FANTASTIC – thank you !
I could not find these anywhere else, including at Adobe !
“Adobe recommends temporarily turning off any surfing restrictions you might have running, like site or cookie blocking, filtering, firewalls or antivirus software.”
Says all about the company…
Hi, the EXE downloads, but it’s a part of unpacked setup files and it says that files are missing (at least for me); as for 7zip file it says it doesn’t exist. I am logged in on the Adobe site and cookies are working. Any ideas?
@me above, ignore – lol, got it working finally (using IE)
for PSE 10 it says:

Hi Hale, we just tested the links again on this end and they all work OK… Have you carefully followed the download instructions above? That’s the kind of thing that will happen if Adobe doesn’t recognize you as being logged in (which sets their session cookie on your browser).
Or if you’ve done all that, then clear your browser cache/cookies and try again – or try a different browser, computer and/or Internet connection.
Superb stuff this.
I’m struggling to work out if Elements 10 will operate on my dated system… I seem to just meet the processor, and RAM requirements. I am just running XP professional 5.1.2600 but doubt I have Service Pack 3.
Great if someone could guide me. Thanks so much.
No worries Paul. Microsoft’s Service Packs are free and a good idea to install for many reasons. Just see these instructions to easily determine which service pack you’re running, and how to get up on the latest:
How to obtain the latest Windows XP service pack
If you’re concerned about system requirements generally, you can just download and install the free trial anyway and see how it runs on your computer. Then you can either either keep it or uninstall it once you verify and decide.
@ProDesignTools
Thanks for such great support. I have downloaded, and am already enjoying Elements 10. Hurrah, it works too!
Paul
Great to hear it Paul – thanks for taking the time to let us know, and please come back anytime!
The link on “Premiere Elements 10 – Windows” doesn’t work, and a small typo in step 1: it still says Elements 9.
Thank you very much for the heads-ups! Both of those items have been updated now, and everything should work 100% going forward.
May I beg your help again, having tried both Adobe and Apple forums without success.
I just can’t get my iPad or iPhone to see the new PSE10 Organiser and the new album I have created. All I see and have option to select are my old albums.
Any help with resolution would be hugely appreciated, or suggestions where I may try. Does it work for anyone ? Please, please
Paul
Hello again Paul, sorry for the difficulties you’re having. From what we can tell, this may be an issue with Photoshop Elements 10 that needs fixing by Adobe. Either that, or something with iTunes that needs addressing by Apple. In other words, you’re not the only one, and there may not be anything you can do until Adobe or Apple comes out with an update for it.
On a historical note, there was a glitch in the new content-aware healing brush when PSE 9 first came out, that was subsequently patched by Adobe in relatively short order… If this is indeed a problem in Elements 10 (or Apple) without an easy workaround, then we should look for something similar soon.
It might help if you and others call attention to what you’re running into with Adobe’s official Bug Report Form.

Hi Pankaj, please see this earlier response to a similar issue another visitor was having – thanks.
@ProDesignTools
Hurrah !!! Probably not a coincidence however I downloaded iTunes 10.5 (updated from version 10.4.1) and there it was… Elements suddenly appeared as an option.
Thankfully that’s solved it after many hours of searching and despair. iPad & iPhone now able to show albums.
Thanks again for the help and support of this forum.
That’s great news Paul! So since nothing has changed in Photoshop Elements 10, it would appear to have been an issue in iTunes that subsequently disappeared when you got the latest version.
Glad it all worked out for you, and thanks for circling back to let us know how it went – including the fix.
Enjoy the new software!
Sorry, but i cannot access to the download links
Hey there Dav, have you carefully followed the download instructions above?
thank you a lot :)
When I download the files neither of them are .exe, i don’t understand how to run them?
Welcome Rachael, are you using Internet Explorer? As mentioned in the article, the IE browser has a tendency to drop off the file extensions on these downloads… (Firefox and Chrome are fine)
If so, just rename the files to add a “.exe” back at the end, where applicable. Then the installation procedure should run as normal.
Hey, i’m trying to download adobe photoshop elements 10 but every time i download it it gets interrupted. i log on to the adobe website and download an .exe file from adobe, so that my browser ‘google chrome’ can store the cache – then i come back to Pro design and the download for file 1 works, then file 2 gets interrupted after 25 minutes. please can you email me the file 2 to my email address, thank you :)
I’m sorry James, we can’t do that – it’s against Adobe’s rules and besides, these files are very large – 1.5 gigabytes for the one you’re talking about! Email boxes choke on mailings of that size, in any event.
We suggest trying again with a different browser, computer, and/or Internet connection (don’t use Wi-Fi, make sure you have a stable and fast wired connection).
If you’re having difficulties with the file length, then try downloading the files using a Download Manager (DLM) of your choice – which will gracefully handle dropoffs, connectivity breaks, starting and stopping, and the like. That’s the purpose of the “Download Assistant” which Adobe uses, but that one also gives people difficulty sometimes.
@Paul
Hi Paul,
I already have the new iTunes version but Photoshop Elements 6 is still the one that’s shown on the iPad sync. Is there anything we have to do in earlier versions to force that version from syncing? meaning, default to PSE 10? any ideas would be appreciated.
Cheers and Merry Xmas
Lyse
I want to download the Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 trial software as you recommended last week, but cannot see where to do it here and how?
Sure Phil, you just follow the download instructions above and then click on the link for the software & platform you want to download.
i have here a lot of things about it & i want this now
Sure Phil, you just follow the download instructions above and then click on the link for the software & platform you want to download.
Great!
better “READ” the instructions first before “ASKING” questions.
When trying to use a download manager, it has an access denied error? Or am I doing something wrong?
Greetings Lab, please see this earlier response to a similar issue another visitor was having – thanks.
I am guessing that the links are now outdated, as I tried from several locations with Mac and PC and got ‘access denied’ messages regarding the downloads…
Sorry you’re having difficulty Charles. These links are not outdated, this is the latest release and these PSE 10 direct links are all still current and working… just make sure you carefully follow the download instructions given in the article.
@ Hale Reese
I have the same message..when I try install the mac version on a windows pc – it won’t let you..
Hi, why would you want to try to install the Mac version on a Windows PC?
Please send me the links to correctly download Elements 10. That is what was to be done last time. My PC had a virus and was corrupted.
Sorry to hear about your system Bev. All the links you need are right above you – just follow the download instructions in the article and away you go.
