Can u put “LS6” Links for Mac?
Sure Emir, you can do that – just copy each link you want and change the “LS” number near the end to “6”, then paste it into the address line of your browser.
That will then give you the Eastern European language set (Czech, Romanian, Russian, Turkish, Ukrainian, Polish, Hungarian) for CS6.

I have been trying to download the Master Collection for Mac but I keep getting the following.
Access Denied
You don’t have permission to access “…/AdobeProducts/STAM/CS6/osx10/MasterCollection_CS6_LS16.dmg” on this server.

But if I do it on my PC it allows me to download. Why is this happening?
Also what is the difference downloading it directly or from the Adobe website with the download Assistant or Manager?

Hi Ishaan, what is the exact error message you’re getting? Without that, it’s impossible to diagnose your issue… thanks.
On extracting It says “Error not all files were extracted successfully check your disk space or permissions.”
So I used 7-Zip to extract found that many of the files couldn’t be extracted either corrupt or may be incomplete…
You normally shouldn’t need to use any external utility to extract the package – that happens automatically when you run Adobe’s .exe file.
But it just confirms that your download didn’t come through properly… It happens sometimes. If you are sure your disk space and permissions are good (right-click the icon and “Run as Administrator”), then try downloading again.
Your IP address says you’re coming from India, so a corrupt download is quite possible with the long distance and the large size of these files, or if your Internet connection isn’t strong and fast.
why is it “access denied” ?
Because to download the software you’ve got to follow the instructions in the article – thanks.

i have downloaded the files for cs6 master but it will not open, it states:
a problem occurred while extracting files, check available space on your computer and the write privileges on the destination folder
then it asked me to download it again

What is the meaning of “ls7” in – adobe premier pro cs6 ls7?———-i am told that it is language set—-but which language set belongs to “ls7” ?
Greetings Vikrant, here are Adobe’s different language sets… For most of the direct links above, you can copy the link and then change the number after the “LS” to get a different language set. Then paste the updated link into your browser’s location line to download the trial for the product in that language. You only need to do this if the language you want isn’t listed in the large tables above.
LS16: en_US / en_GB
LS2: ja_JP
LS3: ko_KR / zh_CN / zh_TW
LS4: da_DK / de_DE / es_ES / es_MX / fi_FI / fr_CA / fr_FR / it_IT / nb_NO / nl_NL / pt_BR / sv_SE
LS6: cs_CZ / hu_HU / pl_PL / ro_RO / ru_RU / tr_TR / uk_UA
LS7: English / German / Spanish / French / Italian / Japanese / Korean
Note you cannot manually change the links to use “LS7” though – but shouldn’t need to, because for English you use LS16, for Western European languages use LS4, for Eastern European languages use LS6, for Japanese use LS2, and for other Asian countries use LS3.

Hello Paul, the only site you log in to is Adobe – as is normal when you sign up for a free trial… Then you come back here and can download any CS6 product using the direct links above.
That’s basically what the instructions above are guiding you to do, just follow then step-by-step and you’ll be fine.

Actually Luis, you can’t manually change the links to use LS7… If you want languages like Spanish, Italian, French, German, etc., then just use the Western European links in the table above.
It’s only if you want an Eastern European or Asian language (that’s not given above) that you should manually change the “LS” numbers in the links.

Flash Professional CS6 link is not working

Hey there Denis, you need two files for downloading and installing Photoshop – they are both in the table above, and make sure to put them in the same folder on your computer.
Both must download completely and in their entirety, so make sure you have a strong and fast Internet connection – wired is much better and more reliable than wireless. It’s possible you got an incomplete or corrupt download.
It may also have been that your browser dropped the filename extension(s) for one of the files you downloaded – if you have two files (on Windows), then there will be one .EXE and also one .7Z file. So if an extension is missing, then just rename the file to add it back.
If there’s just a single file for the product, then it should be an .EXE file on Windows, or a .DMG file on Mac OS.
Finally, if you continue to have difficulties, try a different browser or computer.
Hey there, it’s me again…I downloaded both files, like you said…I clicked on the instructions, and I didn’t find it helpful…all I have now are those 2 files in one folder, one of which is a winrar. What do I do now?
Now that you have both files, you just run the .exe and that will extract the CS6 installation package.

Is the Adobe Photoshop CS6 the Extended version?
Yes Dan, all Adobe Photoshop trials are always the Extended version, and then the extra features will turn themselves off if you decide to purchase only the Standard version.

I deactivated my antivirus and everything like that.
Oddly Denis, that can happen sometimes – which seems strange because all of these downloads are coming directly from Adobe’s servers, so are absolutely genuine…
But what it means in this case, according to Adobe Customer Support, is that you have an incomplete or corrupted download – and sorry to say the only solution is to try the download again.
If you can use a stronger or faster Internet connection (with a cable rather than Wi-Fi), that will increase your chances of getting these large files intact, correct, and complete.
