refer me to the updates for Illustrator that actually work? I tried 64bit and 32bit.
These updates all work fine and people have very few problems with them. Usually if there is an issue, it is due to system configuration or product licensing.
What is the exact problem you’re encountering? Do you receive any error or other message? If so, then what is it exactly?
We’d have to know more about what symptoms you’re experiencing in order to be able to help further.

First of all, I want to take a simple time to be noticed by you. I’m giving a ton of thanks, for the updates, especially camera raw, and Adobe Bridge. Man i’m just glad to see other people commenting on this site as well. I am so amazed by these updates so far, i’m giving all of them a good buzz.
But, i happened to stumble upon the Illustrator latest one. Actually does none of it work? Since i read your comment the other day, Adobe’s updates were cumulative. So doesn’t it mean i am missing something? I mean, correct me if i’m wrong, I just can’t seem to cooperate with Illustrator’s update? Am i the only one experiencing this? Please write me some feedback if something i did went south. Thank you Sir/Madam.

What did you do, and what happened when it failed? Did you get any error? If so, what is the exact text of any such message?
Yes, the updates here are cumulative and hundreds of visitors use them every day with no difficulties at all.

Thank you for your reply. I just re-checked what went wrong since i unpacked those updates i got from you. Well it worked! However after finishing the updates, the trial notification pops-up. I was worried that i may have done something wrong with that. Do i need to worry about this? I really don’t mean any offense if you don’t mind the above issue, i really appreciate your reply by the way. So i take my word back, the updates do work. and I am glad for it.
Now, i’ve got the 30-day trial? what should i do?
Well, it definitely sounds like a product activation or license issue – and unfortunately we don’t have the ability to fix licensing issues with the software, it’s beyond our power and control… You have to contact Adobe Customer Support about those kinds of questions; only they can help:
