Does this not work with LWS licensing account? I changed jobs and attempted to transfer my adobe suites to my new computer but I no longer have the installation disks.
As far as we know Caitlin, it should work with all types of valid Adobe licenses, including commercial (home/office), education (student/teacher), and volume (LWS).

Hi Jaime,
Were you able to use your serial number from a LWS licensing account (it sounds like your school had multiple licenses to install on multiple computers). My job has this sort of setup but I don’t have access to the disks and when I tried to download from this site the serial number won’t work. When I called Adobe they said I need to have login info which I obviously don’t have because that is probably the IT director at the University. I’m just confused and not sure I believe Adobe. Do you have any additional information before I give up?
What exact message did you get? In your new position, are you still the legitimate license holder/owner? If you changed jobs and institutions, then a volume license still held by your previous organization is probably not going to be a valid option for you.

Not sure Megan; all these CS5 links work totally fine for us here…
Generally, make sure you are carefully following the important download instructions in the article above… They are required by Adobe, and the direct links won’t work without following them.
Then if there are any problems, try a different browser, another computer, or Internet connection (wired if possible, instead of Wi-Fi) – each time following those step-by-step directions.

I am getting the following message when I try to download the application for any of the links for English:

Hey there Brian, for most of these programs on Windows you also need to download File 2 (a .7z file) to the same folder, before running the .exe executable.
Uh … thank you. After a day of troubleshooting it was easy to follow the instructions exactly as given. Saving me big time.
My situation:
Installed Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite on my office 27″ iMac (Spring 2010) with no noticeable problems. Excited about the index speed and like to be up to date anyhow, so set my home 13″ MBP (Summer 2011) up to run the upgrade overnight … only to run into a File System Verify or Repair error.
In short, ended up having to back up everything, wipe it, reinstall Mavericks, then install Yosemite and have spent the day carefully putting stuff back on (didn’t want to migrate as system was migrated from an ’09 MBP already. Besides, figured if there was a problem before let’s keep the slate clean).
Thanks to CC where you can’t run the same program on 2 computers simultaneously, it was imperative for me to be able to install ProdPrem CS5 on my MBP, and I couldn’t simply drag … so glad I found these links. They’re installing now, and now I can remote login and be on 2 versions of Photoshop and a host of other random needs.
In case others are running or about to run into this problem this has been the process.
Thanks for sharing your experience Alan, appreciate that! Glad you got it sorted out. With Adobe CC you can install and activate the release on up to two computers – including two Windows machines, two Mac systems, or one of each.

First of all, thank you for this great service to the Adobe community! And I would like to add a question: I have a CS5 Design Standard package on my old Mac and need to re-install on a new one. I found the serial number in my Adobe account but I’m not sure which package I should or can install.
On the old machine runs a German version, so I guess it should be the European file? Or could I use the English version too, changing the language with that?

For your CS license key to work, the software you download, install & run has to match the language that you originally purchased back then. So if your serial number was from a German version, you would need the same one here. And yes, that would be the European direct links above.
I have Creative Suite Premium (CDs) — Can not install on new Mac.
I do not see this on the list exactly above, so I now downloaded just Photoshop as that is what I urgently need.
My serial number labeled on Creative Suite Premium does not work. What do download instead to be able to utilize my serial number?
I live remote on extremely slow connection, took all night to download Photoshop, so I would appreciate doing it right this time around!
Hello MP, is it CS5 Design Premium – is that what you have? The only other “Premium” possibility would be Production Premium.

Box is titled “Adobe Creative Suite Premium” from 2004. Inside CD’s are titled Education. Will I be able to apply my serial number to the CS5 Design Premium?
No, sorry MP… That is very old software, the original Creative Suite (CS1) from over 10 years ago! We don’t have it here; it isn’t really run much anymore. It is definitely not supported on any modern hardware or operating systems that we know of. And it does not match CS5 (on this page), a version which came out in 2010. Sorry about that!
PS – The two most recent versions which Adobe is offering for sale now are Creative Suite 6 (from 2012) and the latest/greatest release, CC 2014.
In both cases, 30-60 day free trials are available to download (click their names in the previous sentence) if you want to try them out.

Thank you so much for these links!! I own Acrobat 9.0 and just tried to install on a new computer from the Adobe website. But surprise! The Mac version is just “Not Available.” There is one for Windows. What??!! This is just ridiculous. I have been a paying customer for years and for the last five Adobe has encouraged people to go with the download version. Now they won’t honor the purchases of those who chose to download instead of buying disks.
Enough complaining. I have installed Acrobat 9 and I’m happy as a clam (whatever that means)! Thanks again.

