Hi, thank you everyone for your patience…
After a long wait, we have some good news. Please see our new post here:
At Last! The Adobe CC 2015.5 Direct Download Links (2016 Release)
We really apologize for the delays and hope that helps!
@ProDesignTools
Thank you very much ProDesignTools
Hello, I am having problems with ACC desktop app. I tried everything, removing OBB uninstall (using the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool) and reinstalling, but the app only shows a spinning wheel and then it stops responding.
DO you think Adobe will give us an offline installation for the ACC desktop app?
Thank you for your great work.
Hello Loula, did you try the direct download links for the Adobe CC Desktop App given in the table above? There are a number of recent versions up there.
We are working with Adobe to get the standalone installers released for the latest revision, Version 3.9.0.334 released on 10/23/2016.
Meanwhile, see if this solution helps fix the issue you’re having with the spinning wheel:
Creative Cloud Desktop App Doesn’t Open or Progress Wheel Spinning
Hope that solves your problem.
@ProDesignTools
Thank you for your response.
I tried it, but it did not work. I have the 3.8 version but I did also try to uninstall and reinstall it. It kept giving a spinning wheel and then unresponsive.
I guess I will wait for the newest offline installer.
Thank you so much, I will keep you informed if I solve this issue in any different way.
Yes, we are also waiting for the direct download links to the new revision (Version 3.9.1.335 released on 10/28/2016) of the CC Desktop App… Adobe is working on it, and we will post them here as soon as the standalone installers are available. Stay tuned!
Update: We now have the direct download links for the new release of the CC Desktop app (Version 3.9.1.335). You will find these installers given in the table above.
Is it just me, or do the new “Complete” 2015.5 installers NOT ask where you want to install the software like the prior versions do?
Actually this is still possible… These new installers will install to the disk location and program language that are set in the Preferences of your CC Desktop app (with reasonable defaults)…
So it is possible to install it elsewhere on your computer (e.g., a different drive or partition besides C:\), as well as with a different language – but you have to indicate that beforehand using the Creative Cloud Desktop app.
There is no separate installation for each of the CC 2017 software :(
Don’t worry – Adobe tells us that CC 2017 standalone installers are coming, however they have not been released yet… But we are following this very closely and will post the new direct download links here on our site as soon as they are available!
Hi, I’m having problems with updating my Adobe InDesign CC 2015 to 2015.x using your update patches. What happens is that whenever I tried to run/execute the update patch installer, nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong?
Not sure Ralph, do you not get any message or error indication at all? What exact version of InDesign do you currently have, and which patch are you downloading & applying?
@ProDesignTools
Sorry to ask this here, but I did try everything in that page and I did uninstall and reinstall the newest version CC desktop 3.9.1.335 (I did delete OOBE folder, and I used CC cleaner tool). Sadly, nothing worked, the app shows a full white background with a spinning wheel. I left it for a whole day, I came the other day and it was on the spinning wheel. It doesn’t show “Home” “App” “Assets”…. the toolbar is just a completely white background.
Again, sorry to post here – I know is not your fault and you do amazing job btw – thank you for your effort, but just in case you have ever heard about a solution for this besides the adobe page for spinning wheel. (I am using windows 7)
Great job, you are very fast in updating, it is really impressive.
The link for Premiere 2015.3 is for build 9.0 (2015.0) and not 2015.3
Actually it goes to this page, which links to the Premiere Pro CC 2015.3 version.
i am downloading this app to my computer
I have a problem with my adobe premiere pro cc. I need to update the latest patch. The problem is: update failed. Patch is not applicable for you. Please update to the latest version.
What do i have to do? Please answer my problem
Hi there, that sounds like an “Update Failed / Updates could not be applied. This patch is not applicable for you” message…
If so, then see our suggestions here for (hopefully) how to take care of that issue.
lightroom 6.8 is out
Thanks – the LR 6.8 direct download link is up there now, together with Adobe Camera Raw 9.8!
ProDesign – I want to post the solution for the Adobe creative cloud Desktop app when it doesn’t launch OR when it just gives a spinning wheel, IF anything else didn’t work restarting or uninstalling/reinstalling or even removing the OOBE folder…
The only way that worked is by removing all the CC programs, delete OOBE, restart and then reinstalling Creative cloud desktop app, and restart. That is the only way that worked for me I discovered by my own (It must be the last resort).
Thank you for the great work!
Best just wanted to share the solution that worked for me
That’s great – thanks for sharing that, Loula! It will no doubt help other readers here.
Hi
So glad I found you !! I recently clicked ‘update all’ on the creative cloud app and came back to find lightroom failed to update and now the dehaze tool has vanished!!
I have tried to update lightroom 2015 via your direct link but it still tries to use the app to upload.
I have also downloaded and installed the app updater.
Can you help ?
peter
Not sure Peter – if you are using any of the direct links above, then you should be able to download & install the CC applications standalone without using the Creative Cloud Desktop app… it does not get involved.
@ProDesignTools
Thanks… then I must be doing something wrong :-)
the links do not work for me, i’m downloading an update 9.2 for premiere pro
Hi Hardian, all the links here continue to work fine. What exactly is the symptom of “does not work” for you? Do you receive an error or any other message? If so, what is the exact text of that?
If you could share a bit more details, we’d be able to help you better.
How i do install into after effects?
Not sure Nicolas, what exactly do you mean? Are you having any particular problem or receiving an error or other message? If so, what is the exact text of that?
Also please share your system details, and make sure it is capable of supporting 64-bit applications.
Note that going forward, Adobe will not use patch installers, but instead will issue complete new release downloads.
The direct links above continue to work – but to download the newest releases of the Creative Cloud 2017 tools, check out the standalone installers here:

All Creative Cloud subscribers are entitled to download & use whatever CC version you want for your tools.
Thanks so much for all this great work.
You are very welcome Remi, glad to help!
The Adobe Lightroom 6.8 + CC 2015.8 Update 330 MB 12/8/2016 Release 6.8 zip file is corrupt and will not unzip.
Hey Brad, nobody else has reported any issues so try redownloading again, possibly using another browser or computer, and/or a different Internet connection (wired instead of Wi-Fi if possible).
1) I tried manually downloading the “Adobe Lightroom 6.8 + CC 2015.8 Update”, using the above link, from two different computers (both hardwired), and unzipping with two different zip programs (Windows 10, 7zip). In all cases I get a CRC failed error when trying to unzip the file.
2) I also get error U44M1P7 when I try to upgrade using the Adobe Creative Cloud application.
The install log file has the following error stating the downloaded installer package might be corrupt… Re-download the installer and try again. (Cannot extract)
3) I also manually downloading the previous update “Adobe Lightroom 6.7 + CC 2015.7 Update” from the above link and that worked just fine. I was able to unzip and install it with no errors.
@ProDesignTools
I can install the previous 6.7 version just fine. I suspect a CDN has cached a corrupt version of the file. Is there any way you can refresh the file on your download server?
Well, it’s actually Adobe’s file on Adobe’s server, so we can’t really do anything about that…
But just now we tried downloading and unzipping that LR 6.8 file as you said, and had no problems at all. Everything worked fine on our end.
Did you try googling the text of the error and message you received? Often that will turn up a solution.
Thanks for trying to help. I’ll contact Adobe.
Adobe Photoshop Lightroom CC 6.9 is out
Thanks; we’ve just added the direct download links for those and the latest Camera Raw updates above.
