@Grace B
It also says that the file is not readable
Not sure Grace, sounds like your file(s) may have come across incomplete or corrupt… You probably want to reload this page and try again, perhaps with a different browser or computer – but still carefully following the download instructions near the top of this page.
For best results, make sure you have a strong and reliable (wired instead of wireless) Internet connection, because these can be large files.
Also on Windows, you don’t need to use any external utility to unzip the archive contained in File 2; just download and run File 1 in the same folder to begin the process.
Finally, make sure you have administrator privileges to install the program.
If you have any further difficulties, check out this list of download tips that we put together.
@ProDesignTools
Hi, I already have it downloaded, but the trial expired. I followed the instructions today and downloaded again, but it says trial expired. I thought these downloads give you permanent access to the program?
No, not at all. With all Adobe software, you can get a free trial for up to 60 days – see:
How Long Are Adobe Free Trial Periods? Why It’s 60 Days, Instead of 30
@ProDesignTools
my photoshop stopped working. i uninstalled it off my mac, and tried to install the trial on this website. i followed everything exactly. when i open photoshop cs6 i get the adobe popup that has two options, license software, and continue trial. but it does not allow me to press ‘continue trial’ – i have to pay for the software.
Right – because your original 30 free days is up… See the link we gave you in our previous comment if you need to extend your time.
Hi,
is it still possible to buy ‘regular’ web collection
(and not cloud version)
I think that means cs6 –
or did it expire last month,
thanks
(if I click the price on this page, I just get redirected to adobe.com’s cloud buy page
https://prodesigntools.com/products/adobe-cs6-pricing-list.html )
thanks
/M
Hi Max, yes – it’s still possible… CS6 is two years old, but Adobe is still selling it direct if you who want it!
See it here:
Adobe Creative Suite 6 Product Catalog
(with student & teacher pricing accessible to the right)
Keep in mind however that CS6 is static software and Adobe will not be making any updates or upgrades to it. So it may not be supported on future versions of Windows/Mac operating systems, etc.
hello, I’m trying to download the older version of premiere pro (cs6) and CC on an iMac, but once i click on the link for the file it says i do not haver permission to access the link on this server.
please help :)
Sure Scott, just follow the download instructions, otherwise you will get that exact message.
I am trying to download the course requirements for this photography class I’m taking, and I can’t seem to find where to download the photoshop cs6 extended free 30-day trial link.
Hello Carla, the free trial version of Photoshop that’s linked in the table above is actually the Extended version… just be sure to follow the instructions.
Photoshop CS6 is over two years old now – the newest release is Photoshop CC 2014 (see the version differences here). If you want to download it or check it out, then we have direct links for all the CC 2014 free trials here.
By the way, note that you generally run all Adobe free trials (including CS6 and CC) for up to 60 days.
After your tryout is up, you could purchase CS6 direct from Adobe here, or the newer CC version here.
Hope that helps!
it says that access is denied
Please carefully follow the download directions, otherwise you’ll get that message.
hello
I need direct download link for Arabic language (یدعم العربیه).
Sure Elena, try this: the Middle Eastern versions of CS6 supporting Arabic, Hebrew, and more.
I am not able to download Photoshop CS6 that is 1.1 GB in size, it says
“Access Denied
You don’t have permission to access “…/AdobeProducts/PHSP/13/win32/Photoshop_13_LS16.exe” on this server.
Reference #18.d7aef75.1404306999.16b4712f”
What and how do i fix this, and do i need to wait for some time.
Any suggestions.
Yes, see this list of download tips if you have any problem.
@loto
first u must log in to adobe.com, then go there
Hi, I have followed your steps and everything went great except when I went into applications to drag it to my desktop, i noticed it is called adobe bridge CS alias. Lol… Is this the same thing PS CS6?
Thanks for all your help!
Not sure Claire – could you please post more details about what product you were trying to download, for which operating system, and exactly what the file(s) were called on your disk?
It is telling me that I am attempting to install counterfeit material? and won’t let me — I need this to take a photography course that I have already paid for and I’m on a time table – what do I do?
Hi Kristie, are you getting a message that says something like, “Adobe Genuine Verification Failure”?
