The ability to create PDF forms is the biggest thing I lack right now with my current software & the thing I’d be most likely to use in the new version

Thanks for your answer yesterday if Adobe Acrobat XI Pro is all I need. I think I need to give more info. I have presently a large Word document in the style of a novel. I am intending to add appendixes to it with 200 photographs (4 per page) for 50 pages of photos all currently in jpeg and also add 300 pages of single pdf files each of historical docuements. My question is – is Adobe Acrobat Pro all I need to put it all in one pdf file. I know a portfolio would hold all the individual files. My goal is the user will have a hard copy of the book and also a pdf version with links to “jump back and forth” to all the relevant info (photos and historical documents) in the appendix. The audio in the pdf would be hard copy transcripts in the hard copy book. Thanks
No worries Quoc, now with Acrobat XI you can combine and merge anything you want – any type of file – into a single PDF file, whether a Portfolio or not.
I will use this to offer better contracts, proposals, and pdf documents to my clients and for my clients.
I’m planning to edit PDFs (text mostly).
Acrobat’s OCR is the best I know. I have that feeling, that they’ve improved on it even more in XI. Me want!! Oh, and the forms, of course, where would I be without them! Hardly ever use pens anymore!
All done! I have long been looking for a good program for working with files. Thanks for the giveaway and thanks for this chance! Best Regards.

PDF is a best form of a file to hold your portfolio
Donate it… I have the Cloud :-)
i need to prepare my lesson plan. Thanks
Easy editing of pdfs to send back and forth with clients – so much simpler than pulling out various other programs and reconverting into pdf!
I will use it to put all my Learning information in an easy to use book style. It is so easy
I cannot wait to upgrade from the buggy Pro X version to the Acrobat XI version! I love converting webpages to PDF files so that I can read them at my leisure.
I am looking forward to seeing all the other new/improved features of the Pro XI version!
I use Acrobat all the time as a teacher. It’s a great way to organize materials and lesson plans. I would love Acrobat XI and the new features it has to offer.
Use it for schoolwork!
Using Adobe Acrobat XI will make it easier to fill out forms to be sent to various people. As secretary of an international organization it will be used not only for the forms but also for creating PDF files and editing existing ones.
Acrobat XI would help me create forms, redact information, and Bates label documents!
Using new Acrobat I would like to make better documents for my portfolio. Also it can help me by creating my digital presentations. It would be just great!
To make sure my documents are cross platform.
