I have installed After Effects CC, but can’t start it.
Hi Patric, what is the exact text of the error message(s)? It would help to know that, in order to help.
Or just try googling the precise message, and that will usually turn up a solution.
Hi
About my previous comment,
I managed to restore Dreamweaver.dmg and got the permission to copy the items into the DW file.
I was able to copy the Install app for setup.
However, for other things, package, payloads and Development, it says it could not be copied into the file because there is not enough space.
How can I fix this?
Hi again
I tried the trick to copy the DW resource file onto my HD and then paste the needed resource into the file.
I succeeded in installing Dreamweaver, but the only problem is it was installed as the 30-day trial version.
does your site offer serial # to crack it? or do I need to do the process all over again?
No, because trying to run an Adobe crack is a really bad idea…
@ProDesignTools
An error occured in the license library, you might have to reinstall!
I already reinstalled but nothing changed!
Is that the exact text of the message, precisely word-for-word? Because nothing at all turns up in a search for that, which is unlikely. And no one else here has ever reported any such problem.
What type of system (computer and o/s) do you have? Does it meet the minimum system requirements for After Effects CC, etc.? And which Creative Cloud plan do you have, or the free trial?
I’m german and in german it says exactly this:
“In der Lizenzierungsbibliothek ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. Sie müssen unter Umständen erneut installieren.”
I run the trial version
Macbook Pro 15″
2,3 GH Intel Core i7
16 GB 1600MHz DDR3
NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M 512 MB
OS X El Capitan 10.11.3
OK. First result on google. See if these suggestions help:
Fehler „Lizenzierung funktioniert nicht mehr“ | Mac OS
If not, then try re-downloading the installer above and running the Adobe Cleaner Tool, then rebooting your computer and reinstalling the software:
Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to Solve Installation Problems
Hope that helps you.
Ok, thank you very much, I will give it a try!
Hi,
I am logged into Adobe but when I clicked on the CC download link, I got this permissions message:
Access Denied.
What am I doing wrong?
Welcome Aussie, it’s not enough just to be logged in – please also make sure you are following the important download instructions first, which are given near the top of this page.
Following those directions is required by Adobe’s servers – and if you don’t do it before clicking on any of the CC direct links above, then they won’t work and you’ll get that exact message instead…
If you have any further difficulties, then you might want to try with a different web browser or another computer – each time following those same instructions.
Also, make sure you’re not blocking or filtering anything with your browser(s) – like cookies, downloads, or any sites or URLs – or running utilities like Ghostery, AdBlock, or Disconnect. Adobe recommends turning those things off temporarily.
Finally, we put together this list of download tips if you really get stuck for any reason.
Hope that helps!
Hopefully you can add the last time you updated this page coz right now I’m really frustrated with the creative cloud it shows download error and I can’t event download any single apps I tried all the fixes available in the adobe forum but that doesn’t help this direct download is my only chance to make things work but the case is I am not sure what version is this and I am not sure if this is the latest build. thanks
Everything is up to date and working fine, so long as you carefully follow the download directions above.
The direct links in the table above are for the base (“.0”) versions of the applications, as initially released in June 2015. In other words, these are the installers for the original CC 2015 product.
For the latest and complete set of all the product updates/patches issued since that time, see:

@ProDesignTools
Thank you very much for the reply, much appreciated. I have downloaded all the apps I need and it updated to the latest build – thank you for this, do you also have the latest for the creative cloud app coz I am not sure if the latest build have issues or the build that I have, coz what I saw on the forum is I think outdated.
Where’s the Animate CC download Link . xD
The new Animate CC 2015 direct download links were posted in the table above on the morning of Tuesday, February 9th, shortly after the new product was released…
We kept the old Flash Professional CC 2015 direct download links for the sake of completeness, but moved them to the bottom of the table.
Well, it appears Adobe has done it again. I’ve always been unable to upgrade the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app and have thus relied on this site to download the CC installer file and successfully get it to run.
Now Adobe has released yet another Creative Cloud desktop update, which is requiring me to install it but without success. So again, I came to Prodesigntools to obtain the CC installer files. While attempting to run it, however, I am again required to update to the latest version, but it stalls and gives an error at 5%. The last time I downloaded the installer file from Prodesigntools, I seem to recall that it simply starting working from the git-go, without requiring me to update anything. Is this a previous version of the CC desktop app?
Thanks for any assistance you can provide. Without a properly working CC desktop app, my Library files no longer load. Argh!
Hey Daniel, thanks for the heads-up. We hadn’t been aware yet that Adobe published a new version of the Creative Cloud Desktop application (ver. 3.5.0.206) this morning…
We just updated the direct download links in the table above to reflect the new/current release of the CC Desktop app – so give it a try again, and it will be the latest version.
That did the trick! Thanks for the quick response! The thought of having to replace my library assets with their originals would have been a nightmare.
You bet Daniel, glad to help – and it’s always nice to hear success stories. :)
Note: We just reverted back to the previous version of the CC Desktop App above – version 3.4.3.189 released on 12/21/2015…
The reason is because Adobe pulled this update due to a problem on some Mac systems:
“An Adobe spokeswoman issued a statement that read: ‘We are aware that some customers have experienced this issue and we are investigating in order to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. We are stopping the distribution of the update until the issue has been resolved.’ The version that appears to be causing the deletions is 3.5.0.206 released on 2/11/2016.”
