Next to our collection of free Adobe books, easily the most popular resource here at ProDesignTools is the large set of Adobe direct download links that we’ve put together over the years…
Why are these offline installers needed? Because some users want or need to access the tools directly without using a download/app manager… This is essential when you want to copy standard installers onto a USB drive for use anywhere, download on one computer to install on another (or multiple) without re-downloading, keep and make permanent offline backups, have a slow Internet connection which is capped or throttled or hangs/freezes when trying to use the Desktop app to download 20 GB of CC upgrades, etc.
So for those of you who need them, below is a complete directory of all the Adobe direct download links we’ve curated here since 2009… This list includes Creative Cloud, Acrobat, Captivate, Elements, Lightroom, and Creative Suite. These links go to the authentic and secure files residing on Adobe’s servers, are guaranteed genuine, safe, and legal. And we will continue to keep this collection updated going forward.
Adobe has taken down some installers, but most are still available – or where possible, we’ll tell you how to get them here:

What about CS6 Production Premium???? Creative Suite was for InDesign and Desktop Suite… I need the one for PS and All the video applications…
The original CS6 installers are listed in the directory above. Did you not see them?
They can still be found here:
Adobe Creative Suite 6 Direct Download Links
Please be aware that CS6 from 2012 has been “end-of-life” software for years now and because of that, is completely unsupported by Adobe… It will not install on macOS Catalina (v. 10.15) or newer, because CS6 had 32-bit software components and Apple removed all support for 32-bit applications.
The same goes for CS5.5, CS5, CS4, CS3, etc.
These old versions may possibly still run on Windows, sometimes with Compatibility Mode, though plenty of users have reported issues over the years.
I am not looking for the original program installers. I have access to them already via my Apple account. Shows my serial number and everything… When I install the final CS Upgrade, it does not include the final CS Update… (Notice Update is requested not upgrade.) That final update includes the camera raw plugin that i need to see my camera… My mac died and I just bought a new one and can’t use the program with the OS because the update (not upgrade) package is not available… can’t Apple post a link on My Apple Acct page so I can have what I paid for??? Apple help is very difficult. In the process of getting help, they tell me that they think my serial number is stolen or sold or something, but I am the guy with the acct and the original person and license and same motherboard… They should know it is the original licensee that they are not helping… there is a software package somewhere that exists that includes the “FINAL” set of “UPDATES (Not Upgrade) that goes with the complete Suite for Production Premium… I need my plugins not just for PS and Camera Raw but the rest of the suite… If you guys do a test run and install CS6 on any machine you will find that many of the cameras that CS6 supported before you ended your support, need a final update to fill out the purchase of that product…
I have my Windows-based computer an older computer with video card and keyboard issues. I will need to replace that machine too and run my CS6 Master Collection on a newer but apparently not too new computer as well… It is like buying a box set of CD’s of your favorite composer and being told you can’t put them in a new vehicle if the other one ever needs to be put out to pasture… If you guys have a link to a single file on your client’s personal pages with Apple, representing the purchases they have made, why not include the final Update or a complete update package… It isn’t the support we need, it is the final paid-for update… Give me MY update and I won’t constantly need your support… I paid for it…
Usually, Adobe’s direct download links are the original base versions from the initial release. You can try updating the software from the “Help” menu to get the last available version, which may work, though is not using a direct download link.
But you mentioned Adobe Camera Raw in particular. Our Creative Suite 6 links page above actually links to Camera Raw 9.1.1, which is the final version of ACR that works with CS6.
So, that version should work for you. You cannot update CS6 beyond ACR 9.1.1.
For the rest of CS6, an enterprising reader named Bryan has dug through Adobe’s old web archives for all CS6 product update downloads and catalogued them here for Windows and here for Mac.
I have a 2011 MacBook Pro that just had some repairs. It runs High Sierra. I want to download Adobe CC 2019, but the links are confusing, I end up on the same page that the link is on. What can I do?
Sorry, not sure – which 2019 apps do you want to download?
Just tested those direct links and they check out OK for us… We just click and they start downloading.
Did you try with a different web browser or another computer? Perhaps something that’s running on your computer might be blocking or restricting downloads?
Nobody else has reported any issues, so we’d definitely need more detail in order to help you out.
respected sir,
cc 2017 adobe after effects is not downloading, kindly check the link
Sorry, the CC 2017 versions of some tools (like After Effects and other video apps) are no longer available, per:
Adobe Limits Software Version Downloads, Including Some Direct Links
However, the standalone/offline installers for newer releases of these apps – like CC 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, or 2023 – are available for download.
