I can not update ps cc 2015.1.1, only update 2015.1 (update failed!)
only once signed to adobe account then signed out and boommm

My photoshop CC 2014 was working perfectly but yesterday I managed to download and install the creative cloud app a second time, as the previous one stopped working. Uninstall was difficult too, as I had to use the adobe cleaner tool. There were now upgrades and updates available advised by my newly installed creative cloud so I upgraded to photoshop CC 2015. This took hours!! but that could be my connection,
however the upgrade opened with the basic recognisable border but the whole screen flashes black then white incessantly and is unusable and unbearable to look at. Good thing I’m not epileptic because this would definitely set off an attack for someone who is. I have tried opening several times now, and have restarted my computer but every time it’s the same.
Any help appreciated.
Sorry you’re having difficulties Deborah. What type of system do you have? Are your graphics [card] drivers fully up to date?

I am using windows 7, NVIDIA GeForce all up to date.
Your troubleshoot link only opens a blank page.
The troubleshooting page works fine on our end, and is important to step through to help solve the issue… Maybe try with a different browser or device?

Tried Firefox and Explorer, link takes me every time a blank page!

Well, it sounds like you are running Kaspersky or some other aggressive third-party security software. Did you try turning that off, or reading that page from your phone or tablet?
Normally using the Adobe Cleaner Tool, rebooting, and reinstalling/reupdating the software will take care of any problems with the installation itself. But there may be something deeper going on with your system, or a recent change to it. We suspect an issue with CC 2015 and your graphics card or GPU.
So if you are unable to make further progress here, we’d suggest just jumping back to using CC 2014 for the time being. You can of course install & run that instead with your subscription (it’s included), if desired.
Either that, or you can contact Adobe directly for further technical support. Hope that helps.
I think AfterEffects also needs the “Optical Flow”. Because the video is flickering when replacing the composition with AfterEffects composition.

Then you would apply the latest Premiere Pro update above on top of that.
Hi. I had to change my PC so I’m installing again the Adobe CC programs. My question is if I can install just the latest upgrade instead of installing every update one-by-one? for example, I have to install Photoshop CC15…. can I install the Update 16.1.1 directly?
Yes, absolutely Frank – the updates are cumulative, so you’ll only need the last (most recent) one for each application.
Would you guys have the direct link for the Adobe Photoshop CC 2015.1.1??? I am trying update from Adobe Photoshop CC 2015.0.0 to Adobe Photoshop CC 2015.1.1 and shows a message “This patch is not for you”. I want to uninstall and Adobe Photoshop CC 2015.0.0 and install Adobe Photoshop CC 2015.1.1.
Hi Pérsio, the direct download links for that update are given above… And you don’t uninstall the base release first – rather you just apply the update patch here on top of it.
As for the error you’re getting, is that an “Update Failed / Updates could not be applied. This patch is not applicable for you” message?

I have tried everything. Uninstalled, Clean tool, installed again. “This patch is not for you” message :-(
Not sure Pérsio – if you have carefully gone through every suggestion in that list of tips, then that usually works to get the update installed.
But it’s still not installing for you, then you could have an issue with your licensing or system configuration and may need to contact Adobe directly.

I installed today Adobe Premiere CC 2015 v9. So, I tried to install the latest update 2015.1 (v9.1), but got the same error that this update isn’t the right one for me. Is it necessary to install first the previous updates before installing the latest one?
I´m not logged in to my Adobe Account, and all Adobe Tasks are finished. But I wasn’t able to install.
Is there any solution?
Hey Karl, all the Adobe updates here are cumulative, meaning the newer ones include the older ones – so if you want the latest version, then you only need to download & install the most recent update.
As for any issues that you might run into when installing them, please see this list shared in the comment directly above to Pérsio. Those are all the good tips that we have, in case you run into any difficulties.

Can’t even open the setup (the AE , PS , and the PR one , all of the setups are the latest versions)

I clicked on the link above for the Photoshop CC 2015.1.2 but it goes to main Adobe homepage, which has no option to download the update. What’s wrong?
Not sure SC- did you try with a different browser or another computer?
Also make sure you’re not blocking or filtering anything with your browser(s) – like cookies, downloads, or any sites or URLs – or running blocking utilities like Ghostery, AdBlock, or Disconnect. Adobe recommends temporarily turning those things off (including antivirus, firewalls, etc.) when downloading. Some third-party download managers or other utilities may also interfere with the process.

Seems Update 1 is all there is for Dreamweaver, for now.

Trying to get trial version of Lightroom CC 2015.4 on a computer that’s offline, downloaded Lightroom from your direct download link to CC 2015 and used the update files on this page to update to 2015.4 …or so I thought. I ended up with Lightroom 6.4 that doesn’t have the new panorama Boundary Warp feature I was looking to try.
Is there any way to get at trial of CC 2015.4 running without going online? I can get the computer online if I have to, but I don’t want to go thru all that work unless I’m sure I want to move to CC permanently.
Not sure how you got Lightroom 6 instead of Lightroom CC… It’s absolutely the same exact download and installer, but Adobe says that all LR free trials are for the CC version.
And usually you have to take additional steps to activate Lightroom 6 instead of Lightroom CC.
Have you had LR software on that computer previously, perhaps a leftover serial number stored there? Are you sure it’s still running as the free trial, and that you didn’t do anything to inadvertently activate Lightroom 6 instead?
