Are you talking about Adobe’s discounted Student & Teacher Editions?
I realize that it is no longer possible to download older photoshop versions direct from adobe anymore, so to be on the safe side, i was hoping you could provide hashes for “AdobePhotoshop17-mul.zip” and “AdobePhotoshop17-mul_x64.zip” so i can be sure they are original and unmodified. Any kind of hash is fine – md5/sha1 etc, thanks.

You don’t need to worry about authenticity here, as these links above go to the original files residing on Adobe’s servers, are guaranteed genuine, safe, legal, and will not change.

Apple is notorious for breaking backwards compatibility with older software, but that doesn’t seem to be the case with what you’re describing. The latest 2022 version of Adobe InDesign (17.0) should definitely install and run on the latest version of macOS (12.0 Monterey).
I get this error as soon as I signed up for a new trial account: “Your free trial has already expired. Buy Creative Cloud for teams today and get access to your favorite apps and services.”
We can’t say for sure, but suggest checking out this Adobe Help page and seeing if any of the situations described there apply to you:

Though this post claims you can contact Adobe support for a particular download version, they refused to do so for me. I would very much like to have an offline installer download link for Photoshop ver 22.1.1 before the installer is gone from CC, since it is the last version that can be made to work with many still-good but older CPUs.
That’s last year’s Creative Cloud 2021 version. Adobe Customer Support will definitely give you a copy of that installer to download, provided you’re an active CC subscriber.
Free trial users can consider subscribing to gain access to the direct links, and then later canceling for a full refund if you do not wish to continue with your subscription.
If you don’t get a positive response and receive the installer(s) within the first few minutes of your Adobe chat, then ask for a supervisor or simply disconnect and try again with someone else. Some reps may not be as well-informed as others, so we recommend being politely persistent until you get the help you need.
I am not a subscriber. I could find no way to install Adobe Bridge through the admin console without also downloading Adobe Creative Cloud. It automatically adds that package.
You can get Adobe Bridge 2022 either of two ways:
1. The regular way using the Creative Cloud Desktop app. This works for everyone.
2. Via direct download links that subscribers can get from Adobe, as described in the article above.

We here do not have the offline installers to give you, but Adobe does. If you contact Customer Care directly, they would be able to give you direct download links for the apps you’re looking for:

If you have difficulty getting the 2022 standalone installers from them, then it could be because you are a free trial user and not currently a subscriber. Generally, they are reluctant to give out the download links if you’re not a paid member.
But importantly, note that Adobe offers a 14-day money back guarantee on Creative Cloud subscriptions…
Meaning that that anyone who purchases a new plan can get a full refund within the first two weeks after the initial payment is made, with no questions asked. In that way, Adobe would have to provide the new direct links because you’d be a subscriber at that point.
In most cases, any plan cancellation can be made online without hassle. If you decide to continue your paid membership past the first 14 days, then the refund/return period closes.
Alternatively, another option would be to get a free trial for Creative Cloud for Teams, which would allow you to create and download your own complete, fully-updated installer packages for the current and previous releases, any version… No credit card is required. More details here.
I tried to request an offline installer via chat. After more than half an hour of redirection and explanations, I was denied because I do not have an active subscription.

While using the 2022 version, I would like to save it on my computer, considering the possibility that the version will stop being supported due to future upgrades. Is this completely impossible?

I was only able to receive a total of two links on that link.
The above two links were far from offline downloads no matter which link was accessed.
Am I doing something wrong?

Again, please read the article carefully. It’s not like it used to be, and you can’t get the standalone installers the way you tried.
Now, you can either contact Adobe Customer Care and request them, or sign up for a free trial of CC for Teams with no credit card required and then create your own downloadable installer packages.

Even with the “managed package”, the ZIP installation file downloaded in this way requires the CC application connected to the Internet in order to be installed. It is not an offline installer. It seems that there is no longer any option to be able to download a truly offline installer, which does not depend on the CC application.
Since it first came out ten years ago, Creative Cloud has never offered fully-offline installation and activation…
The Creative Cloud Desktop app is used for product activation, but otherwise the installation of the creative apps can take place offline (for example, on a different computer from where the full installer was downloaded from).
The direct download links that subscribers can get from Adobe Customer Service (via method #1 above) work the same way. They are complete, standalone installers which employ the CC Desktop app for [brief online] activation.

We here have not tried in a while, but last time it worked with some repeated persistence and requesting a supervisor. Adobe should really still be giving out the Creative Cloud 2022 installers because many paying customers have specific app version requirements or systems which cannot be upgraded (particularly macOS) and so cannot run the latest CC release.
If you cannot get CC 2022 from Adobe, then then only other thing we can suggest is to try Creative Cloud 2019 instead, which is still available to everyone for download here:

Hello, I am trying to download the 22.6.4 version of premiere pro. I assume I need creative cloud 2022 because it’s no longer offered on my 2024 creative cloud. Every time I try to download the 2022 creative cloud from here, it installs the newest version of creative cloud instead. How do I download the 2022 version??

Adobe is discontinuing public direct download links for older software.

It’s completely out of our control. Adobe has a “N-1” Support Policy, which means they will only support the current major release and the one prior.
So technically, now, that would mean CC 2025 and CC 2024.
We think Adobe should really still be giving out CC 2022 installers because many subscribers do need them, if for some reason you can’t run the latest CC release – for example, like when you have a slightly-older computer or operating system. The company could still provide these versions, but just disavow any and all official support.
This is up to Adobe though, not us. So there’s nothing we can do, sorry.
