Are there versions of the non- 2014 photoshop cc? Some plugins i have no longer work on the 2014 versions.
Yes Jullian – in addition to the latest and greatest release (CC 2014), as a CC subscriber you have full access and rights to use the two previous versions instead (or in addition)…
These prior releases are kept available in a permanent online archive for all members, at no extra cost.
So just go ahead and download/install either CC 2013 or CS6, whichever works best for you.
Hi again
Muse 2014.3.1 update is out , is it available yet ?
Now added above – thanks!
None of the updates work……
Yes, actually they all work fine! What problem are you having in particular? What message do you get? We’d be happy to help, but would need to know more details on the issue you’re having.
@ProDesignTools
Ok, so the way to fix the Not Applicable error was by deleting the SLcache folder…. But now after a successful update, Adobe is giving me an error about mismatching licensing. Is there a new keygen for these updates?
No, what is the exact error message you received?
Hey ! when i download the update and open it shows windows that says “This patch does not apply to you”. What can i do?
Hi Gabriel,
If you’re getting a “CC patch not applicable” message, then hopefully you will find the solution here.
Hi, I downloaded the latest illustrator update, but nothing happened. What went wrong? I’m a noob.
What exactly is what I downloaded supposed to do?
@Jordan
Hello Jordan – on a Mac you just double-click the .DMG file you downloaded, and then a window will open showing the contents. Inside that, you’ll see an AdobePatchInstaller.app that you run… that’s all.
are these combo updates? so i can update to the last version even if i don’t have the previous one?
Yes Ahmad, all the updates are cumulative – so you only need the last one if you want the most recent version.
@ProDesignTools
thank you so much
Hi,
when I try to apply the update for InDesign, it says this update is not for you – what should I do????
Greetings David,
If you’re getting a “CC patch not applicable” message, then hopefully this solution will fix it.
Hey there… FYI, your links to updates for Muse CC 2014.3 and 2014.3.1 for Mac aren’t working. Getting the following error message on both:
Access Denied
You don’t have permission to access “…/AdobeProducts/MUSE/2014_3/osx10-64/Muse_2014_3_CC_LS24.dmg” on this server.
Thanks Mario, all of the direct links here work – but as mentioned in the footnote to the table above, some of the (starred) CC 2014 updates require following these download instructions first in order to work… Muse is one of those apps.
It’s needed by Adobe’s servers in order to set up the download session, otherwise you will get an access or permissions denied message like what you saw.
I downloaded the Release 15.0 of dreamweaver update but i dont know how it can be installed. The downloaded dmg has a lot of folders inside. I have not a clue what i should do with those files.
Yes, unfortunately that was an Adobe oversight not to include the install.app… But no worries; there’s still a solution – see this earlier comment for how to fix it and get the Dreamweaver update installed.
Thanks for providing these links – any insight as to why the CC updater app doesn’t automatically see them? My apps have all been stuck at the initial CC 2014 release for months, I didn’t realize there were updates until a contractor sent me a project file that wouldn’t open in Premiere. Is there an updater to the updater that might fix this?
Yes! Sounds like yours may have gotten stuck for some reason… But try uninstalling “Adobe Creative Cloud” desktop app from your system, rebooting, and then redownloading and reinstalling it from this page.
The current/latest version of the CC Desktop app is 1.9.1.474 (from 4/2/2015). Here are the complete product release notes (updated), so you can make sure you’re on the latest revision of it:
Creative Cloud app for desktop | Release Notes
Clicking on the InDesign CC 2014.2 update doesn’t bring me to the updater but to this page instead.
Hey Bruce, you’re looking at the right-hand column, which isn’t the actual download but rather the “Notes” or description of what’s included in that update…
For the update/patch itself, just click on the product name in the left-hand (“File Download”) column.
Acrobat 6?
Please update the list… LR 6 and ACR 9.0 are out.
Done!
Just to clarify: the new version of Lightroom is not an update – it is an entire new base release installer… You’ll find it here:
New Adobe Lightroom 6/CC Direct Download Links
…and we also added it to the Creative Cloud 2014 main page here:
Adobe CC 2014 Complete Installers: Direct Download Links
For Adobe Camera Raw 9, we added the patch to the updates table above.
I have issues after the installation of upgrades. I get this message when I open any CC app:
“LICENSE MISMATCH
The software installed on this machine has additional features which are not authorized for your present license.
To use this software you need to follow these steps to download and install perpetual copy of the product:
1. Uninstall existing subscription based product
2. Download Adobe “name_of_the_app” CC from adobe.com
3. Install Adobe “name_of_the_app” CC downloaded from adobe.com”
Please, would you tell me how to solve this? I had to Uninstall the whole CC, and I must keep the old version, installing updates causes “LICENSE MISMATCH”
Thank you
Hi Nick, you might try signing out of your Creative Cloud app and then signing back in again… You can sign out from the Account section within the CC desktop app preferences.
See the full directions here:
How to Sign in, Sign out of the Creative Cloud Desktop App
Hello guys, I’ve got a question.
When I install the update, should I pick up the last published file?
or I have to install all the Updates in order, from the oldest one to the last one?
Hello Ernest, if you want the most recent version of the product, then you only need to install the most recent update… Each new update is cumulative and contains all previous updates to the release.
So if you want to update to the current version, then you just need one update (the last one), not all of them.
Hope that helps!
Hi, thanks for this amazing site!!!
Everything works perfect, except for the muse 3 update.
it starts the upgrade, but after a few seconds, an error occurs and the muse application is gone from the applications folder.
Anyone with the same problem??
thanks!
No Sergi, we haven’t heard that and nobody else has reported any difficulties… If you’re still having the problem, then what is the exact error message you get?
There was an update for PS about a month ago…will you publish that one? I get an error updating, even I’m a cc subscriber for photographers.
Hey Toni, they’re all here – what update in particular were you looking for?
As of this writing, the current and latest version of Photoshop CC is 2014.2.2.
Adobe did have a misprint last month, when they posted briefly about a Photoshop CC 2014.3 release…
However, there is no such thing. They quickly fixed the error and updated that page. What they had meant to say was this:
“Photoshop CC (2014.2 with Camera Raw 9.0)” on April 20th, 2015
…which reflects the release of the recent update to Adobe Camera Raw 9 (which is included with Photoshop CC).
And the direct download links for ACR 9.0 are already given above.
Hope that helps!
@ProDesignTools
I tried in many different computers and I get the same error…
Exit Code: 39
Please see specific errors below for troubleshooting. For example, ERROR: DW042 …
————————————– Summary ————————————–
– 0 fatal error(s), 2 error(s)
ERROR: Failed CreateAlias
ERROR: DW042: ARP Entry couldn’t be created for language : es_ES
————————————————————————————-
@ProDesignTools
I solved the problem changing the system language to english and then update. No problem this way…
Great, glad to hear that Sergi – and thank for circling back to share your solution!
Do you have the latest Photoshop and Bridge updates?
Yes, everything is there above – all the latest updates… Which version number(s) are you seeking?
I have been trying to install with the offline installers and i cant get past the serial number screen. AE and PS
Hi Shlomi, try just clicking the free trial option instead.
@ProDesignTools
I installed AE 13.2 and followed all the instructions, but i can never get to the Offline activation, now it just sits and keeps telling me my serial is wrong as well.
Sorry, we don’t have the power here to help with serial number or licensing issues – you’d have to contact Adobe directly about that:
