Illustrator update didn’t work, I downloaded the file then I mounted the image but when I tried to run the process it was interrupted (ERROR), I downloaded the file again but it happened the same.
InDesign and Camera Raw updates work fine.
I hope you can fix the problem or please let me know if I’am doing something wrong.
Thanks!
Hey Gregory, try the newer update to Illustrator and see if that works better for you. All the Adobe updates here are cumulative, meaning the newer ones include everything in the older ones.
If you are still having any trouble, then please post the exact text of the error message you receive (or google it) – thanks!
Still do not see photoshop update :(
There have not yet been any updates for Photoshop CC 2015 yet – the current and latest release for Adobe Photoshop remains at 2015.0.0 (16.0.0) at this time.
There have been updates for the Adobe Camera Raw plug-in (which is included with Photoshop), and the direct download links for those are given above.

A great help, thank you again!
Thanks everyone for the heads-ups and patience – all the latest CC 2015 updates have now been added to the links table above, and the list is current and up to date again.
Hello, Illustrator 19.1 has been released, can you update the link as well?
Many thanks!
Yes, it’s already right there above, at the very top of the table!
And don’t forget that all the updates given here are cumulative (meaning the newer ones include the older ones) – so if you want the latest version, then you only need the latest (last) update/patch.
Thanks for posting the latest updates (July 27th).
Need the latest photoshop update.
In fact, there have not yet been any updates for the Photoshop CC 2015 program yet – the current and latest release for Adobe Photoshop remains at 2015.0.0 (16.0.0) at this time.
There have been updates for the Adobe Camera Raw plug-in (which is included with Photoshop), and the direct download links for those are given above.
(That’s what you are getting through the Creative Cloud Desktop app when you see an “Update” for Photoshop.)
Hi, i downloaded trial version of illustrator, but when i tried to update with those patches (19.0.1 and 19.1.0), i received an error message, saying that is unable to install updates. Why? Its a trial version, not cracked. Can anyone help me?
Hey there, you only need the last (or most recent) update if you want the latest version, because all the updates are cumulative. What exact message did you get? Try googling that, or posting it here and we can help further.
Photoshop 16.0.1

Thanks Yury – the table now includes the direct download link to the new Photoshop CC 2015 update!
Hi, these updates are now offered for Photoshop CC 2015 via internal updater mechanisms (and RUM):
-Adobe Photoshop CC 2015.0.1 update
-Export Options
Please make their standalone installers available asap.
Both updates for Photoshop (including the small Export Assets update) have been added above. Thanks for your feedback!
@ProDesignTools
Thanks for your super-speedy link additions!
I have verified that both updates can be successfully installed via Munki in loginwindow.
Great, thanks Miqviq!
Hey there, are there any Adobe Auditions updates?
No, not yet Farid!
Hi, it seems that there is yet another update available for Photoshop CC 2015:
AdobePreviewCC-1.1.1
OK thanks, we’ve got it… You should see it above now.
There have now been 3 different/separate updates to Photoshop CC 2015 in the last two days – a large update for the main program, and two smaller updates for the Export Assets and Adobe Preview CC components within Photoshop.
We don’t know why Adobe has started to unbundle the Photoshop CC updates into smaller pieces (different components of the program), but we are trying to find out.
@ProDesignTools
I guess the main reason for smaller, more frequent updates is that it is easier to manage smaller component updates from the developer’s view.
If there is a problem with the update it is easier to pull away and faster to release a fixed version of that update.
You’re right, that’s true – but it makes more work for the rest of us, including customers who need to do more updating… ;)
Also the two smaller Photoshop updates this week are really tiny, less than 2MB each – so if they’re part of the Photoshop program (only), there seems limited benefit in splitting them out.
By contrast is the Camera Raw plugin, which is quite large and used (and updated) by several major Adobe tools independently whenever a new ACR version is released.
What’s more, some people are seeing multiple updates on consecutive days for the same application and assuming “there was a bug in the 1st update”… like this guy here. So frequent updates can inadvertently give an incorrect impression to customers.
the can’t reach adobe servers message when trying to update is getting really annoying, so I ended up here after a Google search. However I’m afraid the link for Photoshop (or any other link) have stopped working now:
Safari can’t open the page “…/updates/oobe/aam20/mac/AdobePhotoshopCC2015-16.0/16.0.1/setup.dmg” because safari can’t find the server
same thing on adobe website btw
Not sure Serge, no one else has reported any problems so perhaps it’s just a temporary thing for you.
I’m getting access denied on adobe muse download.
Hey Darryl, Muse is a bit different from the rest of the updates – you have to follow these download instructions first in order to access it (mentioned in the table footnote above), otherwise you’ll get that message coming from Adobe’s servers instead.
None of these updates worked for me. In each case the Applications Manager said
Update Failed.
