  1. Donc si je comprends bien une fois que j’ai téléchargé avec votre site j’ai les logiciels pour toujours? sans avoir à payer d’abonnement?

  2. I have an unreliable internet connection, so I have to find download sites that are flexible enough to recover from, or resume, downloads that get interrupted by connectivity issues. This makes me wary of anything to do with the cloud. Yes, I am aware of the potential utility of the cloud, but there are lots of places where use of it can be a problem.

What I NEED is a small app that can read, and perhaps annotate, a PDF file. I expected that Reader would be suitable (it has met my essential needs in the past). Alas, it is NOT on my current computer (set up by family while I was sick).

I do not see Reader on this web page, but I did find it on Adobe’s website. Alas, I have fought for the past week trying to download and install it and every time I try it dies between 5% and 9% of the way through the process. Worse, it gives no diagnosis as to WHY it dies or what can be attempted to fix the problem. If I worked for Adobe, I’d have a few choice words for the team responsible for their download system as I HAVE seen downloaders that can work reliably over internet connections as flaky as is mine, but that is another story entirely (I am an experienced software engineer that has been forced into retirement for health issues).. NB: I have no option for fixing the connectivity issue as my health presently has me confined to a nursing home.

So, the essence of my question is where can I find Reader, or a reliable open source competitor to Reader; a site that has a resilient downloader system, so I can simply read my damned PDF files? (Being able to annotate them is a highly desirable bonus, but not required.)

BTW: While I prefer Linux, I am stuck with Windows 10.

  3. hi buddy, these files are not working … they are showing the installer files, but are not installing … kindly reinstall and when we delete and reinstall again, the same message is popping up. if you have any solution, then please share

    • Sorry, not sure why – we’ve never heard that before… What operating system and version are you using?

Could you please share more details about the issue? Do you receive any error or message? If so, what is the exact text of that? Often googling that will turn up a solution.

  4. Hello, I want to download Adobe XD by a Direct Download, not the Creative Cloud Launcher because it hangs in the process of installing and the Adobe XD setup itself won’t even start. Do you have any information at how can I get this app please?

  5. Hi, after I’ve followed the instructions and downloaded the installers (InDesign), tried to install, sign-in window popped up, signed in, and then it jumps straight to “Sorry, installation failed. An unknown error has occurred. (Error code: 1)” which I looked up on Adobe website the error code means “Core components failed to install/update. Download the latest version of the installer and try again.”

What do you reckon the problem is? I did update my Mac OS recently to Catalina – do you think that could be a problem? My old CC 2015 version that’s been working perfectly stopped working after I updated to Catalina OS, it’d open and then crash straightaway. Please help! Also thank you for uploading these, I’m so thankful and appreciative.

    • Hello Katherine – it’s unclear, but try these steps:

      1. Uninstall all Adobe software using your operating system commands.
      2. Download and run the Adobe Cleaner Tool.
      3. Reboot your computer (don’t skip this step).
      4. Reinstall the Creative Cloud software you want.

      Hope that helps!

    • Hey Joe, what are you talking about?

Your browser will tell you exactly where these downloads are coming from… Click Ctrl/Cmd ‘J’ in Chrome and you’ll see the sending server. Or Firefox tells you right off the bat – it’s from adobe.com.

So your browser absolutely confirms these installers are downloading direct from Adobe. As we stated above, these links go to the authentic and secure files residing on Adobe’s servers, are guaranteed genuine, safe, legal, and will not change.

  6. Hello, thank you for sharing the download link.

I downloaded the Illustrator Mac version.
The installation is complete. But when I run the file, I get a warning pop-up.
It’s about the expiry of the Trial version.
I want a solution to this problem.

  7. I asked you about the illustrator Mac version. It was a warning about the expiration of the Trial version.
I’m trying to answer the comments you’ve written, but the comments are deleted, so I’m rewriting the comments.

I’ve downloaded the Trial version before.

