Oh, also what I tried was turning off my firewall and allowing all cookies in Internet settings, and using Google Chrome instead of IE – and when that still didn’t work I tried IE again and then it happened to work with IE – so I think maybe the Adobe server is also temperamental to your IP which is changed every time you open a browsing session, so if nothing else works try restarting your browser.
I hope this helps other people.
Thanks Dieter, those are great tips – we tried to cover most of those in the download instructions and in the article above… Appreciate it!
where can i download a free trial for adobe after effects cs5.5?
Right here on this page, it’s in the table above actually.
i’ve downloaded the files and done the setup…but every time i tried to open dreamweaver, it’s restarted automatically
Hi Intan, we’ve never heard of anything like that before, so could you give a little more information on the problem? Did your installation complete without any errors? Are you saying that the Dreamweaver application restarts, or your computer? Have you checked with Adobe Support at all on this? Thanks.
Why I download Master Collection yesterday and when I try to resume the download this day it failed? Is there any change in the download file? Yesterday the file was 6.2GB and when I check back now the file size only 5.1GB? What happened, whether the link was wrong? or mixed up with Production Premium?
Hello Arif, the files and links have not changed and are correct. However, if you’re not using a download manager then you cannot resume a download – it has to happen all in one shot with a fast Internet connection (because of the large file sizes). Sometimes it can take a few tries (restarting from the beginning) if you don’t get the entire files at once.
If you are using a slower service or wireless, or have a spotty connection, then try downloading these files using your own free download manager to assist in the operation.
Or just get them the regular way using Adobe’s Download Assistant, which can serve a similar purpose. Hope this helps.
my computer restarts… it happens the same with the dreamweaver cs6 trial version too…
Hmm… Well Intan, it’s something we’ve never heard of before but if it happens for you with two completely different Adobe releases, then it sounds like (unfortunately) something’s wrong with your system somehow.
I keep getting this error message when I click on the cs5.5 master collection download
You don’t have permission to access “…/AdobeProducts/STAM/CS5_5/win32/MasterCollection_CS5_5_LS1.exe” on this server.

Can someone please help?
Hi, all the trial direct links continue to work fine on our end… Have you carefully followed the download instructions?
If so, and you’re still having difficulty, see this list of 9 download tips – thanks.
Hi, thanks so much for this page. the link for CS5.5 Master Collection Mac English trial does not work. Please could you fix it. thanks again! :-)
Greetings Obrian, it’s working perfectly from our end – are you following the instructions in the article?
I successfully installed CS 5.5 Design Standard yesterday. However, when I open Photoshop, I get the following error message:
“One or more files in the Adobe Application Support folder, necessary for running Photoshop, are missing. Please run the Photoshop installer and re-install Photoshop.”
…then, when I attempt to use one of your links (carefully following your download instructions, logged in to my account on Adobe) I am unable to download again. Any of your download links sends me to the following error message:
You don’t have permission to access “…/AdobeProducts/PHSP/12_1/osx10/Photoshop_12_1_LS1.dmg” on this server.
Reference #18.cc0c0317.1337269016.82e6195b
I’ve tried at various times for the last two days, from different browsers, created new Adobe accounts. Nothing. Is this error in Photoshop critical, or should I just bypass it every time I work in Photoshop? Help?!
Hey there Twizzler, sorry you’re having issues with that. There are solutions to that problem that don’t involve reinstalling – see:
Two solutions to error for: “One or more files in the Adobe Application Support folder… are missing” when you start Photoshop (Mac OS)
As for difficulties downloading, if you’ve read through the comments above you know that you’re not entirely alone, it does occasionally happen – and that it often just takes patience to get past.
Hello.
I’m downloading Master Collection. On Assistant it shows 9.59 GB size. I’ve already downloaded 9.62 GB but Assistant still missing about 70 hours…
Thanks
Greetings Frank… The numbers shown in the table above are for the Windows version in English: 5.1 GB.
For Master Collection in Western Europe on Windows it’s 9.4 GB.
For Master Collection in English on Mac it’s 6.1 GB.
For Master Collection in Western Europe on Mac it’s 10.8 GB.
These are very large files so will take hours on most Internet connections. Here are some estimated download times.
Thank you for your links. But I clicked these links, they all said “Access Denied”. does it still work anymore?
Yes Tracy, they all still work – have you carefully followed the instructions given in the article?
Hi,
Thanks for a great site!
