Hello there,
it looks like the Adobe CC client app is nuts for several weeks now. There’s no chance I can update Photoshop and Lightroom to their latest versions whatsoever. This website providing all the manual updates seems like the way to go, but in matter of fact I’m unable to download anything from the links provided here. Using 5 different computers (Windows and Mac) and different browsers (no addons/blocking software etc. installed) I cannot download nor the Photoshop CC 2015 neither the Lightroom latest updates listed.
I’m starting to be very frustrated at this stage, upset with Adobe’s uselessness.
Any other tips and tricks are welcome here!
Well, I’ve finally found a workaround of a workaround here:). I’ve used my Android smartphone with Dolphin browser to download all the necessary updates and then transfer those to my Windows 10 and Mac OS X Yosemite machines. A bit thinking out of a box was necessary here, I guess.

Wow, sorry you had trouble John – not sure why! But glad to hear you got it working in the end.
Many hours have been spent over the months trying to download 2015 CC. All I get is ‘Some of the application components are missing from the Application directory. Reinstall the application.’ I also get error messages U43M1D207, U44M11210, U444M1P7. I am PAYING for this service and cannot use it. Although I can still use CC 2014.
Hello Kathy, sorry to hear of the difficulties you’ve had with getting CC 2015 going… Have you been in touch with Adobe Technical Support? Have you googled the exact text of the error message(s) you received?
Have you tried installing the applications on another, different computer – or instead running the Adobe Cleaner Tool, rebooting, and then reinstalling?
What happens with you use the CC 2015 direct download links (and updates here) instead of using Adobe’s desktop application/download manager – can you get any farther that way?
Glad to head that CC 2014 is still working for you, in any event.
Lightroom CC 2015.2 and Lightroom 6.2 are out
Thanks Giulia, we’ve got those up there above now. There’s also an update for Adobe Camera Raw 9.2.
So the CC Desktop App will indicate updates in Lightroom, as well as Photoshop, Bridge, and After Effects… Note the last three are for the ACR update.
Adobe says there will be new updates/upgrades to the remaining CC desktop apps later this year.
“Updates to Creative Cloud desktop software [unveiled at Adobe MAX today] will ship to Creative Cloud members before the end of the year.”
Lightroom CC 2015.2.1 and Lightroom 6.2.1 are out

HI, what a pain in the … Adobe can be. Just to do some simple program updates!!
I’m having problems with the CC desktop downloader that many seem to be having. I finally tracked your site down and – having read the instructions (unusually) – logged in to my Adobe account. I was then able to happily download the latest Lightroom 6 patch with its installer and extract it all for updating.
Now, when I run the installer (as an administrator) it just seems to ignore me. Nothing happens. Zip. Nada.
Any ideas, anyone?
It sounds like you’re doing everything right Ray – which version of Lightroom are you currently running? (Help menu > System Info) What patch version are you trying to update to?
You could also try rebooting your system and starting the process again fresh.

Hey Ray, version 6.2.1 is the latest! There is no Lightroom update more recent than that right now, so it worked and you have nothing further to do at this time.
Hi! There is a new update for Ilustrador that it’s not in here. It’s the CC 2015.1.1 update.

The DPS Desktop Tools 2015.5 for InDesign CC 2015 are out.
Thanks Mike. The “2015.3.2” version that we already posted above actually has a “2015.5” in the filename…
So it’s strange and confusing, but there is no separate 2015.5 release. The most recent update available for DPS Desktop Tools is officially called 2015.3.2, which you’ll find in the table above.
ahoj, děkuji za práci, ale nemohu stáhnout aktualizační balíček adobe muse. Po kliknutí mi to napíše přístup odepřen. Zkoušel jsem to v sedmi prohlížečích s vypnutým adblock. Odkazy na stažení programu mi fungovali, ale updaty ne.. Není jiná možnost kde to stáhnout ?

No Honza, there are no other options – but as mentioned in the post above, Muse is a bit different from the rest of the updates… You have to follow these download directions first in order to access it, otherwise you’ll get an “access denied” message coming from Adobe’s servers instead.
I don’t understand why when I download these files, they turn out broken when I extract them,
Not sure Ted – they’re working fine on our end and for most everybody else here… What (exact) error message do you get, and what type of system do you have?
We would suggest redownloading with a different browser, another computer, or a better/faster Internet connection (use wired instead of wireless/Wi-Fi if possible).

I can’t update Photoshop CC2015, it says:
“Update Failed – Updates could not be applied – This patch is not applicable for you. Please check for updates from the help menu in your product to see list of latest updates available.”
Why? help me. I use PS CC 2015.0
Sorry you’re having difficulties Alex, it does happen sometimes unfortunately. See our suggestions here for (hopefully) how to take care of that issue.
I downloaded the update for flash, but when I launch the install patch, the answer is that I can’t apply the updates. How can I install it?

it seems that Premiere Pro 9.0.2 doesn’t have, at least for me, some new features like Optical Flow for speed changes of the clip. And one more question, why there isn’t new Audition update with Remix feature?

Hey Petar, that’s because those upcoming new features have been demoed (like Optical Flow Time Remapping and Remix) – but they haven’t been released just yet!

Is the InDesign Release 11.1 update (Adobe InDesign CC 2015.1 Update (64-bit)) cumulative? Or do I need to first install Release 11.0.1 and then 11.1 over that?

I have a problem after I installed the Adobe Photoshop CC 2015.0.1 Update (64-bit).
When I set Mode to 32 Bits/Channel, I can’t create any new layers! Also there is no alpha channel! I can’t set the background transparent!
Any idea?
Well, no one else has reported any issues here and we haven’t heard of anything, so it likely doesn’t have anything to do with the update. Something else is going on; not sure what, but you could google it – or check the Adobe Forums.

Hello. Could you make the installers for CC2015.2 or CC2015.1 (depending on the app) available? The new version of CC2015 for all apps are released on December 1, 2015.

This is strictly a pet peeve of mine. I love the Adobe splash screens. Why did they leave the ugliest ones alone (Speedgrade and Media Encoder) and change the nice looking ones they had for After Effects and Premiere Pro?
This is the kind of stuff that’s gonna drive me to Avid Media Composer!!! ;-)
On a serious note, I read where Tabbed panel groups can be stacked vertically in a column for Lightroom-style one-click access. How do you do that? I haven’t seen that option yet.

Do the latest updates include all previous (say if 2015.1 includes 2015.0.1 and 2015.0.2)?
Is it necessary to install previous first and apply the latest afterwords?
Hi Tolik, all the updates given here are cumulative (meaning the newer ones include the older ones) – so if you want the latest version, then you only need the latest (last) update/patch.
