They said “The version above – CC 2018 – is the last release of Creative Cloud to fully support macOS v. 10.11”.
My Mac is v.10.15 but the install folder was blocked and it said “‘Install.app’ needs to be updated.”
Sorry – because of major changes Apple made in macOS version 10.15, the installation of any Creative Cloud apps older than CC 2019 is not supported on Catalina and newer versions… This is because some components of older Adobe software was created using 32-bit architecture and do not work on 64-bit-only operating systems.
For more information, please see this Adobe help page with further details:
Why Don’t My Adobe Apps Work in macOS Catalina 10.15?
This means that the CC 2018 apps listed in this page are not compatible with Catalina, Big Sur, Monterey or Ventura. So we would suggest going with the newer CC 2019 or 2024 releases instead, as either of those should work for you:

I can no longer download the versions of after effects 2018 and media encoder 2018. They are not found. That’s what i get.
Hi, thank you for the heads-up. Best as we can tell, Adobe has removed all direct download links for the CC 2018 versions of Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, and Character Animator from their servers.
Ordinarily, we would suggest using the CC 2019 links instead, but it appears they have done the same for those apps in that release as well.
Sorry about this. Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do to restore those installers, as Adobe has been talking about pulling down older versions for some time.
Officially, Adobe only supports the current release (CC 2024) and the one prior (CC 2023) for download.
This is called their “N-1 Support Policy,” as detailed here. If you have needs for prior versions, you can contact them directly to let them know:

hello, i would like to know if it’s possible to install on an ipad air ?
Hello, the installer downloads are for Adobe desktop software, which is only available on Windows or macOS computers.
However, check out Photoshop on the iPad, which is installed through the Apple App Store.

Hello there!
I’m desperately looking for a way to install Adobe Muse 2018. I cannot even get it from the Adobe website. Any chance someone has an idea?
I still use it with macOS Sierra but had an issue with my computer and uninstalled it, my mistake.
Thanks!
Hi Jonas,
Yes! You’re in luck. See the instructions here, under the FAQ for “Can users of Adobe Muse continue to use the software and also download it again?”
Carefully follow those directions and you should see the last version of Adobe Muse available for your download and use.
Hey guys,
So I’m trying to download the Adobe apps for Mac OS 10.13.6 (High Sierra)… I’ve literally always sought them from this site.
I’ve just been made aware of the pulling down of download links.
So basically, what we’re saying, is if you have an older Mac, and don’t have the installers already saved somewhere, you are essentially screwed right?
All the best,
Darren
Hey Darren, thanks for your comment. You’ve basically got the gist of it right.
The last versions of Adobe Creative Cloud that officially supported macOS 10.13 High Sierra were the CC 2020 release apps.
But as far as downloading older versions of Creative Cloud, Adobe’s Support Policy only offers or provides the two most recent major releases, which currently are CC 2026 and CC 2025.
So this means that paying customers who only have older systems might not be able to install (or reinstall) the software.
Sorry, wish the news were better!
