[UPDATE – Also see our all-new Creative Cloud 2021 Giveaway!]
In June Adobe shipped the new CC 2014 product line, a major milestone of creative tools and services that upgrades last year’s CC 2013 version, which itself replaced 2012’s CS6. This latest CC 2014 release contains over 1,000 new features and advancements compared to CS6 (across all apps), and it is available only via Creative Cloud membership.
Adobe CC 2014 is also known as the Creative Cloud 2014 Release… And that is exactly what we’re giving away for free below, and this offer is open to everyone worldwide.
In all, Creative Cloud 2014 comes with 15 new desktop applications (Photoshop CC 2014, Illustrator CC 2014, InDesign CC 2014, Muse CC 2014, and all your favorites), together with other complementary tools and services (such as Acrobat Pro, Lightroom, Edge, Behance ProSite, Typekit) and much more. See the entire contents of what’s in Creative Cloud, where all ongoing upgrades are automatically included at no additional charge.
The company also reset the free tryout periods for all programs – so anyone can now download the CC 2014 trial versions, install and run them side-by-side with older releases if desired (including CS6), and then use the new products completely free for 30+ days. As before, the CC software generally can be installed and activated on up to two computers (including both Windows and Mac operating systems at once), and can be easily moved between different machines as required.
Meanwhile, Adobe is still continuing to offer the older Creative Suite 6 software for those who prefer to buy a static version with traditional licensing, and the free CS6 trials are still out there too. But with the Creative Cloud, you also receive access to download, install, and use the CS6 versions as well (in addition to CC 2014 and CC 2013), if you would like or ever need to.
We’ve given away over $29,000 worth of Adobe software over the years… And for this new giveaway, the prizewinner drawn will receive a fully-paid annual membership to the complete Adobe CC 2014 Release (estimated value US$650 / €738 / £563), with everything you need to create anything. Our thanks go out to Adobe Systems for generously furnishing this prize.

I work in a school and I do a lot of newsletters and flyers and I have a very old version of InDesign – no money for upgrade :( Wish I had the newest version.
I would like to start working as a freelancer in the creative field
In the past, I have not pursued instructional design opportunities that required the latest Adobe CC software because I could not afford the products. However, if I won I would fully pursue freelance opportunities that use this software.
improve own photos
I’d love to further my freelance career of designing paper goods for weddings!
I will use the Creative Cloud to finally be able to have it at home! I have never been able to use these amazing products at home and was always rushed at school. I will be able to explore all the amazing tools offered! I love these products!
I shot film for many years but have recently turned digital and taken one PS class at college where I learned editing for photography. I am a member of the PS & LR Group on Facebook and have gained most of my knowledge in editing from Andrew Kavanagh posting many tutorials on PS and LR tips which have helped me to further advance in my skills. My next step would be to learn compositing in PS 2 then move on to the PS 3 where they dive into Illustrator.
Painting and illustration
I will hopefully be able to catch up on all the new features so I can be more ready to find work next year.
I will use to free myself from the shackles of the corporate world
Still using CS 5.5 and love to upgrade it for web development use
would be great for updating my websites :-)
I would use it to make really outstanding websites :)
I will design and create Websites with the Suite. Probably teaching a little bit Flash to my students.
Use it to simplify workflow and coordination between principal contributors on a complex stop-motion animation project.
I will continue to use an all Adobe workflow for photography, video and more. My goal is to kick AVID out of my life, once and for all!
My name is Darin. I am a student attending a middle school in California. The school I attend is BYOD and highly involved with technology. BYOD means Bring Your Own Device. This is a program where children are allowed to bring computers, tablets, phones, etc. to use during school for research and studying.
It is mandatory at the school I attend for all students to take a computer class. My computer class is based on media and digital design. I’ve been learning how to use Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere for about 6 months now. I have found that Photoshop has really helped grow my creativity. Through Photoshop, I have learned that anything is possible. I have never considered myself creative or intuitive, but after being exposed to this product, I can honestly say that my whole perspective on my limitations has changed. I love art, despite the fact that I cannot draw very well. Using Photoshop has taught me that I can be an artist and express myself through digital imaging.
Growing up, my mom has taught me to take a career in what I love. I love digital editing and designing. I have been told I have a promising future in media and design should I choose that as my career. If I were to win a full-year subscription to Adobe Photoshop, I would work to enhance my digital editing skills to prepare for my future. I would express myself through my projects on Photoshop. I would use my skills and knowledge about Photoshop to help others learn the fundamental parts of Photoshop.
But whether I win this product or not, I will continue to try to show others that Photoshop is more than just digital editing, but a form of self expression.
I would start using after effects again. It’s been a while since I used it.
I teach media design courses and I am interested in learning about all of the available software!
I will study for a Bachelor of Graphics Design at the CSU
There’s so much you can do with a Creative Cloud membership, that you could never do it all in a year, but it is a great start!
As a matter of principle, I do not rent any software. Having been an Adobe user for decades, I imagine that I could check it out with winning a free year. The alternative would be to update my CS 5.5 to CS 6. We will see.
Try latest content aware healing.
Being a freelance designer, I have been using tools within the Adobe suite for years—mainly Photoshop for designing, Illustrator for design assets, Lightroom as a photography hobbyist, and sporadically Premiere and After Effects for some personal projects that involve video production. Winning this new Adobe CC 2014 Release would be an awesome upgrade for me personally and professionally, and would be a big boost especially in my work routine. Count me in!
It would enable me to actively promote my website and startup my own web design company from my own home. Also, I would greatly appreciate this as being a volunteer, I haven’t got any income to save up for software.
