Yes, unfortunately, Adobe recently took down some of the CC 2017 direct download links… The older versions of the impacted tools are now considered “unauthorized.”
If you’re a Creative Cloud member and looking to download CC 2017 as part of your subscription, then see this article for more details on Adobe’s move:

We can also suggest using the other Creative Cloud direct links to download older or newer releases instead, such as CC 2018 or CC 2019.
I can’t download premiere 11.1.4; i am signed into adobe and did all steps… but i click on ‘save as’ and it always sends me to another web page

All links are broken, i am changing to Olive, is FREE and works with H.265 (in premiere just v. 2019)
These links are old. Did you try the latest release instead?
All Creative Cloud members are entitled to use any version of the tools, including the most recent CC 2019…

Sorry, there are no other safe or legal places to download these trials or this software except directly from Adobe’s servers (e.g., here via these direct download links).
So while we understand your desire, you should never try to download Adobe software from anywhere else other than Adobe’s servers… On top of being illegal, it can cause you some serious problems.

All currently-available CC 2017 links are given in the table above… None others are legal or safe or allowed.
I want try Premiere 11.1.14 because my Desktop Computer does not work well with Premiere 12 and 13. I Love Premiere, but if you don’t have it then OK. Thanks for your help, prodesigntools. Why try to change to win10 and use the premiere 2019, obliged?

Important update:
The new release of macOS version 10.15 “Catalina” is out today – and because of major changes that Apple has made, it does not support the installation of any older Creative Cloud apps prior to CC 2019…

These links are for both the free trials as well as the full versions, depending on which plan you choose.
In other words, these downloads can be activated for ongoing use without having to reinstall the software.
Good news! If you need a direct download link for Adobe XD, then you can now (at last) get an offline installer for the new 2020 version:
