I was unable to download 10.3 or any of the Flash Players. 10.1, 10.2, 11.
All I get is the following:
Not Found
The requested URL /pub/flashplayer/current/licensing/win/install_flash_player_10_plugin.exe was not found on this server.
Sorry Mike, it looks like Adobe moved it on us… But we’ve fixed it above, and in fact made it even better.
Now you can access a complete archive of all previous releases of Flash Player, a list that provides direct download links for all prior versions (including versions 10.x and 11.x).
adobe flash player does not download

As mentioned in the article, all the older FP versions are available in Adobe’s Flash Player Download Archives.
I can download, but it can’t install……why
As mentioned above re Download Archives. They really don’t work. Empty pages
Not sure why Paul – we just tested, and they definitely work (and download) fine for us…
Look for “Flash Player archives” on this page.
