US/English – Thanks! I understand the need to limit the number of files. I would suggest just the English versions of the suites, Win and Mac. The individual apps can be re-downloaded if there are issues without too much hassle, being relatively small in size. The suites, esp the Master, being so much bigger, it’s frustrating to take a whole day to download a 6+ GB monolithic file only to find it’s corrupted.
Perhaps it’s me, but I’ve found that download managers even though they can recover, sometimes actually take longer than straight download (through the browser Save As). I tried the DownThemAll addon for Firefox, and it crawls. Again could be something on my end, but direct “Save As” through Firefox seems to download at my rated download bandwidth. Your Mileage May Vary :-)
OK Michael, as you pointed out it can take a long time to download the larger files, so here are a couple of MD5 checksums to start – compare these values against what you have for the files downloaded to your computer:
CS6 Master Collection (Windows, English, File 2, .7z): BFBA9A3F1C90440482EBBE5BDC76C8C7
CS6 Master Collection (Mac, English, File 1, .dmg): FF76509D714E0BD95AFA92E55DECCACE
Photoshop CS6 (Windows, English, File 2, .7z): 8CFC6BE4A2A7AC5C3C585D3966387408
Photoshop CS6 (Mac, English, File 1, .dmg): 5E1223AF0BED85F1384F80F014A3267F
Instead of us doing it, it would be nice if Adobe provided a comprehensive list of checksum values for all the trials… But generally speaking, it shouldn’t really be necessary – because the archive file actually has its own checksum built in that is verified when it gets unpacked.
Put another way, if you are successful in extracting all the files, then you can be confident the files came down in good shape. So it’s not something most people worry too much about.
(Though if instead you get a message like “A problem occurred while extracting the archive,” then you may have a bad download and corrupted file.)
On your last point – yes, sometimes oddly the download managers can be a lot slower, this is voiced frequently by visitors to our site. So, it’s a tradeoff – and what you use (or don’t use) will also depend on how fast and reliable your Internet connection is.
Hope this helps!
Thanks again for the links you’ve posted here. If I’ve installed Adobe Web Premium CS5.5 activated with an original Serial Number that I bought recently, and then I want to install Dreamweaver CS6 via 30 day trial, will it be interfere with my CS5.5? Will I need to uninstall the CS5.5 first, or could I run these software without any interruption? Thank You.
Hi Anthony, good question – and the answer is it’s no problem to install different versions of the same Creative Suite product on the same computer… So you should be able to run Dreamweaver CS6, CS5.5, CS5, etc all together side-by-side without difficulty.
Read more about it here in our Creative Suite 6 Release Guide.
Chrome changed file 2 of the master collection to a txt file when I downloaded it. I changed the file extension to 7z and it seems to be working fine.
Very strange Diana, we have never heard of that happening! Sometimes Internet Explorer drops off the extension entirely, but we have never heard of any issues with Chrome… Thanks for letting us know what happened to you and how you solved it.
There is a lot of Extra Content still missing for download. Like:
Premiere Pro
Encore
After Effects
These are additional content downloads that have not been published (links) here yet. Are these coming?
Sorry, just saw the Premiere Extra Content! THANKS!
But how about for ENCORE and After Effects?
The Encore content was bundled inside the Premiere content in CS5.5, it was like a 2.5GB download!
Hello Sira, you’re right that the Extra Content for Premiere Pro was much larger for CS5.5 – but this is what they’re offering for CS6… It’s the correct location for the file and there’s nothing else we’ve found.
As for After Effects, the additional content was not carried forward from CS5.5 to CS6 – there’s simply nothing there, so we presume Adobe discontinued it.
The same thing goes for Fireworks and the CS6 suites – there’s nothing in those directories, so not available… But if you hear anything otherwise, please let us know!
the file links u provided worked absolutely fine for me without any glitch. thanks for the links you provided… chao
I signed in with my Adobe ID and I get blocked by that permissions screen every time. I finally had the Adobe Application Manager download it. stayed signed in. started the trial, followed the directions and got off the Internet. there is no way to input a serial for Adobe Muse — you get BUY or TRIAL. That’s it.
Yes, that’s right Brody – that’s because Adobe Muse is not offered as a standalone permanent application like the others are – Muse is available via subscription only. It may be the same for Adobe Edge when its final release arrives.
So there is no serial number to enter there – the Muse subscription is tied to your Adobe ID when you log in, and is activated that way.
Well there we go. I DID a doubletake when I saw Muse there.
Thank you so much. You saved a lot of time having to download >6GB of the software provided by adobe :)
Great, glad it helped Van – and thanks for letting us know!
@ProDesign
i got access denied. how I can access them?
Hey there Kristina, please make sure you carefully follow the download instructions in the article above…
If still no luck, then check out these suggestions from an earlier comment – and hopefully that will help.
Are they going to up the Acrobat X Suite with PS CS6? Or, just leave the CS5 version in it, TY :)
Greetings Sal, we do expect that Adobe will refresh the Acrobat X Suite soon with the recent releases of Photoshop CS6 and Captivate 5.5, but there is no word on dates yet and it would be a paid upgrade from the current one.
The only extra content for Illustrator was fonts.
Welcome Sylvester, what’s included in the Extra Content for Creative Suite always varies by the application, and is different for each tool… As mentioned above, it’s not required but is nice to have – and free.
First, thanks for the links :-). I now have the Flash Professional CS6 dmg file downloaded on my Mac. When I launch it, and then go to install the app, I get a screen to choose between ‘Buy’ and ‘Try’. I go into ‘Try’ > Agree to the license terms > Sign In with Adobe ID. Here I give my id and password, and the installer hangs. I have to force quit the application. I have tried several times, after restarting the Mac, etc. but it always hangs at the sign-in screen.
I am able to log in properly on Adobe website with the same credentials. So, there is no problem with my userid/password.
Before downloading the dmg directly by following your instructions, I had tried once to download Flash CS6 trial using Adobe Download Assistant. Since it was taking ages, I quit the program midway… wonder if that has some effect on this.
Any clue as to what’s happening here?
Hi Deepak, thanks for your message. Sorry you’re having difficulties – if you check the Adobe Forums, you’ll see some folks are having issues with the CS6 software installation hanging, particularly on the Mac.
You can see what they suggest there, it may help you… but outside of that, there’s nothing we here can do here – apologies on that!
If you do make progress in getting it to work for you, please post back your success – thank you!
@ ProDesignTools
I installed the extra content from CS5.5, then I moved it over to the coresponding CS6 directories and it ALL works fine.
Later I installed the CS6 content on top just to make sure any changes on templates or styles were installed over the old.
Glad to say everything is perfect…
Mostly there were a lot of ENCORE templates missing… a LOT!!!!
Cool Sira, glad to hear that worked out – it’s a great idea!
Not sure why the Extra Content was reduced for CS6, but thanks for sharing that solution.
Impossible to download CS6 Production Premium file 2 for Windows: ProductionPremium_CS6_LS7.7z.
Have attempted several times – ALWAYS stops at same point – 1.8 GB (1,914,885 KB). Both UK and Western Europe. Other big files are OK.
Is this one corrupted, and if so, can it be fixed? If not, what could be causing the problem at my end, when other multi-gigabyte packages have downloaded OK?
Hello Dixon, we just tested that link and it took a little while, but the file downloaded correctly and completely.
If it keeps cutting off for you, then you may want to try downloading using your own free download manager – which can resume after a paused or interrupted download… They’re also useful if you have a slower service or wireless or a spotty connection.
Or try the regular way using Adobe’s Download Assistant, which can serve a similar purpose. Hope this helps.
Can’t download anything. I get this.
Access Denied
You don’t have permission to access “…/AdobeProducts/STAM/CS6/win32/MasterCollection_CS6_LS16.exe” on this server.

Hey there, please make sure you carefully follow the download instructions given in the article…
If still not working for you, then check out these suggestions from an earlier comment – and hopefully that will help.
The link for the Western Europe for Acrobat X Pro is wrong, is the same as English – the right one should be:
AdobeProducts/APRO/10/win32/AcrobatPro_10_Web_WWSINLP.exe
Thank you Vortolo, the one we’ve got in the table above is actually for English, German, and French – so it does include a good deal of western Europe…
The link you shared is for the Acrobat X Pro trial in additional European languages like Italian, Spanish, Dutch, and Portuguese – so will be helpful to many folks as well… including readers in Brazil.
Thanks for posting!
Hey Guys! I’ve got good news for you!
Since downloading really huge files in just a day sounds pretty frustrating, I just tried DAP (a download manager) and it worked. I was able to split my download in 3 three days since i haven’t got a really fast Internet speed. I’m not really sure, but it worked for me.
Try it too and I hope it works for you guys!
(DAP – Download Accelerator Plus)
Greetings Alfonso, thank you for sharing your experience and solution… Yes, we often recommend the use of your own DLM for cases where your Internet connection isn’t strong or fast – see the reply to Dixon just above for example.
There’s a good list of free download managers you can choose from if you prefer those instead of the Adobe Download Assistant or Akamai Download Manager. DAP, the one you mention, is well-rated and also on that list. Just install one of those and then come back here and select whichever CS6 trials you want.
After I download and install Adobe PS CS6, when I try to launch it an error message appears:
” The procedure entry point GetLogicalProcessor information could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll. “
what can i do now !
