thank-you Pro Design Tools for all your valuable Adobe apps and updates
is there any way of acquiring the latest Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop app? That specific app keeps updating also. I see it is available on your Adobe CC 2015 download links. Is there a way to stay current with its new versions since its 2015 initial release?
Sure Sean, we just updated the direct download link here for the Creative Cloud Desktop App to be the latest version.
We’ve also just started tracking the updates to the CC Desktop App and offering the direct download links in the table above.
Thanks for the request, and hope it helps!
@ProDesignTools
Thank-you very much, I am receiving the file now. I will take it to my editing machine and install later. That was tricky initiating the download – I never had to download trial, then cancel, to log-in before. All is good – thanks.
Thanks
Creative Cloud is not showing there is an update for Photoshop and RAW. I have cleaned out the Cloud app and re-installed it. I have signed out of the cloud and back in, but there is still nothing about the “Adobe Photoshop CC 2015.1 release 16.1 (64-bit)” update. I was able to put it on my Windows 10 machine, but this Windows 7 machine is not cooperating.
Hey Steve – cick on the Settings menu (the gear icon) at the upper right of the CC Desktop app, and then “Check for App Updates.”
If that doesn’t work, then just download and install using the Photoshop update direct links given in the post above.
Thank you for all this, it has helped me a lot – i just suggest changing the names of the update folders from setup to what it is, as this would help me a lot – thanks.
After installing the update, missing H.265 codec in Premiere CC 2015.1, even in Media Encoder
Are you using the trial version or are you a paid subscriber?
Adobe just added CC application support for the new HEVC (H.265) codec, which, at 60% the size of comparable H.264 files, is ideal for delivering pristine 4K content online.
However, from what we understand, due to licensing restrictions, the use of this codec may not be available in the free trial versions.
@ProDesignTools
May be due to the demo version
Yes, we have confirmed this. Elsewhere with CC, there are no limitations in the demo versions – however, because of strict licensing of the H265/HEVC codec, Adobe had to make an exception in this case.

Hi! Adobe Camera Raw 9.3.1.520 update it by any chance?
Thank you for your answers.
Hey Wallas, ACR 9.3.1 has not been officially released yet by Adobe… If and when it is, we’ll have the direct download links right here, as soon as it is publicly available.
@ProDesignTools
Thanks!
Update: Adobe Camera Raw (ACR) version 9.3.1 was released by Adobe this morning, and the direct download link for this now appears in the table above.
Hi! I was trying to install these updates on all apps that I have here and it fails saying that these corrections doesn’t apply for me. I don’t know why not, since I have the stock unpatched CC 2015 64bit versions here. I’ve checked and downloaded the 64bit version patches from here also. Any clues?
It sounds like an “Update Failed / Updates could not be applied. This patch is not applicable for you” message, right?
Sorry you’re having difficulties, it does happen sometimes unfortunately. See our suggestions here for (hopefully) how to take care of that issue.
@ProDesignTools
Big thanks!
There’s another update out for After Effects that seems to be missing. I’ve Downloaded the After Effects CC 2015.1 Update already and the Adobe Desktop Manager says there is another update available.
Yes Felix, this morning the CC Desktop App indicated new updates available for Photoshop, Bridge, and After Effects. However, note that all of them are for a new version of Adobe Camera Raw, a plug-in which is used by these three programs. You’ll find a direct download link for this latest ACR 9.3.1 update given in the table above.
Does anyone know what the “Photoshop CC 2015 Export Options” updates are for? I know that Adobe has made changes to the “Save for Web” introducing new “Export Options” instead so I’m assuming that’s what those updates are for. But why are they coming in a separate update package? Shouldn’t that just be bundled in with the full update?
Yes, that’s what it’s for. We suspect Adobe made it a separate update because it’s a new module that is undergoing change more rapidly than the rest of Photoshop, and thus they can iterate quickly with additional changes and features without revisioning the entire tool package… Then once it’s fully mature, it could be reintegrated within the main program – say for Photoshop CC 2016.
hi
seeing that 16.1 photoshop is a bug parade
can i go back to installing the 16.0.1 update, or should i install cc 2015 again?
thanks
Hi Gaia – if you want to revert back to the previous CC 2015 revision, it’s not a problem…
Note that you can’t install a lower update on top of a higher update; instead you just need to follow this step-by-step guide for Creative Cloud Version Control:
How to Access, Update or Downgrade to Any Version of Adobe CC Apps
Thanks!
hi
Photoshop 2015.1.1 Update is out!
Hi. Thanks in advance. is there any news on the new Adobe Photoshop 16.1.1 Update?
Where is the “Adobe Photoshop 2015.1.1 update” download link?
Thanks, done – the new Photoshop update is up there now. It wasn’t released until late last night, Pacific time.
@ProDesignTools
Seems like there’s some kind of bug on these updates for foreign languages. I’m using the brazilian portuguese version and neither I can install via Creative Cloud Desktop App (says there’s no update for me) or via downloadable update. I’m trying to find a solution with the Adobe technicians for this, but like in other situations I had in the past with them I prefer look on internet. This thing is annoying me. :(
Sorry Jeider, not sure why – but please post back if you solve the issue you’re having!
@ProDesignTools
Thanks. Keep On Keepin’ On.
Where can i find Adobe Elements’ updates on prodesigntools.com?
Hey Ali, this is for CC 2015, so not on this page… Instead, we posted links to the updates for Photoshop Elements 14 and Premiere Elements 14 in the Comments section here:
Adobe Photoshop/Premiere Elements 14 Direct Download Links
Thanks for the updates! :D
Applications are not allowed to upgrade, I get a message that says: “The update is not suitable for this version”, which is not.
Hello Fabian, that sounds like an “Update Failed / Updates could not be applied. This patch is not applicable for you” message, is that right?
Sorry you’re having difficulties, it does happen sometimes. See our suggestions here for (hopefully) how to take care of that issue.
Hope that helps!
Do I have to download and install only the latest update, or all of them?
All of the updates given here are cumulative (meaning the newer ones include the older ones) – so if you want the latest version, then you only need the latest (last) update/patch shown.
I need an update for AE, the one that covers AMD processors. AE does not work with my AMD processor after this latest update?
Hello Wayne, the previous (November 30th version 13.6) release of AE had some issues with old AMD CPUs.
However, the newest/latest (December 17th version 13.6.1) After Effects update fixes that.
Hello prodesigntools, Im having the following problem: I cannot update my Photoshop software, and in search of a solution, I found your site. I pay for my product, every single month, and yet somehow, Creative Cloud doesnt update my software since the 22th of November. I have tried a lot of things, uninstalling Creative Cloud and reinstalling it resulted in a new Photoshop download and installation. Then CC informed me that there was an update, but every time I try to download te update CC writes that i have no connection to the servers. So as a last resort I wanted to download the updates from your site, but every time I click on the link (Adobe Photoshop 2015.1.1 – 64 bits) I get a non-existing page message… What am I doing wrong??
Not sure Maroan – did you try with a different browser or another computer? What is the exact message that you get?
Also make sure you’re not blocking or filtering anything with your browser(s) – like cookies, downloads, or any sites or URLs – or running blocking utilities like Ghostery, AdBlock, or Disconnect. Adobe recommends temporarily turning those things off (including antivirus, firewalls, etc.) when downloading. Some third-party download managers or other utilities may also interfere with the process.
Finally, you can always run Adobe’s CC Cleaner Tool to remove all traces of all Adobe software from your system, then reboot your computer and install the application(s) and update(s) fresh.
thanks
