Merci, oui donc me reste juste à (re-)télécharger la 2e partie pour l’extraire avec l’exécutable si j’ai bien compris.
Merci.
File is either unknown or damaged
Je fais comment pour que le 2e fichier se télécharge dans le même dossier que l’extracteur, aucune fenêtre ne me propose où le télécharger.
SVP Mourtaza, vous pouvez essayer les mêmes choses que Kate, et après.
Bonne chance!
I was trying to download the Cs4 Creative Suite Premium free trial when my electricity went out and interrupted the download. Now when I try to download it again I am redirected to Adobe’s website, prompted to sign in and only can can download the Cs5 versions.
I have tried deleting cookies and browser history and it won’t work. Can someone assist please?
Hi EMB, sometimes folks do have those challenges with Adobe’s servers… You’re logged in, but it still says you still need to sign in to resume your download, and it downloads the latest version (CS5.5) instead of giving you the older release you’re looking for.
Try waiting a bit and then see Kate’s earlier comments, the things she tried, and the series of replies which follow – and hopefully that will help you get going.
Thanks, I deleted mine by accident a while back and I still have my license key password will it allow me to use it again.
You have to start downloading the latest version, then downloading the older version that you want works, too!
Hello,
I installed the Premiere Pro CS4 trial version. Everything is working ok but every few minutes I get the message:
“Additional codecs that are not included in the trial version of Premiere Pro must be installed.”
When I click “ok” it attempts to install but quickly says: “installation was unsuccessful”. I contacted Adobe support and was told that they can’t help with CS4 version issues. Any help to remedy this is much appreciated— Thank-you!
Hey there – for the answer on that, please read this Adobe forum thread completely through.
no installer appeared to trial photoshop cs4
@ProDesignTools
Hi ProDesign- thanks for the link…good information— hopefully will resolve the issue!
WILL After effects cs3 work on mac os x tiger/ 10.4.11
Yes Anthony, it looks like it should.
Happy to be a member of your pro.
Valuable post. Saved a lot of digging to activate CS4 on a new computer.
Thank you.
That’s great Joe – glad to hear it helped you and thanks for letting us know!
I can’t find a trial download of Adobe After Effects for Mac OS X Tiger 10.4.11. Is there one available anywhere?
Please see Anthony’s comments and response, just a few above yours!
@ EMB
Same thing happened to me. Did you happen to figure it out yet?
Can Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 and After Effects CS4 install or support Windows XP ?
Yes! And in fact that’s why so many people are still interested in CS4 for those two video products, because XP still represents about 37% of the Windows installed base worldwide…
Although if you buy an Adobe CS5.5 suite now you also get CS4 free (Pr Pro & AE) to cover all possibilities.
UUUUUUUUUH! i’ve been searching everywhere.. I need CS4 for Windows but it won’t work for some reason? it just leads me to the new version.. CS5.. and i don’t want that!!!!! can someone help me.. i’m getting a little stressed out here.
Welcome Joy, you’re in the right place. Did you read and follow the download instructions above in the article?
Hi,
Tried to load cs4 master collection from my original discs but failed due to a 1603 error “adobe color common set RGB”, help file gave kb403891 “uninstall color profiles rollback” as a remedy, but apart from the files in C\windows\sys32\spool\drivers\color the files in the common folder dont exist and neither does the key in the registry so am unable to delete them. Thought it may be corrupted disc so downloaded from your site with no problems but on installing i get the same error at the same point, any thoughts on what to do, have searched the net but no luck and adobe just points me towards the kb article.
Thanks for your help.
forgot to say, am using windows 7 64 bit home premium on a toshiba satellite with 4 gig of ram and about 300 gig spare on my hard drive with a ATI radeon with 512 mb graphics memory. Hope that helps.
Thanks
Sorry you’re having troubles with your installation Indiana… We haven’t ever heard of anything like that before, but our best thought would be to run Adobe’s Creative Suite Cleaner Tool to remove all traces of any previous installations of CS3, CS4, and CS5 from your system, reboot, and then give it another shot.
@ProDesignTools
OH right.. thank you so much! this really helped :D
Thank you soo much!!!! I was unable to find any download link for adobe after effects cs3 but I found this site and it really helped!!
