  1. The Adobe downloader ran the first time and downloaded the CS6 Design and Web Premium Trial and the install failed after 2 hrs with not enough disk space. I have over 500GB free and I am the Administrator. Security off and cookies enabled. Subsequent downloads of the Download Assistant (save and run) downloaded and ran 5 hrs and did nothing. Restore to before this ran and redownload with save than manually running produced the same results: ran 5 hrs and did nothing, no CPU cycles.

Now attempting the direct downloads of File1 and File2 for Windows 7 and getting an access denied problem.

I started this Friday and you have my subscription starting 6/15 but I have not been been able to get a download. If you could help me obtain the files, I would also apprecate resetting the trial start.

    Thanks.

  2. I’ve been trying to download the trial version of Dreamweaver for 3 days. Last week I was told by the little online timer that to download the 272 Mb file it would take over 1900 hours; that’s almost 80 DAYS to download. The hourly counter just kept climbing and the file never did download.

Today I got a nice email titled Welcome to your trial of Dreamweaver CS6. I think it’s terrible that you taunt people like that.

Now when I try to download again I keep getting “We’re sorry, we encountered an error processing your request. Please try your request again. If you continue to receive this error, please report it using our Customer Service form.” (note that the link for the Customer Service form is broken – like that isn’t even MORE frustrating).

I finally fount this link, but every time I click on Dreamweaver File 1 I get the message: “Access Denied. You don’t have permission to access “…/AdobeProducts/DRWV/12/win32/Dreamweaver_12_LS16.exe” on this server. Reference #18.85cf6cce.1340644707.41cbcf20″

Yes, I am logged in to Adobe – at the regular download page it’s displaying “Welcome ” in the top right corner.

    • Hello Debbie, we’re not Adobe and don’t have anything to do with the welcome emails, but they get sent automatically when you initiate a trial download from their servers…

It sounds like you need a stronger Internet connection. Are you trying to do this over Wi-Fi? Unfortunately it’s out of our control how fast your connection is or how long your download will take.

But please see the response to Martin just above for some ideas, and good luck.

  3. YOU’RE MY SAVIOR!!! I’ve tried downloading the files from adobe with the download manager more than 50 times and it always got stuck around 15%. Thanks so so much!!

    • Wow, that’s stunning Icen… Sorry that took so long but glad to hear the direct links were able to get the CS6 trials for you without using the Adobe Download Assistant – and thanks for letting us know!

    • What error message do you get Rich? It sounds like you could have an incomplete or corrupt file download. Try again with a different browser, computer, or Internet connection (no Wi-Fi).

  4. Regarding “Step 1,”:
“Click «here» to visit this page like you want to try Photoshop CS6, and then select the “Download Now” button at the bottom.”

I went to the page and there was now a “Download Now” option for me. All I could find was this:

“To download trial versions of Creative Suite software, you need to install the Adobe Download Assistant. After installation, the Adobe Download Assistant will start your product download automatically.”

Download Assistant is the very program I’ve been trying to avoid, as I had multiple problems using it with my previous 5 attempts to download the Creative Suite trial.

    Any advice for me, friends?

    • Hi Lucinda, you just have to start off the process the normal way with the Adobe Download Assistant – you don’t actually have to carry through using it… Later in the instructions we say to close/cancel any running windows from the standard procedure (although it won’t hurt to leave them up).

Once your system is primed in this way, you can then direct download whatever CS6 trials you like from the links on this page.

(And don’t worry, that’s the way all visitors do it here with no problem.)

  5. ProDesignTools :

OK Michael, as you pointed out it can take a long time to download the larger files, so here are a couple of MD5 checksums to start – compare these values against what you have for the files downloaded to your computer:

    CS6 Master Collection (Windows, English, File 2, .7z): BFBA9A3F1C90440482EBBE5BDC76C8C7

    Hi ProDesign,

I have an stupid question but it is very important for me

Can you please provide me the MD5 checksum of

CS6 Master Collection (Windows, English, File 1, .exe)
    Master Collection_CS6_LS16.exe

    Thank you very much
    Elena

    • Sure Elena, it’s a very small file, only about 1MB – which is why we didn’t provide that…

But if you really want to know, it’s A8D0C043C3FF11A421BBD27F7210C68A

  6. I can’t download all files #2, they are html. not exe.. Tried right-click “Save as…” html. direct link and open link new tab.

  7. I have downloaded PS CS6 from your link, thanks a lot. But I wonder if anything downloaded from your link is exactly the same as doing with the Adobe Download Assistant?

  8. Also tell me why can’t I download these files with IDM, it says “you don’t have permission” – but works fine with IE, which always makes me some problems.

    Reply
    • Not sure, are you carefully following the instructions? We don’t really recommend the IE browser because it often drops the file extensions. We always use Chrome or Firefox and never have a problem. But a third-party download manager can sometimes help if you’ve got a slow or shaky Internet connection.

    • Hey there, you just install the Additional Content the same way – download all listed links for the product(s) you want, and then run/open the .exe (Windows) or .dmg (Mac) files.
