  1. Thanks for the answer but it still says:

    Access Denied
You don’t have permission to access “…/AdobeProducts/PHSP/13/osx10/Photoshop_13_LS4.dmg” on this server.

I really wish I could download it!
    Thanks!

  2. Thanks For the links. But in Download instructions, you wrote: “The .exe file will only work once …”

Does it mean if I uninstall the trial Adobe product and again try to install them with the same installer they won’t work?

    Thanks in Advance.

    • Sorry Muhammad, the wording may be a little unclear. It just means that on Windows, the CS6 installation will only work when you have both files downloaded together and stored in the same place. For most products above the .exe file cannot work on its own, is all that is saying.

But don’t worry, there is no issue with reinstalling. You can install or reinstall on the same computer or a different machine and it will all be fine… Just put both files in the same folder and run the .exe.

We’ll try to clarify the text, thanks again.

  3. Hi,
Hope you can help me because trying to download the CS6 Master Collection is getting really frustrating. I downloaded the entire 6 GB twice using the Download Assistant before finding a link to this page in the forums. Then I downloaded the files twice from here and both times received the error message about being unable to extract the files, check if there is enough disc space (there is) or for administrative privileges (got em).

After reading the help on this forum, I realised that the issue might be that I was using wi-fi, so I switched to a landline. Now the file will only download 2 GB of data before my download manager shuts the process down as if the entire file has been downloaded. During the download it will still read something like “23% of 6.2 GB” only once it reaches 2 GB, it says the download is complete. What am I doing wrong? Sorry for the long post!

    • Candice, what was the message you were getting? Was it, “A problem occurred while extracting some files. Check available space on your computer and the write privileges on the destination folder”?

If so, see this previous discussion for some suggestions…

If you’re having other issues, try a different browser or computer.

  4. Hi,
I’ve tried everything. Everything for days. Downloads (photoshop) always stall. And stall at different times, but never before reaching 50%. Tried different broadband connections, with and without DL managers, etc. They all start, but then they all stall.
    What’s up?

    • Not sure Dan, there’s no issue as far as we can tell. Just tested the free trial of Photoshop CS6 on our end, and everything works fine – the 1.1GB file downloaded with absolutely no problem in under 10 minutes…

Our advice would be to check your Internet service provider, try a different computer and/or browser, etc. If still no luck, see these additional download suggestions.

    • Did you try a different computer Dan? Are you trying to use Wi-Fi? Everything is working fine here for us and for other visitors here today… Just tested the Photoshop CS6 link again, this time using IDM – and it completed its full download in under five minutes.

  5. Yes, tried using both wifi, wired, and 4G (1.1mbps) connection. Tried right now with DownThemAll. Stopped after 37.73mb, with “server error” notice.

  6. DownThemAll seems to be doing the trick. Lots of stalls, timeout errors, lost connections. But DTA picks up where it left off. So downloading slowly at 850-900KB/sec on 4G.

BTW, is it possible to use just the .7z file by itself if I extract using winrar? Or do you NEED to use the other small .exe file?

    Reply
    • Good, glad to hear it. No, strictly speaking all the .exe file does extract the .7z file for you – but it’s easier for most people to simply download and use them both as a matched pair here rather than an external utility.

    • Yes, if there are two files listed for Windows then you absolutely need both files for it to work….

But if there is only one file listed for a product (just a “File 1” – an .exe), then that would be all you need.

  7. Adobe has me log in on a HTTPS page but when logged on, I come to this download page and I can’t get to the server after clicking on the files

  8. I have attempted to download CS6 with Adobe for five or so days straight to NO avail! Each time, I get an error “101J” or “1011” error [too small to distinguish] where it asks me to re-download [for another 14 hours…] or finish where it left off.

Finally I found the “Direct” download here and now I get the following error message:

    [Access Denied
You don’t have permission to access “…/AdobeProducts/STAM/CS6/win32/MasterCollection_CS6_LS16.exe” on this server.

These programs cost $2900! Please email me a working link or offer me something that will simply UPGRADE the CS4 Suite that I already own and have installed. I have 24 empty Gigabytes remaining space on the Windows XP(3) drive [E] that I am attempting to install the program. Thanks in advance!

    • Hi Diane, sorry you were having all those troubles with the Adobe Download Assistant… Five days, really? That would be the longest we’ve ever heard.

Here, it’s possible to download any CS6 product trial you want without the Adobe Download Assistant, and you can then convert it to permanent with your valid purchased serial number or upgrade.

Just see the comment right above yours to make sure this now happens for you quickly and easily, that’s all.

Fear not, almost all visitors use these every day no problem.

    • PS – On your last point: We can’t and couldn’t email you a link or provide these in any other fashion as it is not allowed by Adobe – all downloads of their products have to come straight from their original servers only… so here are all the direct links.

The good news about that is you can be sure that what you’re getting is authentic and safe, the original and real software.

  9. You still need to have the Adobe Download Assistant on your PC/Mac for it to work. I have this issue and even if you aren’t downloading through it, you still need it installed.

    Reply
    • Actually Jacob, you do not need to have the Adobe Download Assistant installed, or to even download it fully… That is a big point of these direct links, that you can download all the CS6 software without having or using the Adobe Download Assistant in any way. Sometimes it gives people problems, so this is the alternative.

When you follow the instructions to begin the downloads the normal way, step 3 says to cancel anything that starts – and then you can come back and immediately download any application(s) you want by just clicking these links.

  10. Please help? My computer with CS5 died, and I have another computer…. I need to have a download link to CS5 (I have the serial number because it’s registered, yay!) But cannot find the CS5 link. You guys seem to have everything BUT, haha.

  11. It says when i try to open it:

” The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application. ”

    What am i doing wrong?

  12. This doesn’t work, access denied and yes….I did read the section “Note: Very Important Instructions” and yes, I am logged in at Adobe with Firefox.

    • Hello JM, sorry about that – there was a change with the Adobe download servers moving between https and http, so for some users it stopped working… However we made the corresponding shift on our end so it’s fine and you should have better luck now. Apologies again.

Normally if any issues are encountered, trying a different browser, computer, or web connection will take care of it.
