Winning a copy of CS6 would give me a new creative energy boost. I have been in the creative doldrums for a few years due to my surprise gift of two wonderful twin girls and now that they are 3 I am ready to break out!
I’ve been using Adobe products from their inception starting with Pagemaker. I moved over to QuarkXpress for 7 years but always used Photoshop and Illustrator alongside while waiting for Adobe’s makeover of Pagemaker. Alas came InDesign and I never turned back.
During my career I’ve had the luck of working for agencies who bought all the latest and greatest technology and now I am planning on opening up a new studio here in Bangor, ME. We just moved the family here and there is a market for solid design and marketing. The creative juices are flowing!

I will take the new CS6 and continue upgrading my skill set – utilizing it to expand the new business I’ve started as a freelance designer & developer. That way, I’ll be able to work from a home office & take care of my new son or daughter – due in November!
I’m keen to upgrade my CS3 Production bundle from an aging Windows to the Master Suite collection for Mac OSX on the hand-down MacBook I received from a relative as a gift. Having used Photoshop and After Effects since v 3.1/1995, I’ve recently been into more creative illustration, book layout, app development, and poster design work for the local community I currently live in. Your upgrade to CS6 would increase my productivity considerably, I would appreciate receiving it.

Winning CS6 would be a dream come true for me. As lame as it may sound, I’ve never been able to afford a full pack. My brother & I make clean and entertaining videos with jokes, music & special guests. We want to produce a new type of animated video series that is about a group of interesting characters that go through random & fun adventures, & end up learning something cool along the way. There’s also a series I’ve been co-writing with my best friend for 9 years, though we’ve moved to different states, we’ve kept in touch mainly for our friendship & our passion to see our creations come to life someday! I know I COULD go out and “acquire” a free copy, but I simply refuse to do so! I believe you reap what you sow, and I wouldn’t want someone taking from me for free what I worked so hard to create unless I gave it to them by hand. Winning CS6 give me the tools I need to follow my lifelong dreams! Right now, I’m at the end of my rope because I don’t know how much longer things will take.
I want to upgrade my student version CS4 because this is my last chance to do it. I work especially with Premiere Pro and After Effects. Love it !!
I love to take underwater photos and just upgraded to a new camera. I want to take and edit the best UW and land photos I can to send to my son who lives in the States.
CS6 would give me the creative energy boost I’ve been needing/craving for a few years now. There are so many projects I’ve cataloged in my mind since seeing some of the upgrades with CS4, 5, 5.5 and now 6. With so many new features waiting to be tinkered with I can barely contain myself. Simply put, I can’t wait to push my creative chops beyond the boundaries I have in front of me today.
We plan to set up a social enterprise to help families in trauma after their family member suffers abuse. We will be offering counselling, but also offering to teach and enhance creative skills which will help them take a break from thinking about the abuse situation.
Workshops we run will be on the lines of Pottery (throwing or sculpting), Video camera work and editing, Photoshop and stills photography, animation, writing skills and desktop publishing. Being able to use the latest in this technology would help this social enterprise which we intend to roll out nationwide and worldwide.
If I win this Adobe CS6 Master Suite, I will install it in my Mac. It will awesome to be a creator for both MAC and PC. It’s just too expensive having it on two different platforms.

I’m a brand new Adobe user having just purchased CS5.5 Master Collection as the Teacher Edition. My immediate plans are to use Illustrator for educational art for my chemistry students, Photoshop for my photography hobby and have the rest of the tools on hand in case I end up with a need for them.
Take LR editing functionality and just put that in PS.
Wow! What a great opportunity for my kids (oldest is 13 then 12, 9, 7, and finally 5, ahem… for now…) to learn some of what their daddy is doing for a (meager) living.
They are always playing, emulating what they see me doing (photography and web design) and this would be great for them to use on a separate computer. What I mean is, my work computer has the Adobe products on it, but it’s just that, my work computer. This way they can have a blast making art, photography, videos (gonna have to up the bandwidth lol…) and I can still get work done.
They already do exactly what they would do with this great prize if I win. Albeit with definitely inferior products.
One of the things they do is make videos (think karaoke or words with music) of Christian praise songs that we compile from cd (bought and paid for!) They then pass the DVD’s and original CD to friends or anyone who needs a boost in their walk with God in this life.
Useful, practical, appealing websites for .org’s in the area might be a good start for them. I’ve already got the knowledge and framework they could plug in to.
I’m sure they will come up with more creative ways to use this gift. Thanks for the opportunity!
I am a caregiver for my husband who was seriously injured in Afghanistan on April 13, 2011. In order to provide extra income for my family as we go through his transition out of the military, I am turning my photography hobby into a business. I’ve recently upgraded some of my equipment, but the software is cost-prohibitive. Winning CS6 would jumpstart this new direction in our lives.
