How To: Download Photoshop for mac? i Downloaded your link, but can not Download it… can you help me
Sorry, not sure; did you receive any error(s) or other messages?
If so, what are they exactly – and did you try googling that to find a solution?
Just tested those links and all the downloads above check out 100% fine for us…
Nobody else has reported any issues, so we’d definitely need more detail in order to help you out.
You could also try downloading again, perhaps using a different browser or another computer or Internet connection.
Hello, I want Adobe AfterEffects 2018 but when I install it, It comes up as version 2015.
Also, when I download version 19 above, It says it is version 16. Could you please check for me?
Thank you.
The individual version numbers for each product are different and not the same as each other, nor the same as the overall “collection” release numbers of CC 2018, 2019, 2020, etc.
It’s confusing, but all the tools had different births and evolutions, so they all have their own separate revisioning – in addition to the larger Creative Cloud version which they are grouped under.
Here on this page is indeed the After Effects CC 2019 release, which individually is version 16.0 of the After Effects application itself.
That’s why you see a “16” in the installer filename for that tool.
But definitely everything here is CC 2019.
Hello, Why i can’t download CC Desktop App 2018 (v. 4.9.0.504) or CC Desktop App (v. 5.2.1.441)? It says Access Denied. Can you help me?
Hi Victor,
Note the asterisk next to the app name… Be sure to follow the download directions linked in the footnote.
As mentioned in the footer to the table above, some of the (asterisked) direct downloads require the additional step of following these download instructions first in order to work… The Creative Cloud Desktop is one of those apps.
It’s needed by Adobe’s servers in order to set up the download session, otherwise you will get an access or permissions denied message.
So do that first, before clicking on the “Download” link, and it should work fine.
Hope that helps!
Hello, Thanks for helping me. it works now
Great, glad to hear it – and thanks for letting us know.
Cheers
Boa noite.
Lightroom CC 2019 não tem para 32bits?
Meu sistema é 32 bits
Sorry, a 64-bit system is required for Lightroom 6 / CC 2015 (and higher) on both Windows (here’s how to tell) and on macOS.
The last version of Lightroom to support 32-bit systems was Lightroom 5.
When I downloaded Creative Cloud 2019, it says it’s just a trial – how do I get rid of that?
http://www.ChooseCreativeCloud.com/
hi,
I get the Photoshop 2020 version from Photoshop 2019 for Windows download link.
Please check again.
Here on this page is indeed the Photoshop CC 2019 release, which individually is version 20.0 of the Photoshop application itself.
That’s why you see a “20” in the installer filename for that tool.
But definitely everything here is CC 2019.
If you want the latest version, use the 2020 release instead:

Sending you many thanks for this helpful resource.
The adobe animate 2019 link doesn’t allow me to download. Every other link i’ve tried is working, however the most important one to me (animate) wont seem to download. Could somebody update me when or if the link will ever be fixed?
Thank you for this service nonetheless.
Hi, not sure why you’re having issues with that – we just tested both Animate links (for Windows and macOS) and they work & download perfectly for us.
hello,
When i download CC Desktop App (v. 5.2.1.441), it automatically updates to the latest version of CC desktop app
Yup, that means your system supports a newer release of the Desktop app (for Windows 10) and you should be using that instead…
Those prior versions of the Desktop app are only for older (or non-64-bit) operating systems.
Important: If you’re using Chrome and the links don’t work, then try with another web browser like Firefox, Edge, Opera or Safari. No problems at all downloading with any of those.
The latest version of Chrome has an issue because our page is https, but Adobe’s download server is not – it’s http only, and there’s nothing we can do about that!
So with a “mixed content download” here, all you have to do is use a different browser. It’s safe and easily taken care of.
Thank you for these direct links, very helpful.
Does it support the Arabic language?
Because there are copies where there is no text direction.
Like this image in Adobe Illustrator:
https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/using/arabic-hebrew.html#Textdirection
Our understanding was that all languages are included in a single CC 2019 installer download, but it possibly may not include Hebrew or Arabic for InDesign and Illustrator.
The reason is because of the following Adobe help page – please follow the instructions there and let us know if that helps:
How to Install Hebrew or Arabic Versions of InDesign CC and Illustrator CC