And the direct links for other CC 2017 apps like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc. are still working.
Need older versions of Photoshop? Help please?
Hello MK,
What do you need, specifically, that you can’t find with the direct download links above?
Hi! I have a serial number for CS6 and downloaded the software, but it does not accept my serial number. I get a pop-up saying: “Please connect to the internet and retry.” But I am on the internet….
And then the process stops. Do you have any idea?
So annoying, this. Hope someone can help me.
(I am on a Mac with Mojave OS 10.14.6)
Hi Fennande, check out this related comment regarding CS6 installation, and see if that helps.
I need the exact version of Adobe Acrobat Reader 2018.009.20050 – any chance you have the download for that?
Hi Don, you can sometimes find older downloads on Adobe’s FTP server… See if this information helps:
How to Install an Older/Offline Version of Adobe Acrobat Reader?
Great job bro.
Really a fan of Prodesigntools.
Hi, where can I get a download Link for InDesign version 15, from CC 2020?
On the Adobe Server, it is not available anymore.
Hello Edith,
We here do not have those offline installers to give you, but if you are a paid subscriber to Creative Cloud then you could try following these instructions, as that is the only way to possibly get the CC 2020 version of download links.
Alternatively, the CC 2019 direct links (which is the prior release with InDesign 14.0) are immediately available for download to everyone and still work just fine, if that is an option for you.
Hi, just ran across your site. Have an iMac running El Capitan 10.11.6. Can’t upgrade to any later versions. Want to use Photoshop Suite or whatever latest version (creative cloud) that is compatible. Wife’s an artist. Want to edit photos, use the brushes, etc. Any products you provide or insight on this? Thanks
Sure. The last Adobe release release to support macOS 10.11 “El Capitan” was Creative Cloud 2018… The original direct download links for the CC 2018 installers are here.
Customers can use older versions of the tools if you wish with your paid subscription – Adobe won’t force you to upgrade.
It’s great to see such downloads out there. But I have some troubles with finding things.
First, I don’t know why, but you didn’t share DDLs of CC 2020 and above… I’m not happy with that, as I’m trying to get all versions of Photoshop (from 1.0.7 to CC 2023) and I’m stuck with the newer versions.
Another thing is that many softwares are missing. One great example is Adobe Ultra CS3. I just miss that software. And there are even more, like Ultra.
One last thing is to see that no CS2 or CS products are out there. I know, it’s not officially supported by now, and all DDLs have been taken down, but I think it might be a thing to use DDLs from the Internet Archives. Those are also official ones, just they’ve been archived.
Other than that, I’m very thankful for having these DDLs. Since I found this page, I use Fireworks CS6 and Flash Professional CS6. Thanks for you publishing all these links for use. You’re awesome.
Thanks. We’re only able to share direct download links that Adobe has ever published. If we don’t have everything, or a particular version or product, then that’s only because Adobe has not published it during the lifetime of our site.
Hi, Please help.
I have Macbook Air Version 10.13.6 MacOS High Sierra. I am trying to download Creative Cloud v2020, specifically Premiere Pro, Media Encoder and Lightroom.
Thank You
Hello Filimon,
We here do not have the offline installers to give you, but if you are a paid subscriber to Creative Cloud then you could try contacting Adobe Customer Care directly, as they are the only ones who could provide those download links. Many paying customers have older Macs which cannot run the latest CC release.
Alternatively, the CC 2019 direct links still work well, and are immediately available for download to everyone… All current subscribers can choose to run any version of CC you wish.
I have Muse CC, but I can no longer open the app. It say I need to re-subscribe, but that option is not available. Does anyone have a workaround, Please?
Greetings Sten, do you have a valid, subscription to Creative Cloud “All Apps”? That is the only way to subscribe to Muse now. So if the app is telling you that you need to re-subscribe, then make sure of that.
Adobe Muse support has ended but “the application will continue to open on your computer. Customers will be able to continue to edit existing or create new websites with the application.”
The application will not continue to open on my computer; instead, it quits and displays an error message stating, “You need to renew your subscription.” Unfortunately, renewing your subscription is not possible because MUSE is no longer supported. If anyone has a workaround for this issue, it would be greatly appreciated.
Please see our response to your previous comment, just above… Renewing is indeed possible, for the ‘All Apps’ subscription (which still includes Muse).
Good morning,
I’m looking to download the Indesign 2020 version, I can’t find it, can you help me? Thank you very much, Laurent
Hi Laurent,
