When will you post the new update for Photoshop CC (2015) for Mac? I already downloaded and installed the new Lightroom CC (2015) update. Thanks very much.
You’re welcome Stan! We have the new updates available now, for Windows and for Mac. This week there have been new releases for Lightroom CC/6 and for Adobe Camera Raw 9.2.
So the CC Desktop App will indicate updates in Lightroom, as well as Photoshop, Bridge, and After Effects… Note the last three are for the ACR plug-in update. You can see this by clicking “What’s New” under each product’s name, where it states: “Update to the Camera Raw plug-in that ships with Photoshop CC. Adds raw support for new camera models.”
Aside from ACR, Adobe says there will be new updates/upgrades to the remaining CC desktop apps later this year.
“Updates to Creative Cloud desktop software [unveiled at Adobe MAX today] will ship to Creative Cloud members before the end of the year.”
Hello, I am sorry for this. The new 2016 CC apps, updates, transmission notifications have been out for several weeks now (Oct 2015) — and still no file sizes are to be found on the Adobe site. I am another Adobe CC subscriber who is stuck with satellite and only 20Gb per month. DW has a bug which the most recent “update” might fix but as it is I have to spend half of that going through Youtube vids to learn PHP, etc. It really is a maddening trade off. Please email me when you get the 2016 CC install sizes. Thanks
Hey James, do you mean the file sizes of the CC 2015 installers? They’re given in the table above, next to each tool’s download link.

Hi Izabela, please make sure to carefully follow the important download instructions given in the article above before clicking on any of the CC direct links, otherwise they won’t work…
You might also want to try with a different web browser or another computer, each time following those directions (which are required by Adobe’s servers).
Also, make sure you’re not blocking or filtering anything with your browser(s) – like cookies, downloads, or any sites or URLs – or running utilities like Ghostery, AdBlock, or Disconnect. Adobe recommends turning those things off temporarily.
Finally, we put together this list of download tips if you really get stuck for any reason.

Yes, that’s correct – Adobe CC 2015 and all Creative Cloud applications are only available via monthly or annual subscription.
However, there are many different plans offered at different price points, and significant discounts available for students and teachers, etc.

I’ve tried to download Photoshop CC 2015 multiple times for Mac, but every time it asks me for a serial number. What should I do?
Hello Lexi, you should have the options to either license the software, or run a free trial for 30 days… Have you installed this software before? What exactly is it telling you (the complete message), and at what step?

I haven’t used this one yet, but it gave me the option earlier on so I went back and chose trial.
This site has been a life-saver, given the variety of problems I’ve had with the Adobe Creative Cloud installer app each time it gets an upgrade. Now everything is working correctly again with one exception: Adobe Muse CC hangs at 0% and I ultimately get a download failed message. Unfortunately, I have the most recent version on my Mac, but a slightly older version on my PC at work. So work done at home requires me to save it in the latest version, but my PC at work tells me I NEED the latest version in order to open the file. Both versions have the It Feels Good splash screen, so the updates aren’t drastic. However, unlike other minor updates, files for Muse are required to be re-saved. Will you be replacing the version of Muse that is previously available? THANK YOU!

Hi, I found out that the Adobe Muse I downloaded is a subscription trial and I cannot activate it offline like how i do with the other apps.
Anyone experienced this?
Well, Muse has only ever been available via subscription since its very first production release in 2012.

Hi Umair, all of Adobe’s leading video tools – including Premiere Pro and After Effects – have been 64-bit-only since CS5 in 2010.

Hello Muahmed, yes, there’s a reason. Just make sure to follow the important download instructions first – before clicking on any of the CC direct links, otherwise they won’t work and you’ll get that exact message instead.

Greetings Deon, please see our previous comment above for how to solve that.
If you click the link “Click «HERE» to visit this page first” under the first bullet points in the “Download Instructions” area you get the following error: 413 Header Length too Large
Welcome. That’s a browser error on your system… It has nothing to do with Adobe software/servers or our website.
Clear your browser cache and/or cookies, and try again. Or use a different browser.
Once you do, that error should go away and the downloads should work for you.
I have a desktop which I would like to keep for photography. It has XP. Although no longer supported, will it be OK for CC or will I need Windows 7?
Hi Annie, of course Windows 7 is better because all the latest CC 2015 releases here will run on it. Photoshop CC isn’t supported on Windows XP, however Photoshop CS6 will work on XP. In fact there’s someone who came by here the other day who was even running Photoshop CS6 on an old Windows XP netbook and it did decently.
Importantly, note that all Creative Cloud members get the new CC releases together with the older CS6 versions all included in the subscriptions – which for Photoshop by itself is only $9.99 a month.
So in other words, if you signed up for Creative Cloud or even just the CC Photography plan, then you would also get a full Photoshop CS6 included for your use at no extra cost.
Just so you know FYI most preferred browser to download through should be Google Chrome. And just so you know, you can hijack the download process from the download manager of your browser to your preferred download manager. thank you.

So do the registration on any browser, but your download should be done on Google Chrome.