You can read more details here.
You can revert back to this prior release of Creative Cloud Desktop application simply by downloading and installing it from the direct links above.
@ProDesignTools
and my Creative Cloud Desktop App 3.5.0.206 wants to update to 3.5.1.209 now
Yes, some better news – Adobe quickly fixed the problem and released a new version of the CC Desktop App… The fix is in version 3.5.1.209 – so yes, you can go ahead and install it.
Adobe Blog: Creative Cloud Desktop on Mac Update Issue
Correspondingly, we have updated the CC direct download links above to access this new release. Those links are once again for the latest version – and the build number is part of the download filename, so you can’t miss it.
(You can see which release you’re running on your computer by going to the Settings “gear” icon at the upper right of the app, and then selecting Preferences. You want version 3.5.1.209, which is the current update.)
i cant find the exe file when i download adobe cc 2015
i have downloaded dreamweaver from your site – every time i just get a payload folder … please give me the direct link to download the setup.exe file or instructions … please help !
its a request, please update your dreamweaver cc 2016
Hello Akshay, regrettably Adobe left out the installer for the Dreamweaver package – but this is easily solved…
Please see our previous comment above about the DW installer for how to do it.
Hello
I downloaded Photoshop CC with direct links here. But when I install it and try to launch nothing happens. No error message is appearing, it just doesn’t start. I tried with windows 10 and windows 8. Same problem! Can you help me with that?
Hi Genzo, try uninstalling it using Windows, then downloading & running Adobe’s CC Cleaner Tool to remove all traces of the software from your system, then reboot your computer and finally re-install the application fresh.
ProDesign, can you change the page address in the point 1. of the download instruction?
Adobe changed the website and now when you visit the site https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/photoshop-elements-downloads.html, the cookie from Adobe server will not be saved on the machine and you cannot direct download the software (error Access denied.)
Hey Dominik, thanks for your comment. Nothing has changed for months on the Adobe site, and everything works as described above… Perhaps you may have missed a step of the instructions?
We just tested the exact directions from scratch with a clean/new browser session, and everything went just fine – the direct links here worked perfectly, and the download came through no problem.
Anyone have problems installing the latest Muse update? It starts out fine, but then stops at 32% while it is attempting to install something called dotNET until it eventually gives up and gives me an error message. It’s particularly bothersome, since it deletes my previous installation of Muse and I then have to download and install the original 2015 version, follow by downloading and installation the second Muse update in the list.
Thanks, if anyone has any ideas!
Welcome back Daniel. We haven’t heard of any issues with that update; your comment would be the first. It’s been out for over a week, so we likely would have heard by now if there was a general problem.
Two suggestions:
1. What is the exact text of the error message, word-for-word? Post that here and we’ll see what we can find out. Or just try googling it – that usually turns up a solution. There may be a separate hangup with the Microsoft dotNET software and your system.
2. Try uninstalling the program using Windows, then downloading and running Adobe’s CC Cleaner Tool to remove all traces of the software from your system, then reboot your computer and finally re-install the application fresh.
Hope that helps!
I’ll give these suggestions a shot when things slow down at work a bit. Thanks!
I’m sorry, my mistake.
I didn’t see and read the step “Click the big blue Download button at the bottom of that Adobe page – but then immediately cancel the download that starts”. I opened only this page with PSE14 trial and therefore the cookie was not saved on my HDD. Thank you for your quick reply!
No worries Dominik – glad to hear you got it sorted out, and thanks for letting us know!
Hey prodesign,
First, thanks for all your information and stuff about CC.
I’ve got a question … somebody gave to me a project made with adobe premiere cc 2015 but with the update 2016 and i can’t open it… ’cause i’ve an old version 2015 ….do you know how to fix it??? or do you know what’s happening and what can i do…
thanks and have a nice day Prodesign
Sure Jack, try one of these pages for the latest CC 2015 product updates/patches:

I want to thank you for providing update links for Adobe products on your Pro Design Tools website. I am a subscriber to Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom and had been unable to update my products using the Adobe Creative Cloud Application Manager these past two months. I tried many different methods of updating including creating a new user on my computer all to no avail. I have satellite internet so I was using valuable data allowances.
Somehow, I came upon the ProDesignTools information and followed a link to your website. Hallelujah!!! I have been successful in all of my Adobe updates thanks to this website and all of the separate links for updating. I can’t thank you enough.
You are very welcome Natalie, and thank you for your thoughtful comment and kind words!
Please stop back anytime if you have questions about Adobe software or we can assist in any other way.
hey i just want to ask is there if there is Dreamweaver cc 2015 for 32-bit available in your list, even if it is trial version – doesn’t matter. i don’t know it seems a bit of difference between 32 and 64 and i am literally confused weather to download or not. please, enlighten me bro……
Yes, there are both 32-bit and 64-bit Windows versions of Dreamweaver CC 2015 available for download via the direct links table above.
(If you’re unsure what architecture your PC is, see this page.)
Please just make sure to carefully follow the important download directions first, before clicking (required by Adobe’s servers).
