Hi Wahyu, these links are old but they do still function – but you have to make sure you are carefully following the step-by-step download instructions given near the top of this page.
Following those instructions (first) is required by Adobe’s servers and is essential, otherwise the direct links won’t work for you – and you’ll get an access or permissions denied message instead.
If you have any difficulties, then try with a different web browser, computer, or Internet connection – all while still following those directions.
To start the installation process, just put/download the application files into the same folder on your computer, and then run or double-click the ‘File 1’ – which should be an .EXE file on Windows or a .DMG file on Mac.
If you’ve downloaded the optional Extra Content (File 3/4), then you would install that separately afterwards.

I am trying to download CS3 Design Premium, but I get an error message when installing. The error message says “Setup has encountered an error and cannot continue. Contact Adobe Customer Support for assistance”
I can download the items separately, but my serial number does not work.
Greetings Lou, here is hopefully the answer:
“Launch the installer for a second time and you should not encounter the error again.”
If that doesn’t work, then try the suggestions given in our previous reply here.
If still no luck, then google the exact text of the error message you got. That will often provide the solution.
The Second is an optional pack…you just have to download the first.
I’m trying to re-install CS4 Design Standard package for Mac. I downloaded the ADBESTPPCS4_LS4.dmg file (Europe version), opened it and double clicked the Setup.app. Than I got an error message (in Dutch), stating “Deze software kan niet worden geïnstalleerd omdat het bestandssysteem van het installatievolume niet wordt ondersteund”. This means something like that the software cannot be installed because the file system of the installation volume (here the dmg-file, I guess) is not supported.
I’m running macOS Sierra, V10.12.2 on a MacBook Pro.
Anyone any suggestions how to cope, what to do?
Oh, forgot to mention that the error message says 150:30
That sounds like an Apple Gatekeeper issue, which comes up for old (unsigned) software like CS3/CS4… See if this page helps.

Yes, following those instructions (first) is essential in order for the direct links to work… That process sets a session cookie on your browser that is required by Adobe’s download servers; otherwise you will get “access denied” instead when clicking on the links.
Hello, i want to download Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2017 (32-bit or 64-bit). Whichever edition is available.
I also would like to know, Abobe has stopped making 32bit version of Premiere Pro. (Is that true?)

And yes, it’s true that Premiere Pro and After Effects are no longer offered with 32-bit versions… That stopped with CS4 in 2008. For more details, see:

I feel really stupid asking the question because 2017 has just started and it’s not possible to download CC 2017. But is 2016 the latest in CC service of edition.

Is the download link for Premiere Pro cs4 32bit or 64bit? My computer is 32bit.
Hello Mark, the CS4 versions of Premiere Pro and After Effects are 32-bit applications… These releases from 2008 were the last time those tools supported 32-bit machines. For more information, check out:

I purchased a copy of Acrobat Pro 8 for Mac back *mumble mumble* years ago. I use it very occasionally, but it’s been a great workhorse. Last time I tried to use it, however, I got an error message: “WARNING: The EScript plugin cannot be loaded. The Accessibility Checker can still function, but will be unable to attach comments to documents.”
You then have to press the “OK” button, after which the program quits with the usual reporting choices. Because it quits, I can’t even get my serial number. What can I do to get my copy of Acrobat Pro 8 working again? I am now running Sierra 10.12.6 on an older MacBook Pro. (It’s on an Intel Core i7).
Sorry, we doubt that the Acrobat 8 is compatible with macOS Sierra… Apple is notorious for dropping support for older APIs and software with each new release of macOS.
So trying to run an 11-year-old program on a modern o/s can be problematic. Even the later Acrobat 9 is said to be not compatible:

thanks for your reply. i have downloaded adobe cs3 professional from the link provided in this website. But after downloading and installing this software, it demands a product key. Based on this software, there is a lessson in my computer book.
The links on this page may still give free 30-day trials to the old software, not sure – but they might not work or run on modern operating systems anyway.
Outside of that (and recommending to use the latest releases instead), there’s nothing further we can do to help. These versions are 10+ years old and were discontinued by Adobe long ago, so it’s out of our control – sorry.
