Hello, after following all the instructions on several computers I still get denied.
Access Denied – You don’t have permission to access “…/AdobeProducts/PHSP/16/win32/Photoshop_16_LS20_win32.7z” on this server.
I also am unable to download directly from Adobe, so I think this is an Adobe problem at the moment. Nothing can be downloaded. The server is not responding it would appear.
All the links here work fine on our end; just tested them again. It’s not enough just to be logged in – please also make sure you are following the important download instructions first, which are given near the top of this page.
Following those directions is required by Adobe’s servers – and if you don’t do it before clicking on any of the CC direct links above, then they won’t work and you’ll get that exact message instead…
If you have any further difficulties, then you might want to try with a different web browser or another computer – each time following those same instructions.
Also, make sure you’re not blocking or filtering anything with your browser(s) – like cookies, downloads, or any sites or URLs – or running utilities like Ghostery, AdBlock, or Disconnect. Adobe recommends turning those things off temporarily.
Finally, we put together this list of download tips if you really get stuck for any reason.

Download link doesnt work for 64bit photoshop CC
Yes, it does – you just have to follow the instructions first, which are required by Adobe’s servers in order to enable the download… (see previous comment)
Otherwise, you will get an access or permissions denied message instead.
Thanks for the links, but they still can’t be used as offline installers :(
I did a test with photoshop CC, downloaded 800MB 7z file, but later if you run this installation it will download another 2 gigabytes…
Yes, those would be the updates to the original installers given above… However, these are all available as offline installers as well.

Photoshop 64bit doesn’t work. Downloaded it just fine, but when extracted, I got file-errors from 7-Zip. Did it 2 times for confirmation. Maybe it’s Adobes fault.
Not sure Hans, it works 100% fine here and no one else has reported any issues.
Try downloading it again using a different browser, another computer, and/or a stronger & faster Internet connection (use wired instead of Wi-Fi if possible).
Also scan your hard disk for any file system errors, and perhaps uninstall & reinstall the 7-Zip utility to make sure it’s not the problem and is the latest version.
If that still doesn’t work, then there’s likely something wrong with your CC licensing and you would need to contact Adobe directly to sort it out.
i am using cc but it is newest version. Downloading it.

This is required by Adobe’s servers, and if you don’t then the links won’t work and you’ll get that “denied” message instead.

Hi Luis, we don’t have any issues with the Fuse CC download, however it is very large (3.7 GB) and much bigger in size than the rest of the CC tools – so it’s susceptible to problems if your Internet connection isn’t fast and reliable. Try using wired instead of Wi-Fi if possible.

After downloading DW – its just a bunch of language packs and some xml files. There’s no installer file. I think Adobe have changed it so you can’t install offline. This makes my life hell.
No, that’s not the issue at all – it has nothing to do with offline installers.
What happened is that unfortunately Adobe did not include a “Setup” app in any of the latest Dreamweaver installer packages… But it’s no problem; you just follow this solution.
How to Install “Fuse CC Preview”?
Welcome back Amiya. Yes, unfortunately Adobe also left an installer executable out of the Fuse CC 2015 package…
But no problem, there is still a working solution – see the earlier comment by Daniel here, and our reply for how you can install it.

Photoshop CC 2015 (32-bit) Or, Photoshop CC 2015 (64-bit) ?

Fuse CC 2015 is a 32-bit application at this point, so you would use the 32-bit setup from Photoshop to install it.
That should hopefully take care of it for you, so please post back to let us know.

I dealt with the ‘Update Failed / Updates could not be applied’ issue and took me quite a while to browse the solution. I didn’t find it here in the forum, so maybe it’ll help somebody.
If your update fails with “PLEASE CONTACT YOUR ADMINISTRATOR IF YOU WISH TO APPLY UPDATES ON YOUR MACHINE. UPDATES HAVE BEEN SUPPRESSED BY THE ADMINISTRATOR” message then Just delete:
C:\Program Files (x86)\CommonFiles\Adobe\AAMUpdaterInventory\1.0\AdobeUpdaterAdminPrefs.dat on Windows
or
/Library/Application Support/Adobe/AAMUpdaterInventory/1.0/AdobeUpdaterAdminPrefs.dat on Mac.

Greetings Amiya, the programs all vary in file size and Internet connections all vary in speed… So it really depends on those for you.
Here are some estimated download times from Adobe, although note that the chart is a little dated on the available broadband speeds for most people.

Not sure Don, it works 100% fine here and no one else has reported any issues. Usually a corruption issue is due to a bad or incomplete download.
These are large files, so try downloading it again using a different browser, another computer, and/or a stronger & faster Internet connection (use wired instead of Wi-Fi if possible).
Each time you do that, make sure you continue to carefully follow the download instructions (required by Adobe’s servers) in order for the direct links to work.