I am using windows xp service pack 2, 32 bit.
Hi Rajib, that’s an easy one. See this Adobe Forum thread for the solution…
According to the official CS6 System Requirements, you need Service Pack 3 with Windows XP.
So thank you for posting what you had – and if you add on that free update from Microsoft, you should be able to run Photoshop CS6.
Adobe recently put up a FAQ about the missing extra or functional content for CS6:
http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/multi/library-functional-content-missing.html
The takeaway is:
The “After Effects content will be migrated to the After Effects Exchange.”
Thank you very much for posting Chris, we hadn’t seen that yet and it’s very helpful to know!
We will incorporate that information into the article above for the benefit of future readers.
Hi again,
Tried to get the CS6 Design & Web Premium using the download links you guys provided, but my Internet connection is unfortunately just not up to the challenge.
Now, I had purchased the CS 5.5 Design Premium during the complimentary upgrade period and am in the process of getting my CS6 PAU key. Also, a computer magazine I subscribe to is going to be carrying the CS6 Master Collection Trial next month.
Which brings me to my question: If I were to install the Master Collection trial and at the end of the 30 day trial period, supply the installation with the PAU serial number for CS6 Design & Web Premium, will it automatically configure (downgrade??) my installation from Master Collection to Design & Web Premium?
Please let me know. Thanks!!
Welcome Joe, that’s a really great question – thanks for asking. And yes, if you install the Master Collection trial then you should be able to later activate whichever CS6 programs or suite you purchase with your permanent serial number, and the rest will stay as trials…
In other words, CS6 Master Collection gives you everything to try out – and then you can just purchase and activate whichever tools you want without having to reinstall anything.
For more information, see the answers to these questions in the CS6 Trial FAQ:
What if I want to purchase only one component of a suite edition?
and
What if I tried multiple CS6 products? Can I convert each trial using a suite edition serial number?
I’m trying to d/l CS6 Design & Web for Windows (PC) but keep getting the following:
Access Denied
You don’t have permission to access “…/AdobeProducts/DSST/CS6/win32/DesignWebPremium_CS6_LS16.7z” on this server.

any reason why?
Thank you,
eldon
Yes, the links all work fine but you have to carefully follow the download instructions in the article, thanks Eldon.
If you still don’t have any luck, then try these suggestions.
Hello prodesign,
for some reason i can’t start the direct download.
i tried to download PS CS6 but it is showing “access denied.”
i don’t know what the problem is: i logged into my account from adobe.com so that the cookie would be set as said, then also it showed the same warning.
then i tried logging in with the adobe download manager but it’s showing the same message.
could you give me a solution for this? i am using firefox 12.0
Sorry you’re having trouble Alan – if possible try a different browser, computer or Internet connection… If still no luck, then check out this list of download tips.
Hi
I bought the Adobe CS6 along with Lightroom a couple of days back…..I have tried to download my product from the Adobe site after confirmation a couple of times. But due to Slow Internet Connections I couldn’t do so. Now when I am retrying the whole process, it says Download Failure, reason being “Too many download attempts. You were allowed to download only 5 times”. I have used the Download link only twice.
I bought this software as I had an assignment that I wanted to submit next week and wanted to post process my Images ASAP and now I am stuck with a Product I can’t access.
As per the suggestion prompted by the Site, I contacted the email [email protected], but received a prompt reply from them saying that they do not handle the customer service for Adobe Systems Home and that I need to contact ADOBE directly with my request. The problem there is that I have been calling the two numbers mentioned for “Technical Support” under INDIA since yesterday and am unable to get through and the site says there is no “Call back” option for me right now.
To be honest I am a little frustrated and after a lot of research at looking at other available options I reached here. I hope downloading the trial version here and then entering the Key will solve my problem.
Please let me know if this will solution will work out the same way as my original CS6 Extended Version that I purchased.
Regards
Laxmi Hegde
Hello Laxmi, that’s unfortunate to hear you weren’t having luck with the other things you tried… Here, you can use the links as many times as you want and you won’t have any limitation. You should also definitely be able to download these free CS6 trials and install them on your computer to work fully for 30 calendar days. That should get you going right away with the software, and then you can convert your trial to a permanent version simply by entering your purchased serial number when you receive it.
Another option would be to change your order and ask Adobe to send you the product on DVD’s instead. Either way, you can still use the trials here in the meantime.
So, hopefully this means your troubles are over… But please let us know if there’s anything else we can answer for you!
PS – You mentioned you purchased LR as well – so here are the direct download links for Lightroom 4 as well.
@ Diana
I had the same extension issue with Chrome as well.
OK, thank you for seconding the issue – we’ll make a note of that for the future.
