the photoshop latest version : downloaded it from many browsers, same defect:
The installation cannot continue as the installer file may be damaged. Download the installer file again.
Not sure Farid, we haven’t heard that before and no one else has reported any issues…
Make sure to follow the important download instructions first, which are given near the top of this page. Following those is required by Adobe’s servers (before clicking on the links), otherwise you will get an “access denied” message instead.
If you have any further difficulties, then you might want to try with a different web browser or another computer – while still following those same directions. Or change your Internet connection, as Wi-Fi can be slower and less reliable than wired.
Also, make sure you’re not blocking or filtering anything with your browser(s) – like cookies, downloads, or any sites or URLs – or running utilities like Ghostery, AdBlock, or Disconnect. Or it could be your firewall, antivirus program (esp. Kaspersky), or other third-party security software. Adobe recommends turning those things off temporarily.
Finally, we put together this list of download tips if you are really stuck for some reason.
Update: We did some more digging… and guessing that you are running Mac OS Sierra?
If so, then you currently need to use this workaround to get the CC standalone packages installed:
Installing Creative Cloud Applications on Mac OS v. 10.12 (Sierra)
Hope that helps!
Dreamweaver CC 2015 (32bit) only extracts files but doesn’t install. Why?
Yes, regrettably Adobe left out the installer for the Dreamweaver package – but this is easily solved…
Please see our previous comment above about the DW installer for how to do it.
Hi,
Is it possible to provide the direct download links for the ME version of CC 2015 (or 2014). I live in the Middle East and the connection here will make your eyes water. Annoyingly, Creative Cloud is forcing me to update the app so I can’t update through the app here. I was hoping to use a download manager to speed things up.
Many thanks guys and great work.
Hi Imran, thanks for your question. As far as we are aware, every single CC installer here supports all major languages available – including Middle Eastern (ME) languages such as Arabic and Hebrew… Adobe no longer separates them out by different language sets.
@ProDesignTools
Thanks for the reply. Sorry I didn’t see that the solution is already given for Dreamweaver and Fuse.
No worries! People miss it sometimes, it happens.
I need serial number for each of the downloads but i dont have them. Please help.
Especially Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. This is for mac.
Thanks
Sure Tash, you can get them here:

My links won’t work, it has Access Denied
Hello, as noted in the article above, you need to follow these download directions first in order to access the direct links, otherwise you’ll get that permissions or access denied message coming from Adobe’s servers instead.
@ProDesignTools
Mac won’t let me do the instructions
Could you please share a bit more detail on the issue you are having? Nobody else has reported any difficulties… Did you try with another browser or different computer?
Please check out this list of download tips for further assistance.
Creative cloud libraries are not working with Adobe Photoshop CC 2015.5.1
I followed the directions to download Adobe Photoshop and I am required to enter a serial number. I went to the getcreativecloud.com site and there were no serial numbers on that site. Could you please advise me? I am using a mac.
Thanks
Yes, you have to choose the plan you want there and then your software will be activated.
all links report Access Denied
Access Denied
You don’t have permission to access “…/AdobeProducts/AEFT/13_5/osx10-64/AfterEffects_13_5_LS20.dmg” on this server.

Well, you need to follow the download instructions above very carefully, step-by-step…
This is required by Adobe’s servers, before clicking on any of the CC direct links. If you don’t, then the links simply won’t work – and you’ll get that “denied” message instead.
If you have any further difficulties, then you might want to try with a different web browser or another computer – while still following those same directions.
I encountered the same issue that Farid Kerba previously mentioned when trying to install the previous update of Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2015. Should I uninstall the current version I have on my computer then try again? Would that be beneficial, or not? Either way, even though I try to stay on top of my Adobe updates, now I kind of wish I just stick with the version of Adobe Premiere I was previously using, since they’ve removed a number of features with the current update, as well as did something that causes unnecessary video interlacing when you render and export something at a different frame rate than the source files.
@Joseph Scarbrough
Never mind, I figured out what the problem was: I had to extract the install from that 7z archive file. Please disregard my previous comment, and thanks for preserving these older versions!
Creative cloud libraries are not working with Adobe Photoshop CC 2015.5.1.
Please !!
Haven’t heard that. What problem are you having in particular? Can you provide exact details?
bien
@ProDesignTools
When I open Adobe Photoshop CC (2015.5), the Creative Cloud Libraries is not open in right side panel.
I have reset my workspace from top-right corner, but it’s not solved.
But, in Premiere Pro, Libraries are working perfectly.
So, Please give me a good solution.
My System Info:
OS: Windows 10 Education 64-Bit
RAM: 4GB with 2GB built in Graphics.
Display Resulation: (1366*768)p
Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App version: 3.8.0.310

We don’t have or see any issue on our systems, so it may be something particular to your configuration… See if this helps you:

or
Libraries Panel Not Working in Photoshop CC? (2015.3 and 2015.5)
Hope that takes care of it; if not, then you can follow up there.
@ProDesignTools
How do you get this fix to work? No other adobe program is the same way with the folders, etc.
Yes, regarding Dreamweaver CC 2015:
Unfortunately Adobe left the “Setup” app out of the latest Dreamweaver installer package – but don’t worry, here’s how to fix that.
Just follow the steps there to restore a setup installer by copying over what’s needed from the Photoshop installation package.
@ProDesignTools But the fix doesn’t work any more. That’s my point
Yes, actually it does… We tested it recently and it still works as specified.
On macOS Sierra I get the error after opening Install in Photoshop CC 2015.5.1 Installer Complete dmg file:
“The installation cannot continue as the installer file may be damaged. Download the installer file again.”
Tried to download it multiple times following your instructions with no success.

Dear Adobe, the above cc products that I downloaded, these are in text format – how do I install ? Please notify.
Greetings Ajay, it sounds like your browser (especially IE) may have dropped or changed the file extension when downloading the program… In that case, your computer might not know how to open it, or might think it’s a text file instead.
If that happens, you would need to rename the file to add back the proper file extension… You have to hover your mouse over the link above and check what it is at the end; usually for Windows it’s a .exe or .7z or .zip file.
Thank you

We really apologize for the delays and hope that helps!
THIS IS SO HELPFUL
An error pops up saying ‘The installation cannot continue as the installer file may be damaged. Download the installer file again.’ when I try to install any of them on macOS Sierra.
I’m sure there is nothing wrong with the file because,
1. I’ve tried downloading from different browsers.
2. They all work fine on OS X El Capitan.
I even tried erasing and re-installing macOS, but still doesn’t work.
I managed to download some of the files which i wanted. However, when i open them it says that there is a file missing and it can’t proceed. I tried downloading the file again but still the same issue.
