I found I was subscribed twice with two email addresses. So just deleting one of them.

Whilst I’m here….

I took advantage of the upgrade to CS5.5 and get a free upgrade to CS6 when it came out. Do you know how that works? Do I need to do anything or will the upgrade just arrive in the post?

Thanks for your thoughts Rodney, appreciate that. You’re right in that you need to do a quick unsubscribe of your old address, and then when that action drops you here, you just enter your new email address to resubscribe. It’s not perfectly optimal but in over three years since this site launched, yours is the first comment on that particular aspect. We’ll put it on a feature list for future consideration and implementation.

Why is it so obscure to find a place to change my email address? On your email links, you have a way to unsubscribe but no link to change profile information including email address. I should not have to unsubscribe then go through the drill of resubscribing to just change the email address. Really, folks…most other sites make this simple. Change your site to work the way your customers want to work, not the arcane way someone there thinks it should work. I spent my career in computer systems management and would have required you to listen to us.

Hi Tracey, you're right in that most of Adobe's offers generally are for North American customers. However, there are always special deals available for Europe/UK and the rest of the world... In fact, there are 4 different UK promotions going on right now.

Ah, OK – you actually hadn’t signed up for our e-Newsletter, but you did leave a comment for the Free Lightroom 4 Giveaway, and checked at the bottom to be notified of followup comments via e-mail…

There has been a lot of activity and commenting on that page today, so you probably received an email for each one. But within each of those emails is a link you can click to stop receiving future comments for that post.
