Hi, I’m trying to download Illustrator and Indesign but I don’t know why it’s not happening. What do I do?
Are you using Chrome? If so, try another web browser like Firefox, Edge, Opera or Safari. No problems at all downloading with any of those.
The latest version of Chrome has an issue because our page is https, but Adobe’s download server is not – it’s http only, and there’s nothing we can do about that!
So with a “mixed content download” here, all you have to do is use a different browser. It’s safe and easily taken care of.

Chrome recently decided to block mixed-content downloads, which is impacting a lot of users of that browser… Instead, we now use Firefox or Safari for most purposes.
Do you have the updates for CC 2019?

Nobody else has reported any issues with that, so we’d definitely need more detail in order to help you out.
Perhaps the file got corrupted – that’s what it sounds like. So maybe try downloading again, using a different browser or another computer or (better) Internet connection?
When I open the file of the Set-up, the following message appears:
“The installation cannot continue as the installer file may be damaged. Download the installer file again.”
No one else has reported any problems with the installers, and everything should be fine.
Did you try downloading the installer again – perhaps using a different web browser or another computer / Internet connection?
Does the computer where you’re installing have Internet access? That is needed briefly to activate the software during the installation process.
Also, what is your operating system – macOS or Windows – and which version?

If that is not the case, then try googling the exact text of the error message, which will often turn up a solution.
hi, I downloaded and installed photoshop cc 2019 and illustrator cc 2019 from direct download links, but the free trial date counter says there are 7 days left. What should I do?

I am trying to install Adobe Indesign and Adobe Photoshop 2019 on a newly-formatted Catalina machine that already has the 2020 version on the machine. Can I still install 2019 onto the machine without crashing before installation?
Yes, you can definitely have multiple Creative Cloud releases installed on one computer at the same time.
CC 2018 and older Creative Cloud versions are no longer supported on macOS v. 10.15 “Catalina”; however, the CC 2019 edition (above) and particularly newer 2020 and 2021 releases should work.
This what my system tells me when ever I want to install the photoshop I downloaded:
“Sorry, installation failed
Installer was unable to access a critical file/ directory, please try installing again (Error Code: 41)”
Not sure; did you try googling the exact text of the error message? You could also try this:
1. Uninstall all Adobe apps using standard OS procedures.
2. Download & run the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool, remove all apps.
3. Reboot your computer (don’t skip this step).
4. Start again from the top by reinstalling the Creative Cloud tools you want.

Yes, unfortunately the 2019 direct links were down earlier. Adobe installed a SSL certificate on the download server last night to improve security, and that caused the links above to be unavailable for a short while.
However, the links are back up now – and they also finally support https.
The password?
Sorry, not sure what you’re referring to… None of these offline installers have any password at all.
So there is no password on these direct downloads, and you won’t be asked for one.
Hi there – I was able to successfully download the disc image for Premiere Pro CC 2019 using Safari, link it to my existing CC account, and open the Adobe Installer. However, the installer appears to be stuck at “Installing 0%” (nothing in “estimated time remaining”). No error message, but no movement at all. Any thoughts about why this could be? Running Mojave 10.14.6; have CC 2021 already installed on the machine.
You could reboot the system and try again. If still no luck, we’d suggest following these steps from our comment above.

How do I install the fuse 2017 on windows.
It has no setup to run.
Regarding Fuse, unfortunately Adobe left out the installer executable (setup.exe on Windows or install.app in Mac) from the Fuse package downloads… So it requires an extra step to be installed standalone.
Please see this previous comment by Daniel and our reply for how you can install Fuse. The second app that you download to help must be from that page/version, not this one.
However, importantly, please note that Adobe has announced they are stopping future development on Fuse.
Thank you so much for this. Question, I’m hoping to get the last released version of Premiere Pro 2019 (13.1.5) The installer installed 13.0, which was pretty buggy. Is there a way to upgrade or download the installer for 13.1.5 for premiere pro? (and the last version of adobe media encoder as well?)

Hi, it’s all of them. Adobe has not actually offered a 32-bit version of the video or audio tools since CS4 in 2008:

In other words, those are all native 64-bit-only applications – they do not exist in 32-bit form.

I do run into an installer issue with photoshop where I get an error (code 41/42) mentioning that the installer was unable to access a critical file or directory. What do you suggest as a workaround for that?

Hello Mike, they’re the same. Meaning it’s the same download for the free trial as well as full version… It just depends on which plan you pick:

But after Adobe’s activation, the free trial will convert to the full version without needing to reinstall the software.