Updates could not be applied.
Hi, it sounds like you are getting an “Update Failed / Updates could not be applied. This patch is not applicable for you” message, which does happen sometimes. Here is the advice we offered earlier with the older CC 2014 patches… The same general tips apply here with the new CC 2015 version.
Often this error indicates an issue with your product activation or licensing that requires subscription validation or assistance directly from Adobe Support Chat. Other possibilities are given below.
Please let us know how it goes – if this helps and/or how you make out!
Hi – when I go to the linked page, I cant see the download links. What am I missing?
Not sure Rafael – which Adobe product, what type/version of system do you have, and did you try with another browser or computer?
It may be that there’s something unusual on your computer that’s giving you problems… perhaps your antivirus or another third-party add-on. We’ve had some readers recently reporting issues when using Kaspersky.
Make sure you’re not blocking or filtering anything with your browsers (like cookies, downloads, or any sites or URLs), or are running any utilities that might restrict your web surfing (like Ghostery or AdBlock). Or possibly check your firewall, antivirus program (esp. Kaspersky), or other third-party security software.
Most people have no problem at all, but occasionally some folks have difficulty because of over-aggressive software or utilities like these. To be clear, Adobe recommends temporarily turning those things off for downloads.
Good luck!
I was warned not to install Premiere Pro 15 because I would lose 14 with all the work in it. It was said you had better update 14 to 15. Well, that doesn’t work either, for ‘error 21’ appears as soon as you try.
This ‘error 21’ appeared also on my screen trying to install Adobe Photoshop 15.
Especially the Premiere pro bothers me, because I cannot do my work.
Can anybody help?
We had thought that “Error 21” was a problem when using the CC Desktop App – and that if you used the direct links instead, it wasn’t an issue… Did you try this?
Adobe CC 2015 Direct Download Links
If that doesn’t work, then see this help page:
Solution: Error 21 or DW021 while installing Photoshop CC 2015
And please let us know how it works out for you!
@Serge
I was getting pretty desperate but as a last resort I tried a Google search on Adobe updates and Eircom (my ISP); It seems somehow there’s a problem with the DNS server as it can’t find the server and when I changed the DNS temporarily I was able to download the updates here as well as through Creative Cloud updater…..
Very interesting! Thanks for sharing that.
@ProDesignTools
I’m also observing this problem.
If I install and run AfterEffects_13_5_LS20 from the direct links then apply the update to 13.5.1 from this page, I get the error saying:
“Update Failed / Updates could not be applied. This patch is not applicable for you”
However if I run the patch AFTER installing the app but BEFORE running it, I get a different error saying:
“License Mismatch. The software installed on this machine has additional features which are not authorized for your present license. To use this software you need to follow these steps to download and install perpetual copy of the product” followed by instructions to download it again from adobe.com.
Is there a direct link available for the perpetual version of After Effects CC?
Hello Mitch – no, CC is not available with a perpetual license… and the only direct download links are here.
Are you certain the details with your CC subscription are correct and up to date with your payment? Check your online Adobe account if you have any doubts.
As one idea to address that error message, you might try signing out of your Creative Cloud app and then signing back in again… You can sign out from the Account section within the CC Desktop App preferences.
See the full directions here:
Sign In and Sign Out to Activate Creative Cloud Applications
Hi, I too get the same error as this one.
“License Mismatch. The software installed on this machine has additional features which are not authorized for your present license. To use this software you need to follow these steps to download and install perpetual copy of the product”
simply by “signing out of your Creative Cloud app and then signing back in again…” didn’t fix this error.
and when I’ve tried signing out. I’ve got a 30-day trial verification page and not allowing me to get me a page where I’ll put the License to activate it.
Hope there’s a Fix to this..
and one more.. Can you please redirect me to the Adobe Flash Pro CC 2015 download link for 32bit?? because all I downloaded seems to be for 64bit Only.
thanks
Sorry, Flash Professional CC 2015 is a native 64-bit only program!
And you don’t need to enter a license or serial number to activate the CC applications – they are subscription-based on your Adobe ID login (and not perpetual).
Note for all:
If you’re an After Effects user and you use Mocha, DO NOT UPDATE.
There’s a bug with the Mocha shape plugin in the new AE update that stops the mocha shape plugin from working as intended. Very buggy and can cause AE to crash frequently, and I spent hours un-installing and reinstalling multiple versions of Mocha standalone and AE CC2015 to conclude it’s just the update that breaks it.
Continue using any mocha version (standalone or Mocha AE) with the original AE 2015 release and all will work as intended.
Hi guys,
First thank you for your work,
I have a problem : when i want to download muse update, the access is denied …
Is the link dead ?
Thanks.
Christian
Hi Christian, to solve that please see the previous comment here.
