Hi guys, I am new to the Adobe CC thing. I am taking delivery of a new Mac book pro today… when I purchase the creative cloud Photoshop and Lightroom, do I have to down every single link to it all work?

No, not at all John – just the apps that you are using. They all work separately or together, depending on which plan you have. So you’re fine just downloading Photoshop and Lightroom.
I have installed after effects.
it comes along with character animal (but not in it even one for first use why ??)
i also want to ask that if i have no 3d card or vram then
will it work on my system ??

Premiere does not seem to want to install at all for me. I’ve followed all of the above steps.
Sorry if you’re having difficulties. Could you share a bit more details on what exactly is not working (where the problem arose), including your system information and the exact error or message you get? That would allow us to better help you.

Correction, none of them are installing. The installer will initialize 100% then close down, and the install with serial or start trial window never pops up.
Not sure, haven’t heard anything like that – are you certain your computer meets the CC system requirements?
Hey @jalapeno, Duke Sweden to the rescue. I had the same exact problem. I’ll be you also couldn’t uninstall CC 2014 either, right? You couldn’t do anything with Adobe software. I contacted an Adobe CSR through live chat and he gave me the answer. Two simple things.
1. Go to C>Program Files(x86)>Common Files>Adobe and delete the folder OOBE. Then grab a new copy of Adobe Application Manager and install it. You’ll know that deleting the OOBE folder worked because you’ll be able to install it. After that you can install all the other Adobe software. Installer will initialize and won’t disappear like before.

(2) installing a new copy of Adobe Application Manager was the second of the two simple things I mentioned!

You’re welcome. Glad to be able to give back. Just another note to those who will be doing the steps I listed above. After you install another Adobe software, whatever it is, the OOBE folder will be replaced, uncorrupted, so no need to put it back yourself.

@ProDesign, I was upgrading from the CC 2014 trials I downloaded two weeks ago, and my pc does (barely) meet the requirements. I am saving up for an upgrade so I can purchase and start using this professionally. It’s going to be great.

Great job rolling out this massive release—I think the ProDesignTools team has done an awesome job making things clear and simple for we, the People.
My only question, please: aside from quickly checking the Splash screen for each app as it launches, where can I find the version numbers for each program? Like Photoshop 16.239.10 (or whatever the convention is).

As for seeing what the version number is for any particular program, just check the Help menu of the application for either “About” or “System Info”…

To my knowledge there are two versions of Lightroom: Lightroom 6 and Lightroom CC 2015. Both of which are equal except the activation process is different.
If I’m not wrong then you provide only download links for LR 6 and not CC 2015. Could you add those please?
Hey Gunter, in fact there are not two different downloads… There is only one single current Lightroom download, and that is Lightroom CC 2015 which we provide the direct links to above.
Generally this software can be used in free trial mode for 30 days (or possibly up to 44 days).
If you want to purchase the subscription version of LR, then there’s nothing further to do – you just sign up and keep on using Lightroom CC.
If you wish to buy the perpetual/standalone version of Lightroom 6 instead of CC, then you can purchase it here (either full or upgrade), direct from Adobe…
Then you need to convert your Lightroom CC trial into a LR6 perpetual license by following these steps:

Yes, definitely Hari. Photoshop CC 2015 can coexist on the same computer with all prior releases.
However, one big change this year with the CC 2015 installation process is Adobe’s application manager will remove prior CC releases unless you tell it otherwise… For more information, see:

Just to update on my problem wherein I could not uninstall any adobe products, nor could I install anything after I installed Premiere Pro (the installer would initialize and then disappear).
If any of you have had this problem just delete the OOBE folder in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\ directory (or on Mac, the OOBE folder is in ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/). Problem solved, and a repaired version will replace itself the next time you install adobe software.

Yes Robert, you can have both the Adobe CC 2014 and CC 2015 releases installed together on the same computer, running side-by-side without interference.
And yes, all CC subscribers can use one or the other, or both – your license (Adobe login) is valid for all CC versions.

Please note: All the CC 2015 direct links here work fine, and download with no problem. You just have to carefully follow the important step-by-step download instructions first (given above and required by Adobe’s servers), before clicking on any of the links above. If you don’t, then the CC 2015 direct links won’t work and you’ll get that “denied” message instead.
If you’ve followed all those directions but are still having difficulties, then try a different web browser (like Chrome or Firefox), another computer, or a better Internet connection (use wired instead of Wi-Fi if possible).
Also, make sure you’re not blocking or filtering anything with your browser(s) – like cookies, downloads, or any sites or URLs – or running utilities like Ghostery, AdBlock, or Disconnect. Adobe recommends turning those things off temporarily.
