Since I am not able to find the official 2019 versions on the Adobe website, I came here.
Are these setup files pure as originals?
I don’t want to install patched or pirated or third-party-edited setups.
If i don’t find an official one, then I’m going to download these anyway, but at least I should be aware.
Can some one please confirm?

Hello, I downloaded Adobe Animate CC 2019 and ran into a problem during the launch of the installer – my folder or desktop does not work, depending on where I open the file. (Sorry for the grammar)

I reinstalled the system and everything worked, apparently this was the problem of my PC. Sorry to bother you, and thanks for such a quick response.
Now I ran the installation and it gave me this error:
“The installation cannot proceed as the installer file may be damaged. Download the installer file again.”

Per the suggestion given in the error message, did you try downloading the installer again – perhaps using a different web browser or another computer / Internet connection?
Does the computer where you’re installing have Internet access? That is needed briefly to activate the software during the installation process.
Also, what is your operating system – macOS or Windows – and which version?

Hello, will these links work for the mac big sur update? I came here a couple months ago only to realize these weren’t compatible yet. I prefer 2019 since it’s a lot easier on my computer. Thanks!
The CC 2019 apps will run on macOS Catalina – but for Big Sur, Adobe generally recommends the latest 2021 versions.
Now I ran the installation and it gave me this error:
“The installation cannot proceed as the installer file may be damaged. Download the installer file again.”
Windows 7, with all updates, used two different browsers. This error is issued with almost all applications from your site, only in some it says that the file is not complete.

We just tested that direct download link and it checks out 100% fine for us… Nobody else has reported any issues either.
We have to install 2019 versions on a computer with no Adobe products. The reason is we use other software and for compatibility, 2019 versions are the “newest” we can accept. The problem is the CC App doesn’t go back this far, to give the option of the 2019 versions. So the idea was to install those versions from this site.
Now, I am not installing this directly, my IT team is, and I don’t have visibility to what they see, but they reported a comment about the install. They are saying that the CC App is “preventing” these older versions from being installed and is somehow “taking over” and wanting the apps to “only” be installed via the CC App. Here is their direct message to me to explain it…
“We cannot get any of the apps to install from the downloaded files. The software keeps trying to connect to creative cloud and fails every time. We researched the error and tried to come up with solutions using old CC installs but every time it updates to the latest CC version.”
Can you provide any guidance or suggestions?

Knowing that is important to help, and googling it can often find a solution.

After downloading the the installers from here, try the Installation without an Internet Connection.
If you get this error:
“Update required: Your browser or operating system is no longer supported. You may need to install the latest updates to your operating system.”
or this error:
“The installation cannot proceed as the installer file may be damaged. Download the installer file again.”
…then extract the files, turn off the Internet or Wi-Fi, and try to install the software again.

These links are for both the free trials as well as the full versions, depending on which plan you choose.
In other words, these downloads can be activated for ongoing use without having to reinstall the software.
The standard free trial for Creative Cloud is 7 days long – however there is still a 14-day period after that time where the purchase of any subscription plan is fully-refundable from Adobe.

Hi All, I want to ask if there is an update for After Effects CC 2019 (16.1.3) download link? I’m still using this version because some time ago I tried to use the 2020 & 2021 version, but I feel that version is not running well on my laptop. Now I’m using AE CC 2019 (16.0). I want (16.1.3) because sometimes I need to use Content Aware Fill features. I’ve tried updating on the official CC App but there are no updates. Hope someone helps me. Thank you.
Hi Aminudin, wish we could help. As you saw, these direct download links are largely the original base “2019.0” versions… There are no further updates available as standalone installers, as Adobe has not provided them.
However, the Creative Cloud 2021 direct links are now available – and are of course newer versions of the tools. Sorry, but that’s the best we can do.
Hello, once I’ve downloaded photoshop cc 2019 for pc, which file do i want to open within the zip file? i can’t find any instructions, and there are a bunch of files in the zip file and i’m not sure what they do. thank you so much!
Sure, it shouldn’t be too complicated. Does this help?
On Windows: Just unzip the downloaded file into a new folder, and then run the “Set-up.exe” executable file within that folder to begin the installation. Feel free to remove that folder once the installation has completed.
On macOS: Just double-click on the downloaded .dmg file to mount it on your computer and start the installation process.

Hi David, either Windows 10 (version 1703 or higher) or Windows 7 will work for most Creative Cloud 2019 applications. But note that Windows 7 is no longer supported for the CC video and audio tools, and Windows 8.1 is not supported at all.
For more details, consult the complete CC 2019 System Requirements. If those don’t fit for you, then you can instead continue to use the older CC 2018 applications.
I installed InDesign cc 2019 (14.0.0.130) through Creative Cloud while it was still available there, but am now having horrible lag problems with the Type tool. Adobe Forums say 14.0.1.209 was the fix:

However that and subsequent updates to v14 are no longer available through CC.
Can anyone tell me what version the link above is for? or where I could find the 14.0.1, .0.2, or .0.3 updates?
(I want to avoid upgrading past the rest of the office to v15, as not everyone’s computer can run CC2020+ yet)

You’re not alone. Many customers need to stay on older versions for various reasons, frequently due to hardware or OS support limitations. But regrettably, Adobe only officially supports the current release (2021) and the previous major release (2020):

Hi, thanks for providing the older version (which should be the job of ADOBE, by the way), but thanks we have you. I get an error message in the install process (photoshop) saying “installer was unable to access critical file/directory (error code: 41).” I am running on mac os, Big sur.

If you google the text of that error message, you’ll see that it can occur when trying to install older Adobe software on macOS Catalina or newer (including Big Sur and Monterey).
Not sure of how to fix it except to install the CC 2019 on an older macOS, or install a newer release of Creative Cloud on your newer Mac:

I was giving up getting Photoshop 2019 because I cannot download the older version of Photoshop from the Creative Cloud Desktop App, but I can finally download it here and it works perfectly.

Once you subscribe to Creative Cloud, you can (unofficially) use older versions… They will still run under your paid membership.
So you don’t necessarily have to use the newest releases, if you prefer not to – or if your computer does not support the latest versions, due to their system requirements.
In other words, Adobe won’t stop you from using prior CC releases and won’t force you to upgrade.
Just be aware that Adobe will “officially” support only the current release – CC 2021 – and one version back – CC 2020… But as long as you don’t run into any unexpected issues, then that shouldn’t be a problem, and you can continue to use previous versions as long as you want.

Is this compatible with 32-bit?
Which app are you referring to? Check the table below for 32-bit vs. 64-bit compatibility.
Also, Creative Cloud 2018 offers additional apps (like Photoshop) available in 32-bit.
Does the link for “Animate CC 2019” work in 2021 on a windows 10? I’ve been wanting this software for a while, specifically this version because every other version I’ve tried downloading (2018, 2017, etc) have always resulted in the program closing a few seconds upon startup.
Yes – any of the CC 2019 installers above should work on the latest version of Windows 10, with a 64-bit system.

I discovered this topic on the Adobe help website. I have an iMac (old) with macOS High Sierra. So far I’ve been working on CC 2018 but want something newer.
I managed to download CC 2019 zip files, but only After Effects successfully installed. Bad luck with PS and InDesign as they have a message: failed error 41, problem accessing a key file or directory.
What can I do? Can you help me?

Hi, when I analyze the setup.exe file of any adobe with the virustotal.com website, it shows that there are 2 detections of possible malware. I know the software is genuine, but maybe the server could be compromised.
