The links are broken on the whole page.
No, you just have to carefully follow the download instructions which are required by Adobe, or the CS6 direct links won’t work… You’ll find those directions near the top of this page.
Then if you have any difficulties, try a different web browser, computer, or Internet connection… Avoid Wi-Fi as it can be slow and unreliable; these are large files so you’ll get better results using a fast wired connection (with a cable) instead.
Finally, we put together a list of download tips if you have any further issues.
After trying to install it, I keep getting a message saying that this product is not a genuine Adobe product and that it is counterfeit. Is there any solution to this?
Thank you.
Hi Fiona, these downloads are coming directly from Adobe’s servers, so they are definitely genuine and authentic – we do not host them ourselves. So, that message is indicating another problem somewhere.
The first possibility is that your download is incomplete or corrupt, in which case we’d recommend trying again with a different browser or computer, and a stronger Internet connection if possible (not Wi-Fi).
Another reason it could happen is if you have an old version of the Adobe Application Manager already installed on your computer (there was a certificate revocation by Adobe on October 4th). A final possibility is if you are using an operating system older than Windows 7. Either way, your best bet is to download and install the AAM patch from this link.
Hope that helps!
Is CS6 the same as Photoshop 13? That’s the name of the files I’m getting when I download.
Yes Joyce, it is… And the latest version, Photoshop CC, is the same as Photoshop 14.
I have fully downloaded photoshop, illustrator,after effects and in design but when I click on them they all ask what program I should open them with. I don’t understand where I put the ‘.exe’ part on the downloads to make it work.
Really confused!
Thanks
Hello Jen, it sounds like your file extensions may have been dropped by your browser – please see this earlier comment for the solution to that.
The download links for CS6 Trials are not working because are taking user to a http address.
Hey Albert, these links are complete for the entire Creative Suite 6 release (all CS6 products on all supported platforms), and they work just fine so long as you carefully follow the step-by-step instructions given near the top of this page…
The instructions are necessary to set an adobe.com session cookie on your browser, which enables access to the direct links.
I’m getting this error, it says:
” The file archive part of Adobe Photoshop CS6 is missing. You need all parts in the same folder in order to extract Adobe Photoshop CS6. Please download all parts. “
Help?
Greetings Kim, for the solution to that please see these earlier comments.
@ProDesignTools
Honest, I tried several times using your instructions and it takes me to this page:
Access Denied
You don’t have permission to access “…/AdobeProducts/STAM/CS6/win32/MasterCollection_CS6_LS16.exe” on this server.
Reference #18.3f08f748.1392777810.b78fa0e
Can you please verify.
Hello again Albert, here is a list of download suggestions to help get past any issue you may encounter.
Hi,
I received a new computer at work and need to re-install adobe CS6 Design & Web Premium on it but I can managed to download the file (#2).
Every time the download stops at about 3GB. I tried from home and from work but the same thing happens every time.
Is there another solution to download the file ?
Thanks
Welcome Elinor, sorry you’re having difficulties – but there would be no other solution other than trying different browsers and/or connections…
However, we’ve tested all the CS6 direct links here (coming from Adobe’s servers), and they work and download fine on our end.
Hi! I would like to know if after downloading the programs, I have to run the installer like “trial” or other option – thank you
Yes – after installation of the applications, you will get the choice of whether you want to run CS6 in free trial mode for 30 days, or to enter your valid purchased serial number (license key) to activate the software. You can do either.
The download links work for me, and it downloads all right, but when i double click it and hit run i get this error:
“The file archive part of Adobe Photoshop CS6 is missing. You need all parts in the same folder in order to extract Adobe Photoshop CS6. Please download all parts.”
I’ve tried extracting the download and re-downloading it, but nothing seems to work.
Hi Andrea, see here for how to solve that.
if wi-fi is about 25M is it strong or not as on wire will be 30M to download…@ProDesignTools
This works great, thank you!
Is Photoshop CS6 Extended version the same as what is shown as just Photoshop CS6 or is there a difference?
Hey there Alisa, as mentioned in the post above:
“Note there is no separate trial download for Photoshop CS6 ‘Standard’ – the trial is always the Extended version, and then you decide which version you’d like to keep at time of product purchase.”
Here’s the difference between Photoshop CS6 vs. Extended.
