Hi!…I need your help. I was trying to download the trial for Photoshop CS6 for my class, and I followed all the steps that you have listed at the top, but is asking me for a serial number…where should I look for it?
Greetings Clarisa, you never need a serial number or license key for the free trial… Generally, with Adobe trials you can run the software for 30-60 days for free.
When you install and start the program, it should say at some point, “Try: I want to try Adobe Photoshop CS6 for a limited time.” Just select that option to begin your free trial.
sir…i have downloaded a full version of Adobe Photoshop CS6 but i don’t have license key, please provide me a valid license key.

I’m trying to download CS6 for trial use from your links, but it is telling me server access denied. Could you please help me out? I prefer to avoid the trial versions of CC.
These original CS6 direct download links all continue to work fine. But importantly, you have to make sure you are carefully following the essential download instructions (required by Adobe) given in the article above.
Once you do, you should be good. But if you don’t, then you will get the message that you mentioned.
If you have any difficulties, try a different web browser, computer, or Internet connection.

I don’t think your links work! I tried on both my mac and pc– the links lead me to an “Access Denied” page. Could you update the links please?

That’s puzzling; what exact message do you get? Flash Pro remained a 32-bit application in CS6, and changed to native 64-bit in CC 2013.
my trial voucher ends Sep 6th. When I signed up for the course, I had no idea that it was so comprehensive. Since I have the files, will I be able to continue the lessons after sep 6 and for the 30 days that I have the trial files? A month or so ago I was having trouble accessing the course and I just have not gotten back to it.

I downloaded a trial version of Photoshop CS6, and it did not start automatically. Now I am unable to open it.
Hey Joni, can you provide more details? We’d be happy to try to help, but need more information like what happened, were you actually able to install it, the exact message(s) you got, did you try redownloading, or uninstalling/reinstalling, etc. Thanks.
I downloaded with Firefox and it said the download completed. I double-clicked the .exe file and this came up…”Photoshop_13_LS16.exe” is an executable file. Executable files may contain viruses or other malicious code that could harm your computer. Use caution when opening this file. Are you sure you want to launch “Photoshop_13_LS16.exe”?
I clicked “ok”
then another window popped up and I clicked “RUN”
then I chose a folder location and clicked “NEXT”
then it said there was a problem extracting the files and to download it again.
Yes, on Windows you need File 2 (a .7z file) as well. It’s much larger than the .exe but goes together as a pair.
When I try to open the photoshop files it says it’s not a supported file type or has been damaged. I made sure to save both files into the same folder, and have tried downloading twice with no luck. What’s the problem? I believe I have followed the above instructions as well.
Hi Laura, what’s the exact message? (word for word)
Also, are you sure that your downloads kept their file extensions? (.exe and .7z) Sometimes those are lost by your browser (especially IE) – see here for more details and help.

Hello rajan, the links here all work fine – we test them regularly and there’s no problem.
However, it’s essential that you carefully follow the download directions given in the article above (and required by Adobe) – otherwise they won’t work.
If you still have any issues, please try a different web browser, another computer, or a better/faster Internet connection – while still following those instructions.

Are those listed under “Creative Suite 6 – Adobe CS6 Download Links” all trial downloads? Even the creative suites? Or are they full cracked versions? Also, how do I install when there are 2 files (File 1 & File 2)?? Please help. Thanks
Sarah, these are all the direct links to Adobe’s official, original, and authentic CS6 trial downloads. All free trial downloads (including CS6) will work for 30 days – or possibly up to 44 days – on your computer.
These same versions will also activate for regular, ongoing use via your valid purchased serial number.
To install on Windows, just download both files (where applicable) – then run the .exe (File 1), and take it from there… Here are complete instructions if you’re unsure how to proceed.
I tried downloading part 2 for the cs6 download but the download won’t load up for some reason? I followed all the steps listed too
What happens Nero, do you get any messages? If so, what are they exactly? Are you not able to download anything, or does it happen after the download completes?
Can you tell me how to download just the CS6 extended version. Every time I click on CS6 it goes to CC. All I want for now is CS6.Thanks
Sure Brad, if you are sure to carefully follow the download instructions given in the article above (near the top of this page), then these CS6 direct links should work for you…
Otherwise, you will likely get the latest-and-greatest CC 2014 release instead.
I’m using explorer and downloaded the files, but when I try to run them, I get an error message that says:
‘This version of the file is not compatible with the version of Windows you’re running. Check your computer’s system information to see if you need an x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) version of the software and contact the software publisher.’
I’m running Windows 7, 64 bit OS, so can I get a 64-bit version of the program??
Not sure why that’s happening, as all the CS6 applications linked here should work with most 64-bit systems… We haven’t ever seen that message before, so it may be a peculiarity with your particular computer or configuration. Try this solution offered by Microsoft and see if that helps.

I tried to download the CS6 master trial and it indicates that it’s started, but freezes in download progress after about 30 seconds and very tiny progress.

Hi Iveta, not sure why – certainly the CS6 direct links here are all correct and work fine… You might want to try a different browser and/or Internet connection.
Also, make sure you’re not blocking or filtering anything with your browser(s) – like cookies, downloads, or any sites or URLs – or running blocking utilities like Ghostery, AdBlock, or Disconnect.
Read the step-by-step download instructions above again, and take it from the top.
I did multiple times, on 2 additional different WiFi networks. So I’m not sure why it just freezes. I allowed cookies from all sites and have turned my pop-up blocker off, and don’t have any blocking extensions installed on Safari.
Not sure why either – Safari should work, and does for many visitors here. Did you try with another browser like Chrome?
I cannot get the file to open. I have the LS16 file but cannot open the LS16-7z file? It keeps booting me to pick a program to open this with.
Hey there Colleen, File 1 on Windows should always be a .exe file (an executable that you can double-click)… But sometimes the file extensions are dropped by your we browser (especially Internet Explorer) – see here for the solution.
I have Photoshop Elements 12. Can I use that for this course?

Well, the first thing to do no matter where you are in the world is to see if Adobe has a direct online store in your country:

If not found there (if you can’t buy from the Adobe Store direct), then check where else you might be able to buy CS6 or other Adobe software products in your area/region:
