  1. I am still learning to edit and/or improve my photography, so why not continue the learning curve with the best…… and that is why I want to win this!

Sorry but what can I learn in 30 days? Student discount is too expensive as well. Do you know who is Mr. Donald Tusk? Some friends do not even have a computer with minimum system requirements for Adobe software. This is unfortunately Poland.

  4. photoshop cc allows one to tweak a jpeg image using raw filters, in short if a jpeg image was a raw image to begin with. and there are a few other changes from cs6 to cc that makes life easier, according to http://www.creativeLIVE.com and Dave Cross-teaching photoshop since 1990!

adobe’s $21.76 incl. tax/month that allows one who has any photoshop cs3-cs6 to download photoshop cc and the other 30+ adobe programs for free and to use them as long as one pays the base fee.

The catch 22’s: it ends 8-31-13 11:59pm pdt, then the rent goes up to $54 incl; tax/month and one should not cancel the rent program during the 1st month otherwise you owe Adobe 50% of the remaining balance.

*According to PC World, microsoft within next few years, is going to charge a monthly rent on its word writing Office programs…

*other software manufacturers may follow Adobe in eliminating/discontinuing boxed software, download from web software and opt to a monthly usage rent plans – not good if your computer crashes and the software company tells you that you should have deactivated their program BEFORE your computer crashed. I guess Adobe, others think, we can predict when our computers will crash!- as far as I know, there isn’t a program available to tell us when our computer[s] will crash or when we shall shall get sick or get involved in a car accident or even die- that would be great, so we could prevent that event from happening!

  5. What Would I Do With These Products?

My name is Melanie M., I’m a 23-year-old college student, mother, and minimum wage employee. There are several things I would do with these latest Adobe CC programs, and several reasons why I feel I should win them. I would expand my portfolio, learn great new techniques on how to improve my digital imaging and photography, complete homework assignments while I continue to get my college degree, create long-lasting and memorable photos for families, including my own, and generate income to support my family. One reason that I feel I should win these programs for free is because even with Adobe’s student discount here in Massachusetts, I could never afford the software. Making on average $150 a week at a $8.30/hr job isn’t even paying my bills, and supporting my daughter and her father let alone saving money. And, I am the only one in the home with a stable job. Getting this software could really help me generate more income for my family during my down time from school and work. Sometimes, not being able to put dinner on the table for my 4-year-old is rough. I also believe I should win them because I would get great use out of the programs, and I already have a base knowledge of Adobe programs since that is what they teach at Cape Cod Community College. The software I currently use is Corel, and I would love to proudly say that I used Adobe to create the works or art seen by my family and customers.

I am a relatively new photographer/graphic designer, having had the dream of doing photography all my life. I’ve dreamed of one day working for a magazine like the National Geographic traveling the world, in the film industry, game industry, or possibly even advertising. My only paid photography was the two years in which I worked for CPI Images, otherwise known as Sears Portrait Studio. Unfortunately, any work there was copyrighted and owned by the company, so not a single image could go into my portfolio unless I paid for a session, took the photos, and bought the CD. Not to mention that as an employee, one is only allowed to follow a set of guidelines for the photo’s taken, so the work was really not original anyway So, my artists portfolio really only includes a few student projects, and other art media such as paintings, drawings, sculptures, and the like. With these programs I could finally include the work I most love into my portfolio, and use that portfolio to advance my career (away from a grocery store and into the world), advance my family’s financial standing, get my college degrees, and generally advance my life!

Creating images from scratch and also enhancing images created through photography using Adobe CC will not only fun, but beneficial!

  7. I would dig into the new features of the tried-and-true programs I love, and try out new apps like Muse, to get some artwork of mine onto sites I’ve had registered, never having the time to sit down and learn Dreamweaver to any effect.
