got a new computer and I"m trying to download the programs I purchase before and this error is showing.

Me ocurre lo mismo, utilice explorer y funciono la descarga pero después le paso lo mismo.

That's a Chrome error message. Clear the cache and cookies.

I'm having this same issue.  I don't think it's a Chrome error since I get the same message in FireFox and IE also.

Enable cookies and clear your browser cache.

I noticed from searching that that seemed to help some people.  Didn't seem to do the trick for me.
