I am the publisher of a library of books for medical nutrition for seniors. This is a patient population of 15 million people in the U. S. with swallowing disorders related to aging. They cannot eat solid food.
So I created a library of books when my mom was diagnosed. Now I teach in hospitals and I write books. I am going to put cooking classes online with instructions in tools, tips and techniques.
I want to shoot and edit my own video of my cooking classes, like the Barefoot Contessa. Nutrition for the elderly boosts their immune systems and this is important in the time of the healthcare crisis.
I am going to learn and use a professional environment, and for sure i am going to focus on creation instead of membership