try to download from another browser
hey, are these beta versions? or full versions? ex-; ADOBE fuse ?
They’re not beta versions. These are the original production releases of the CC 2019 applications.
These links are for both the free trials as well as the full versions, depending on which plan you choose.
In other words, these downloads can be activated for ongoing use without having to reinstall the software.
Hi,
I installed the Indesign CC 2019 (Mac) next to my existing latest other adobe apps.
Now if I open the Creative Cloud, app pane, it says : Page unavailable.
Reinstalling the CreativeCloud app doesn’t work, also emptying the OOBE folder doesn’t work.
Any tips are appreciated.
Hey Ralf, that’s odd – we’ve never heard of it before.
But googling the error message turns up this Adobe Help forum page, which recommends the following solution as working to fix the issue:
1. Uninstall all Adobe apps using standard OS procedures.
2. Download & run the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool, remove all apps.
3. Reboot your computer (don’t skip this step).
4. Start again from the top by reinstalling the Creative Cloud tools you want.
Hope that helps! Sorry for the hassle and please let us know how it goes.
Great news! The offline installers for the new Creative Cloud 2021 release are now available, and here’s our post out today on what you need to know:

@ProDesignTools
Hey,
Thank you.
I didn’t want to remove all the apps, so I tried “repair” instead of uninstall from the CC uninstaller.
After that, the app page was back, now showing all my apps correctly.
I have the latest versions of most apps, but when I activated “show older apps” in the preferences, all apps appeared.
I’ll leave it that way for now.
Thanks again……
Great – glad to hear it, Ralf! And thanks for sharing that tip – it will for sure help someone else out.
Hi ProDesignTools team …
I’ve had to install Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign 2019 on an older Mac and managed to do so using your site.
That was very helpful but now there’s the problem that I can’t update to the latest 2019 Versions (Photoshop 20.0.10, InDesign 14.0.3.433 and Illustrator 23.1.1), since they’re no longer supported by the Creative Cloud app.
Is there any way to get my hands on the update files?
I tried official Adobe Support but all they did was direct me to you.
I *do* have the Versions I would need on another computer – is there a way to manually replace the app files?
The machine I’m having the problems with is a Mac running High Sierra.
Upgrading to a later major release is absolutely no option because that would mean upgrading the software on several machines, some of which are unable to run it!
Thank you so so much!
Kind regards
Gino
Hi Gino, that’s a really great question.
These direct download links are largely the original base “2019.0” versions from late 2018, with some a bit more recent from early 2019… There are no further updates available or expected, unfortunately – Adobe has not ever provided those updates in the form of standalone installers.
And to our knowledge, it is not possible to transfer existing installations of Creative Cloud apps between machines or to new systems.
One other option would be to get a free trial for Creative Cloud for Teams, which would allow you to create and download your own complete, fully-updated installer packages for the current and previous releases, any version… No credit card is required. More details here.
Hello! I managed to download photoshop for Mac but is there a way to get past the subscription and not only use the free trial?? I just need it for schoolwork and i’m new to all this, so can you help guide me through please? Thank you!
@ProDesignTools
How do i get access to the full version to use it without having to pay for a monthly subscriptions?? You said it depends on the plan you choose, but how do i do that or how to activate like you said?? I’m very new to all of this.
As we said, you need to decide which subscription you want from Adobe and then that will activate the software.
all these software are not free ? need to buy after 7 days trial ? I had installed adobe indesign, but it’s a trial version… pls help
I installed adobe indesign but need to buy it after 7 days trial ?
Yes, that’s right.
Too bad, I am downloading in vain to specify the language
What we’ve been told is that all available product languages are included in a single multilingual download above, and that the software will install to the disk location and program language that are set in the Preferences of your CC Desktop app (with reasonable defaults)…
So Adobe says it is possible to install with a different supported language (or elsewhere on your computer besides the C: drive) – but you have to indicate that by using the Desktop app before running the installer. If you need to install additional languages, then just restart your system and then run the same installer again after choosing another language in those Preferences.
