Well, certainly that web address link you posted is correct and works – so not sure what could be the problem.
Yes, we definitely recommend trying with a different browser and/or another computer or Internet connection.
Also, make sure you’re not blocking or filtering anything with your browser(s) – like cookies, downloads, or any sites or URLs – or running blocking utilities like Ghostery, AdBlock, or Disconnect.
I can’t download this book either.
When I click the “download” button, it turns to a different address and returns nothing.
Is that the correct download link?
I’ve completely disabled AdBlock and it doesn’t work.
My browsers are IE 11.0.15 and Firefox 34.0.5.
Hi Leontius, there must be some other thing that you’re running or blocking because it works fine for every browser we check…
Are you restricting or filtering anything with your browser(s) – like cookies, downloads, or any sites or URLs?
Are you running any other utilities that might limit your web surfing? (like AdBlock, Ghostery, or similar) Or possibly your firewall, antivirus program (esp. Kaspersky), or other third-party security software?
In addition to different browsers, did you try from another computer or device?
What happens when you try to access any of the different free Adobe books from your tablet/iPad or smartphone/iPhone? Plenty of folks download the PDFs for mobile use, and share them back to their desktops using Dropbox, Box, or Creative Cloud storage.
Occasionally some folks do have difficulty accessing the books but usually it’s because of over-aggressive utilities or plug-ins on their system. Adobe recommends temporarily turning those things off for downloads.
Just some ideas, hope that helps… But lots of visitors download this book every day with no problem.

Hey there, everything still works fine on our end. What happened exactly when you tried, did you get any messages or errors? If so, what were they? We would need more details in order to try to help you.
And did you try any of the suggestions we gave in the previous reply?
Hi, I have the same problem, can’t download. Copying on the download link the web browser hangs, white page, nothing happens.

Hello Samuel – yes, with this title as well as with the other free Adobe books, you should be able to either view the book in your web browser online, and/or download it (in PDF format) to store on your computer, laptop or device such as iPhone or iPad… where you’ll be able to read it offline anytime and anywhere you want.

More years ago than I like to remember, I found the most amazing book in the local library about design. It got me started on things like proper use of fonts and white space, and I wish I still had a copy of that book. Pixel Perfect Precision is a much better guide to good design, and I feel like I have stumbled upon buried treasure. A big thanks to ProDesignTools for making it available. And it is FREE!!!

Hi, I am a 2nd year HND Interactive Media student at Swindon College, going on to the University of the West of England to study Digital Media BSc (Hons).
I would like to thank Adobe for turning my hobby of web design into a potential business which will work around my disability. Thanks to the Creative Cloud suite, I have learned there is more to Digital Media than just Web design. I would like to thank Adobe for this and for these freebies at Christmas. It comes at a time when we are building up to our final major project for the HND course.

Tried to download the Pixel Perfect Precision book and their website is offline. Even tried their other site at ustwo ppp – no luck.
We just tested it and had no problem; everything came up. So not sure, but it may have been a temporary or local thing you ran into… Try again and see if it works for you now.
I cannot download! The following message always appears.

still trying to download
Tried to download, but the error I get is,
“Safari can’t open the page, because Safari can’t connect to the server.”