I needed Flash Professional for my college work and i’m so glad i found this website, thank you for the links, you’re a life saver
Welcome Martin, glad to help and thank you for the kind words!
Hi there.
I’m trying to “save link as…” and nothing pops up.
I tried to click to download the first link on Creative Suite Master Collection, and it said certain products were missing.
What do? Thanks
To be specific, it says “file archive” is missing.
Hello Kate, see here for how to fix that.
Hello,
I have read through the above instructions many times and am really struggling trying to download this trial in order to take this adobe photoshop course. I have spent three days re-downloaded everything 3 times now and would really appreciate some help!! I have tried the following in order to “re-do” everything:
Tried Wi-Fi and also an actual phone cord to get internet for downloading;
Tried changing browsers from Firefox to Google Chrome;
Tried running cleaners on my laptop in order to make sure there are no viruses;
Turned off pop-blockers/cookies; and many other things….
I have downloaded the Adobe Download Assistant, and signed in. Then, I was able to download all 31 or so of the files above using the “Save As” method. They are all in the same folder (including those that needed the 7z files).
I am now trying to click on ALL of the exe files to “Run” them. Most of them have worked; however, I have now tried to “Run” the Adobe Flash Builder 4.7 and I get a message that says “A problem occurred while extracting the archive. Please try downloading the Adobe Flash Builder 4.7 again.” I have tried downloading it many times and it fully downloads – no problem, but when I try to run it, I keep getting that message.
I am also wondering, am I doing the right thing by double-clicking on all of the non-7z files to install them on my desktop (once they are all downloaded in my folder)? Sorry this is so long. I would GREATLY appreciate some help with this. Thank you very much!!
@Carrie
Also, did I make the mistake of thinking I needed to download ALL of the files in the table above? I’m wondering if I need to uninstall everything again and follow all of the steps above to ONLY “Save As” the two files for Photoshop CS6. I was under the impression that I needed all of the links in the table (the “Suite”) in order to have the trial work?
Greetings Carrie, sorry you’re having issues with sorting things out. But if you only want Photoshop CS6, then you only need to download the two files (on Windows) for Photoshop CS6. You would download both the File 1 (.exe) and File 2 (.7z) into the same folder and then double-click the .exe to begin the installation process.
For just Photoshop, you don’t need the other tools like Flash Builder etc.
The “Save As…” method should work fine to get the files. Note that you don’t actually need the Adobe Download Assistant, in fact one of the benefits here is being about to download CS6 without using it.
We also have available the direct download links for the newer release, Photoshop CC… That is a better version and also available via free trial or through a $10/month plan.
@ProDesignTools
Thank you so much for the quick response! I finally realized that I did not need to download all of the links in order to get the trial Photoshop program for the Certification Course. I believe it should work fine now. Thank you again!!
I thought my issue had been resolved a month back but I am still getting blocked from using my CS6 software saying my serial number is being used on 2 other computers. It is in fact not. I deactivated it on one of them and totally uninstalled on another. Please help ASAP.
Hi Ron,
If you’ve already followed our guide here:
How to Move or Switch Adobe Software Between Two Computers
…then Adobe is the only one who can really help resolve any licensing or activation issues if their system believes you are over your two-computer limit…
Getting in touch with them via live online chat is usually the fastest/easiest:
Hope this helps and good luck!
tango down
Adobe blocked the links
No, they all work perfectly fine when you carefully follow the download directions given in the article.
Hi there,
I downloaded the trial and when I installed it, it turned out to be the Photoshop Standard version. I don’t have the 3D nor the Animation option, and when I launch the program or check the about Photoshop it doesn’t say Extended. Is it just me who’s experiencing this?
I have already tried to uninstall and reinstall the program, but nothing has helped.
Actually, as mentioned in the post above, the free trial version here is always the Extended version – and the additional Extended features should be automatically turned on or off depending on which serial number you have or purchase.
If that’s not happening for you, not sure why.
Hey, please check the File in Adobe Photoshop :( i already download it again and again but when i extract it the other file’s are corrupted :( huh

Hey Po, everything’s fine here, the downloads all work perfectly. Try a different web browser or computer, use a stronger/faster Internet connection, avoid Wi-Fi if possible, etc.
If still no luck, try googling the exact error message you get and that might turn up some additional pointers or solutions.
i also did that, i try to re-download again on another computer but whew no luck :( when i extract it i always get an error, i already downloaded it 4x :(