    • All the direct download links above are for the CC 2019 releases that came out over last fall and winter. Adobe has not released the offline installers for any additional updates to these applications (as they did for previous versions like CC 2015).

In other words, there are no further product patches/updates available at this time over what you see above for CC 2019. However, we continue to stay in contact with the company about making direct download links available for more CC versions now and going forward.

  8. I have installation problems with all the installer files and the new OS Catalina. It gives Code 1 and says unable to install. Any workarounds?

    Reply
    • It appears so. According to Adobe, the CC 2019 apps should generally work with macOS 10.15 Catalina. Please see:

What to Know About Running Adobe CC Apps on macOS Catalina

      Quoting there:

Current versions of Photoshop (20.x), Lightroom (2.x) & Lightroom Classic (8.x) released at MAX October 2018 are 64-bit applications with 64-bit licensing and installer components which can be installed and activated on macOS 10.15 “Catalina”

Adobe states there are minor issues with some CC 2019 tools, so you may want to remain on your current version of macOS until these issues have been resolved in the near future.

  9. What happened to ATM, (Adobe Type Manager)? Any alternative from Adobe, or updates to the old version?

That tool was very important considering we use Adobe’s font-intensive software!

    Reply
    • Adobe Type Manager was discontinued many years ago (circa 2005) because, by and large, the font support that ATM provided was built into the operating systems themselves… In other words, Windows functionality evolved and eventually obviated the need for an extra utility like Adobe Type Manager.

For more details, please see this Adobe Forums post.

    • There is no problem and no danger. These links go to the authentic and secure files residing on Adobe’s servers, are guaranteed genuine, safe, legal, and will not change. So absolutely virus-free.

    • Sorry, not sure what you’re referring to… None of these standalone installers have any password at all.

So there is no password on these direct downloads, and you won’t be asked for one.

  10. These are outdated versions and running the installer will result in a downgrade to a previous version. E.g., I was on PP 13.1.4, the latest is 13.1.5, but this installer downgraded me to 13.0. You should really make this clear on the page. I’m stuck with PP project files I can’t open (created in a newer version of PP) because this installer downgraded the app with no warning it was doing it rather than upgrading. :(

Are there links to the most current versions anywhere?

    Reply
    • So sorry about that, David. Believe it or not, you’re the first person who’s ever reported that happening. For some reason, this hasn’t really showed up as an issue.

Typically folks are using these installers if they don’t already have CC 2019 on their machines. And usually Adobe doesn’t change their tools’ project file formats in between major releases (e.g., in between CC 2019 and CC 2020).

I thought the same thing because when you mouse over the links they point to prodesigntools.com. But if you actually download one, it definitely does come from Adobe’s servers.

I see. Where I live, my only Internet access is my Verizon hotspot which, despite having “unlimited” data, is limited to 15GB a month. I have 8 Adobe app updates available and these updates are >10GB. I was hoping to get the updates elsewhere, bring them home and install them and thus avoid eating up 3/4 of my monthly bandwidth in one day. I found out the hard way that this doesn’t work. Now I’m going to have to tear down my desktop and take it somewhere just to get an update so I can open my files again…

    • We hear you David, and it’s people like you who are absolutely the reason we fight so hard for Adobe to continue providing direct download links for their products! All too often – especially in rural, remote or developing areas – a strong, fast and unlimited Internet connection is simply not the reality, and either not affordable or not available at all.

And thinking more about it, the reason most visitors here haven’t run into the same issue you did is because usually customers fall/stay in one of two categories: either always using direct download links, or always using the Creative Cloud Desktop app that Adobe provides… It’s rare what happened to you, where you first installed the standard way and then later tried to update using a standalone installer.

So thanks for sharing your experience, and sorry you’re having to go through that. Yes, there are unfortunately many customers who simply cannot use (or afford) the Creative Cloud Desktop app for one reason or another to maintain their software, and this is another critical reason why direct download links are absolutely needed.

In fact, we put together a whole list of reasons why here!
