I love photography and photo editing!
Photoshop CS4 is what I’m working with now – if I’m able to have the CS6, it’ll definitely be a benefit to new creativity!
This could take me to the RAW edge of photography. Work in low light and a tight budget. Often give away photos to local musicians. Only working part time and really need Lightroom. 75% of my photos are at ISO 1000 or higher. Often at 3200. My Photoshop version is an ancient copy of Elements.
Having taken a long time to create a “relationship” with digital photography, I decided to buy PSE10, which I have now used for a few months. I have come to the conclusion that my output and creativity would be taken to a new level with PS CS6 and/or Lightroom.
Unfortunately I can’t afford to buy any more products at the moment, so I am keeping my fingers crossed that I’ll win one of these fantastic products.
Where will Photoshop CS6 and Lightroom take me?
I could answer that very easily: to the cutting edge of photography. Into Webdesign. Into typography. Further in digital painting. Into digital comics and sequential art. Into everything I love doing digitally, and beyond. It would tie in with my Computer Science studies, with which I could learn to cope Apps I design. However, I’ll confess the real answer to this is simply “I don’t know”. I want to explore everything, and I can’t possibly know until I can try. I’ve run the CS6 trial, and I just don’t have the capacity to discover everything within the trial period, because there is SO MUCH THERE.
Where will they take me, physically? Hopefully, travelling around the world with my computer, tablet and camera. (And a good old sketchbook or two, of course.) I know I won’t live in the same country two years from now, but I hope to continue to connect to others through the art I publish online.
I don’t know where these tools would take me now, except above and beyond what I know to be possible.
I’m a teacher gr 10-12 com tech in a high school, and we are looking at cs5.5 or cs6 for 30 new imacs with cs production premium and this is a first time for my board to consider buying mac products along with cs production premium! very excited about trying to keep up with industry standards at high school levels!!
in school we have ps elements and pc’s
Hi Richard, that is pretty great if you can get that kind of technology in your school… You may want to take a look at Adobe’s volume licensing for Education – which is described in more detail here.
This will without a doubt take my images to a higher level. I so want to win this. Thank you for the chance.
Just getting my feet wet and trying to gain confidence in myself. After much encouragement from family and friends, it’s time to see what I can do! I imagine Photoshop CS6 and Lightroom would take me to places I’ve only dreamed of! Looking forward to an amazing journey!
I really need to brush up on my art school skills in order to improve my skill set.
We have 2 kids now and I have let my Photoshop skills get behind with all the upgrades.
Both will take me to newer levels that I haven’t reach before !
I am active duty military serving so that I can pay for photography school. I have to operate on a tight budget and need this giveaway to help me get a jumpstart on building my portfolio. Good luck to all :)
I’m going to college and working as a freelance photographer on the side. Both products would definitely get my photography business going.
Will help my skills better in design for creating website mockups
I love how the new cropping feature saves so much time by automatically framing the photo.
I’m looking to take my photography to the next level and make myself more competitive. I’m always learning new things, and I’ve heard time and time again I need to get these programs.
I really hope to start up my own photography business, but I will not be able to do that without these 2 fantastic products! I really hope to win this package! How awesome it would be to have both Photoshop CS6 AND Lightroom 4!!! I’m in college right now, and don’t have the extra money to afford these products or a nicer camera, but these would help with the image quality for sure!
My husband is currently trying to get his photography business up and running as well as deploying next month. He is a combat photographer with the USMC, and this Photoshop would go a long way towards helping him to pursue excellence both in his civilian life and his Marine Corps career. I have dabbled in photography myself, and a copy of Photoshop would definitely help me take my own photography to the next level.
Thank you and your husband for your service Jessica, and all best wishes for a safe and healthy return.
Please note that this contest closed last month – but you may wish to enter our free Adobe CS6 Premium Suite Giveaway instead!
Really looking forward to this! I love Photoshop CS5. I use in my military and personal business.
places I can’t even imagine :)
Here’s another package I would like to win!
It will take you to a wonderful unique place unknown
I was hesitant to spend so much on the new Photoshop CS6 from Adobe because I thought, no software can be worth so much. But boy did it prove me wrong, I’ve gone from creating 1 full-fledged comic artwork in 2 days to creating 2 complete artworks in 1 day. Trust me, buying Photoshop CS6 from Adobe is the best decision I ever made.
The photoshop software will take me a long way because I really like the editing pictures and I also need it because it is our computer lesson in school. If i don’t have this software at home, it is useless because I can’t apply these lessons outside school :] hope you pick me :]
“Where will Photoshop CS6 and Lightroom 4 take you?”……………….. To Infinity and beyond!
just can’t live without it!
I’ve just launched a new headshot company catering to actors/corporate professionals and CS6 would help me greatly! I’ve been using CS5 and the long render times for multi-layered edits are a hassle to wait for and with CS6 I could keep working while that happens! Lightroom 4 would also help me a ton with photo organizing and quick fixes on photos.