That’s terrific Jeremy – glad it helped solve the problem and thank you for your kind note.
Just wanted to say SUPER THANKS!!! for having this page up with the DL links.
I recently upgraded to a new laptop computer with Win7 64-bit, from having Vista 32-bit. The only thing holding me back from enjoying my new comp was knowing CS3 was still on my old comp and the original install disc and product key are long gone from my possession.
Well Adobe Support basically told me today I’d have to purchase an CS5 upgrade software disc and use the old product key to activate (You can find your key under your activation file from your Adobe account online). Ummm yeah, so basically I can’t afford to fork out the money at this moment for new software much less an upgrade version. Soooo… I went hunting for a REAL solution and I found you guys among other helpful forum posts.
DL-ed the CS3 Design Standard zip file from here, extracted files, ran the setup, after a long while of waiting an error came up regarding AdobePDF.dll. Well I canceled out of that notice, but looked up on my phone browser for further assistance. Came up with a compatibility issue regarding Win7 64 bit. Solution was simple. I should have never cancelled and instead looked for the AdobePDF.dll file in the install file folder….which I did. It is called AdobePDF.dll_64. Copied it to my desktop and renamed to EXCLUDE “_64”.
Ran the install again, reinstalled Acrobat, it “repaired” the shared document files, repaired the Acrobat install, then again came across the same error, but this time I selected the AdobePDF.dll file from my desktop. Finally finished complete install. Opened up Photoshop and activated with my old key and everything works perfectly. No hang ups or errors. I think not opening the programs after the initial install minus the AdobePDF.dll file helped avoid the hang up some experience from not using the .dll file needed.
Anyway, I’m super elated that I didn’t have to pay to continue using programs that I already paid for and while they’re not the newest and greatest, they do just fine. So, again, thanks for the tips and having this information available.
That’s great Maggie – thank you for the update, and be sure to make an offline backup of the installation files now so that you have them in a safe place in case you ever need them again!
I am trying to download a trial version of Premier CS4 as I cannot download CS5, but am not able to do so. I just seem to be going around in circles. Can you help? Thanks.
I am trying to download CS3 and I too have my serial number but no discs. How do I clear my trial cookie?
Hi, I am trying to download cs3 and have reviewed previous commments, like Kate’s from December 2010. I have done ALL of that and when I try downloading the File 1 for CS3 Design Standard for Mac, it directs me to the adobe website and the only option to download is CS5…. Help! Thank you…
Greetings Ann & Kary, some folks just have difficulty downloading from Adobe’s servers – we’ve never been sure why… The vast majority of visitors have no problem – so if you’re following the download instructions in the article above, it should eventually work (and it does here now, just tested them again).
Your best option may be to to use a different browser / computer / connection, however you can. Or sometimes just waiting a little while also seems to resolve the issue, oddly enough.
PS – Kary, there is no trial cookie to clear – you just enter your valid, purchased serial number when the trial software asks you for it.
@ProDesignTools
Ok, I want to be sure I am doing this correctly.
On your website, prodesigntools.com, i am on the page “Download all official Adobe cs4 and cs3 free trials” page.
I clicked on “file 1” under the CS3 Design Standard, Mac heading.
I was directed to the Adobe site, where it read “resume your Adobe download”.
I clicked “sign in and resume your trial download”.
Then I got the Download page with the CS5 downloads. I can’t find a CS3 option anywhere. I have tried it from different computers and connections…
Am I doing something wrong?
Hi Kary, it sounds like you’ve got it right, so long as you are first visiting Adobe’s Trials page to get the proper session cookie set on your browser, before clicking on the CS3/CS4 links above.
You might clear the browser cookies and cache on your computer, then follow the instructions in the article above again – but try not logging in with your Adobe ID this time – just visit an Adobe Elements trial download page then immediately come back here.
Otherwise, occasionally some visitors just have trouble with Adobe’s set-up. As mentioned in the earlier reply, sometimes just waiting a little while and giving it a rest seems to help, as strange as that may sound!
@ProDesignTools
I have also tried using Safari, Mozilla and Sea Monkey… hmmmm….
