I want to download Photoshop CC 2020, but I can’t find it.

I downloaded the Illustrator 2018 zip file, but I can’t extract it as it is password protected and I can’t find the password anywhere here… Kindly help me with this.
Sorry, not sure what you’re referring to… None of these offline installers have any password at all.
So there is no password on these direct downloads, and you won’t be asked for one.
Can you log into your CC account with this setup or not? I know you can no longer officially download it using Creative Cloud, so I am wondering if this is an option for me?
Yes, you can and should log in to your Adobe account. You can still run these versions, no problem.

Sorry, you didn’t download that from our site. All of our links go directly to Adobe’s download servers, and there are no such passwords on any of the downloads.
So, you must have downloaded that from somewhere else.
If you try again from our site, you’ll see that there are no passwords. All downloads here are 100% genuine and completely authentic.

Are you using Chrome? Please try another web browser like Firefox, Edge, Opera or Safari. No problems at all downloading with any of those.
The latest version of Chrome has an issue because our page is https, but Adobe’s download server is not – it’s http only, and there’s nothing we can do about that!
So with a “mixed content download” here, all you have to do is use a different browser. It’s safe and easily taken care of.

There is no password on these downloads.

Right-click the link and choose ‘Copy link address’. Then open a new tab and paste it over there – that should do the trick.

Glad you got it working. Chrome deciding to block mixed-content downloads is definitely impacting a lot of users of that browser… Instead, we now use Firefox or Safari for most purposes.
I downloaded the AdobePhotoshop_mul19_x64 file – but while extracting, It says the archive is corrupt.
Please help.
Sorry, not sure… Just tested that link and its download above checks out 100% fine for us…
Nobody else has reported any issues with that, so we’d definitely need more detail in order to help you out.
Perhaps the file got corrupted… so maybe try downloading again, using a different browser or another computer or (better) Internet connection?
Or try a different unzip tool? We’ve always used 7-Zip (free) with no problem.
Also, what operating system and version are you on?
If these suggestions don’t help you, then please post the full & exact text of the error message that you receive. (Or google that, which will often turn up a solution.)
I downloaded the file again and Used 7-zip instead of WinRar… And VOILA!!! It worked this time…!! Can’t thank you enough…!!! :)

Hi, I’m trying to download PS 2018 from your website onto an El Capitan iMac but when I click on the installer and the sign-in screen appears, i can’t enter any sign-in details and instead just get the greyed out on entry symbol when I hover my cursor over the fields.
What am i doing wrong please??
(i also have a subscription with adobe and use their latest version of PS on my newer mac)

Hi, it didn’t work, the thread is quite old so i don’t know if things have changed since then. I’ve tried deleting the files and folders suggested, but i still can’t sign in to complete the installation.. All I’m getting is a greyed out no entry symbol when I hover the cursor over the “enter the email” field and the continue button on the same screen doesn’t work?
All right then, try the “wipe clean and restart” route instead:
1. Uninstall all Adobe apps using standard OS procedures.
2. Download & run the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool, remove all apps.
3. Reboot your computer (don’t skip this step).
4. Start again from the top by reinstalling the Creative Cloud tools you want.

Sorry, Adobe never made available an offline installer for XD in CC 2017, 2018, or 2019.
However, if you need a direct download link for Adobe XD, then you can now (at last) get an offline installer for the new 2020 or 2021 version:

That will give you a direct link to download the newest release of XD… and all the other CC 2021 apps are available as well.

Hello. I downloaded Audition 2018 (windows) and installed it, but it doesn’t work. I can actually open the program, but soon it turns off and I can’t do any work. Is there a solution?

oh, I mean the program is closed, it goes off. I can’t even click or do some work on it because it literally is closed in a few seconds when I opened the program.

First, thank you so much, my new fancy laptop was destroyed, so I am back on my old laptop, which still had updated versions of 2018 CC PS, LR and Bridge.
My issue is, the hard drive was dying, so I did a fresh install of OS X on a new drive… and the versions downloaded from your site aren’t as updated as the version on my old drive.
I can’t update through Creative Cloud, and dragging the folders over from the old drive only works for Bridge, not PS or LR (error 11 when I try run them). Any ideas how I could update the 2018 versions on my new drive? The main issue is, the version of LR is too old to sync my files from the Adobe Cloud.
Hey Peter, that’s a great question.
These direct download links are largely the original base “2018.0” versions… There are no further updates available as standalone installers, as Adobe did not provide them.
Normally we suggest trying to update the software version the regular way using the Creative Cloud Desktop app. If that’s not possible, then one other option would be to get a free trial for Creative Cloud for Teams, which would allow you to create and download your own complete, fully-updated installer packages for the current and previous releases, any version you wish.
No credit card is required. More details here.

Hi Rich, when you say “doesn’t work,” what do you mean exactly? Did you receive any error(s) or other messages?
If so, what are they exactly – and did you try googling that to find a solution?
Just tested those links and all the downloads above check out 100% fine for us… You can try redownloading the installer with a different web browser or another computer and/or Internet connection.

But the problem i have now is, i download Ps 2018 32-bit for my pc windows 7. But anytime i tried to install, it says it can’t install.
Same applies to 2019.
Only PS CS6 supports my pc.
There is no 32-bit release of Photoshop 2019. So that is not possible for you.
For Photoshop 2018, there is a 32-bit release – but it requires a specific version of Windows 7… Please see the exact system requirements for more information.
Is this only a trial?
These links are for both the free trials as well as the full versions, depending on which plan you choose.
In other words, these downloads can be activated for ongoing use without having to reinstall the software.
HOW CAN I EXTRACT FILES THROUGH 7 ZIP.
7-Zip isn’t required, but we use it; it’s no problem… Just open the ZIP files any way you like and extract them your destination directory.
On Windows: Just unzip the downloaded file into a new folder, and then run the “Set-up.exe” executable file within that folder to begin the installation. Feel free to remove that folder once the installation has completed.
On macOS: Just double-click on the downloaded .dmg file to mount it on your computer and start the installation process.