I had downloaded & installed the trial for CS4 Master Collection several months ago and when I downloaded & installed Master Collection CS 5.5 today, it said my trial had ended. Shouldn’t I be able to do a trial with CS 5.5 even though I already did CS4?
Thanks!
Yes Opyh, you’re allowed one trial for each new Adobe release on a given computer. If it’s giving you that message, then it’s possible you had a Creative Suite 5 product installed on there sometime (anytime) over the past.
how do i sign in?
Hi, just follow the instructions given in the article… If you don’t have an Adobe ID already, it’s easy to create one.
@ ProDesignTools
A Download Manager (I tried with FreeDownloadManager and jDownloader) doesn’t work for me.
How can I import the cookies or whatever so that I can download it?
Sorry Ali, you can’t set it up manually – the cookie authentication has to come directly from Adobe’s servers…
Try this list of download tips and hopefully that will help.
NEED ADOBE CAPTIVATE 5.5 VERSION DIRECT DOWNLOAD LINK
hi, can you please help to get the adobe captivate 5.5 version set up? i have got the version 5 from here but i have only the license for captivate 5.5, and the adobe website is so dumb to download anything – it keeps asking for “please try again to save to a different location” … PLEASE HELP TO GET CAPTIVATE 5.5
No worries Jobin, here are the direct download links for both Captivate 5 and 5.5… Just follow the same instructions as above to get the downloads started.
I just got a new computer but I can’t get a cs5.5 master collection installer directly from adobe because of cs6, so i’ve ended up here. I’ve downloaded, installed and entered my serial and everything seems to have gone okay, can you confirm that these files are in fact full versions from adobe? should i expect to have any problems in the future in terms of not all content being there/working, or having registration issues because this wasn’t downloaded through adobe?
May I also ask how you are still getting these from adobe’s website? I assumed they would take them down. Are these legit?
Welcome David, check out the introductory paragraphs to the article… These are all the direct download links for all the original and authentic CS5.5 trials. We don’t maintain these files separately, they all come from Adobe’s servers and are guaranteed genuine. In fact, it’s not allowed by Adobe to copy and/or redistribute their software binaries.
Even though CS6 is now out and available as you mention, Adobe keeps the older versions linked for the use of customers that have bought previous releases via download instead of boxed. Those customers need continual access to their purchased tools online, and that’s what these provide. Hope this helps and good luck with your new system!
Hi, I need the link to download Adobe Creative Suite CS5.5 Master Collection trial . Any link here connects me with CS6.
Tks from argentina.
adolfo
Hello Adolfo, you’re in the right place – these are links to the CS5.5 trials on Adobe’s servers, just make sure you are carefully following the download instructions.
Hi, its me again, I have this error, what can I do ?
Access Denied
You don’t have permission to access “…/AdobeProducts/STAM/CS5_5/osx10/MasterCollection_CS5_5_LS4.dmg” on this server.
Reference #18.b6c97bc8.1338774408.3210ae3e
Hello again Adolfo, please try a different browser, computer, or Internet connection… Also see this list of download tips.
Sweet! Saves time looking for Extra Content…Worked flawlessly..
Im trying to download Photoshop but it says access denied.
Please see the comments and replies just above yours – thanks.
I had some trouble at first as well. The critical step was Step 1 – start the Photoshop trial download through the “proper” channel before trying the links above. It seems to get you clearance for everything else.
Yes, absolutely right – step 1 of the instructions is very important, thanks!
I keep getting an error message when trying to install ANY of the direct links for windows:
“Access Denied
You don’t have permission to access ‘…/AdobeProducts/IDSN/7_5/win32/InDesign_7_5_LS1.exe’ on this server.
Reference #18.2d5f543f.1339866907.77e76cb”
…I’m assuming this is a site problem? Can someone check this?
Hi, please make sure you’re carefully following the download instructions given in the article above – thanks.
I downloaded the Adobe Flash CS5.5 file and saved it to my computer. I tried to open the file but my computer doesn’t know what program to open it with because the type of file is infact, a FILE. What should I do to try and open the file?
A correction to my last comment: It is an Unknown file type. Not an actual FILE like I said before.
Greetings Nick, are you using Internet Explorer? As mentioned in the article, we suggest using a different browser because IE has a tendency to drop off the file extensions on these downloads… (Firefox and Chrome are fine)
If so, just rename the file(s) to add an “.exe” back at the end, where there is no extension. Then double-click that .exe and the installation procedure should run as normal.
@ ProDesignTools
Thank you so much for the quick response!
Sure Nick, glad you got it worked out and thanks for letting us know.