If so, it’s a misleading diagnostic and not actually correct… See this previous comment for the solution.
@ProDesignTools
I was trying to download the CS6 for a trial. I didn’t use a disk, I clicked on Creative Suite 6 – Adobe CS6 Download Links above for mac (file 1). Which I think I have done successfully by following your steps.
When it had finished, I went into finder to look for it so I could then create a shortcut on to my desktop. When I did this, the shortcut opened up as “Adobe Bridge CS6 alias”. Although, now that I am using it, it does say at the top of the screen “Adobe CS6.” Lol I’m confused.
I don’t know what Bridge is so I think I just want to make sure that the CS6 trial I’m using is the same as if I bought it?
I am on an imac 27 inch.
Claire, it sounds like you need to look for “Photoshop” instead on your computer… Bridge is a companion app for Photoshop; it helps manage files. It is bundled together with Photoshop CS6, but it is not Photoshop itself.
On your other question, the trial versions here are the same as the full versions – in terms of the programs and what they do. You can convert a trial version into a full version (without reinstalling) by entering your valid purchased serial number.
@claire
no it’s not the same thing, look for it somewhere else
How do I get a full trial version of CS6? seems like it’s only CC on trial?
No, CS6 is right here on this page – all of the original free trials and full versions (with valid purchased serial number)…
You just have to make sure you carefully follow the download instructions before clicking any of the CS6 direct links given in the table above.
I downloaded Edge Animate from this site, but I don’t know how to install Edge Animate on my computer. All I have is a “Adobe Edge Animate” folder with a “deploy” and a “payloads” folder, but I don’t see any setup file in any of those folders. Did I miss something?
No Domi, you’re not missing anything… Adobe does not include a setup.exe installer in the package for that one app, Edge Animate – but a clever reader here figured out how to solve this so that you can install it after downloading via the direct link.
@ProDesignTools
Thanks for the tip! It worked, I even see the Edge Animate Icon :)
Hi! When I click on CS6 Master Collection for MAC, it says I don’t have access to this server?
Hey Matt, you have to carefully follow the download instructions (required by Adobe), otherwise you’ll get that message.
I am trying to download the trial version of Adobe Photoshop cs6 but I keep getting creative cloud photoshop cc – are they the same or not.
i need cs6 for my course, can you provide me with the link directly to cs6 so I can download the trial version.
thank you Margaret
Greetings Margaret,
Adobe CS6 and CC are not the same… The CC version is actually two years newer (and better), having just come out in June. CS6 was actually released in 2012.
Here is a guide to the major differences between the two… Most likely, you should be able to use either one for your training course.
If you want CC instead of CS6, we have the CC 2014 direct links here.
Otherwise, the direct download links for the older CS6 version are on this page – but you just have to make sure to carefully follow the download instructions given in the post above in order for them to work.
So, I’ve downloaded both parts to photoshop CS6 and CS6 master collection, put them in the same folder but it still keeps saying the file archive part is missing…
What am I doing wrong? I’m feeling a little downhearted after waiting a couple of hours for them to download and not work…
Hello Alex, see here for how to fix that.
Not able to download adobe cs6 master collection trial.
Hi Prem, are you carefully following the essential download directions, which are required by Adobe?
@ProDesignTools
I downloaded it by following above instructions, but it’s only a 1 MB application. What’s going wrong?
With Adobe on Windows, there are usually two files (a small .exe file and a large .7z file) – and you need them both…
Once they’re both downloaded to the same folder, then run the .exe file.
For some reason when I try to download the Adobe Illustrator CS6 file I get an error. It says Access Denied.
It isn’t just me. Some of my friends that tried to download the trials said they got the same error.
Hey Ray, just read through a few of the comments directly above and you’ll quickly figure out how to solve that issue…
Or, for an even faster cheat sheet, see this list of download tips.
Please feel free to pass this info along to your friends as well.
Why does it always says “Access denied” when I try the links? I’ve tried everything the internet says it might be, still not working :(
Welcome Tina, please read our comment just above yours.
The links are not working any longer. How do I try out After Effects without getting CC?
These CS6 direct links are all still working fine, provided you carefully follow the critically-important download instructions, which are required by Adobe.
The same goes for the new CC 2014 free trials as well.