Hello can you please help me, i have design premium cs5, in the czech language. I don’t have CD’s yet. I have tried to download the files up here, but my old serial number is not working with these files. Is this the right version for me. How can i find the right version in CZ?
I have installed design premium on an old computer. I can´t uninstall unless i will be sure about the right version. I have to work.

So, I downloaded both files. .exe and 7z. Then, I run it, a folder with the the name of Adobe CS5 Suite appears on my desktop but the program says that I need to download the master collection cs5 file again. I’ve done it three times now, and it keeps asking me to download it again and again.

Hi there. Can you help me, I really need to download Design Premium CS5 for eastern Europe (czech republic).
I followed all the instructions, but at the end when I change the language suffix to LS6, there is nothing – no files to download.
On this link it is written, file not found.
When I try to change the suffix, it’s working only for LS1, LS2, LS4, that’s all. Can you please post the direct links for my version LS6 in the czech language?
I spend a lot time with it, help me please. I need to work.

Sorry you’re having trouble. Not all of the different CS5 products are represented or available for direct download in other languages not listed here… However, the most important ones are – the individual tools and and the Master Collection. So try those instead.
In other words, if you change the language suffix for other links above then you should be able to get the Eastern European downloads.
Regarding your serial number, we believe it might still work with all the same tools that are included in CS5 Design Premium, even if you download and install them separately, or as part of a larger suite.

Hey, thanks a lot for the other tips, but none of them like master collection or individual tools work with my serial number. They are not really the way how to download design premium cs5 for eastern europe with LS6.

OK can you advise me what to do. What i really don´t understand is why you have support only for AM, English, German, French, Japanese, i bought this suite for the same price like others. Why there are no links with LS6?
Sorry Pavel, we don’t have any other suggestions to offer more than what we already have… The techniques we have shared will access the files that are still available on Adobe’s servers. This is an old release and if you cannot find the Eastern European file you want using those techniques, then we cannot say if it’s even still available on Adobe’s servers.

I had a similar issue, but it was a simple fix. You have to download for example file 1 and 2. If you have your serial keys registered (which you definitely should so you can retrieve them later) for registered products you will find them under “My Products” at Adobe’s site.
Make sure that both file 1 & 2 are the specific series of software. For example, the serial key to Cs5 Master Collection is not going to work if the serial key is for Cs5 Design Premium. While they may have some of the shared software, they are still different products.

Be sure you have a membership account with Adobe and your products were registered.
One problem I had was there was a virus in my browsers that kept denying my access to various sites including Adobe. One thing you can try is if your using Firefox reset it to the earliest state. Chrome on the other hand doesn’t play well with this, so don’t use Chrome. One thing I also did was downloaded Safari from Apple for PC instead of Mac, and then downloaded that way.
The most common bugs I have had have largely been a result of not being able to sign in to Adobe or the browser itself. Hope this helps folks resolve some of the issues.

Hey Pavel, here is a problem I have had and you may want to double check this. I haven’t found anything for Ls6 but one issue as an example is trying to use Cs5 serial key from a 5.0 version to a 5.5 version. They wont work.
It can be the exact same product, but one is a later updated version. My best advice is to check to see what version you have. Then search for that specific version.
Another issue is when such are released to be accessible here. I have also gone to the Customer Service for Adobe produces calling the numbers provided, sometimes they will have access to some of the products that are not yet here to access. So be very specific.
Sometimes it also takes about a year or two for older software to be released for options such as this. I know this is not a lot of help but it provides some possible options for you.
One thing you can try is if you have access to the same link for the Trial version of Ls6 is download that and then change it to entering your serial number to activate it that way.

I’m having a problem where the download for Master Collection File 2 of the Windows English version keeps getting interrupted at 43% or about 1.7-1.8 GB. I’ve tried different computers and different browsers and this still occurs.
If I hit resume on the download, it’ll act like it’s downloading the remainder of the file, but when I try to do anything with the zipped folder I get an error message stating it “can’t be opened as an archive”. Is there something wrong with the download?
No Gil, the downloads here are old but still work okay… Sorry you’re having difficulties – what is the exact error message you’re getting?
Have you tried using a different Internet connection? (wired not Wi-Fi if possible) It sounds like your downloads may be incomplete or getting corrupted.
Did you take a look at this Adobe Help Forum? It may possibly be helpful for your issue.
Every time I try to download the file 2 of the cs5 master collection, it fails to download. Part 1 downloaded fine.
Hi Grayson, sorry you’re having difficulties. When you say, “fails to download,” what do you mean – what happens exactly? Any messages or other indications?

how do i choose to install the cs5 master collection somewhere other than (C:) ?
You should just be able to select the drive you want to use before hitting the “Install” button…
Make sure these downloaded files are located on the same drive that you wish to install the products to.
