hi…i was wondering…why i can’t download the photoshop cs5 trial? can u tell me one by one how to download it…im sure that it is easy for u but it’s hard for me…i hope u could help me get to download it…
Greetings Aemie, this page is actually for the CS4 and CS3 trials, in the tables above – if you want Creative Suite 5 (including Photoshop CS5), then please see either Adobe’s trial downloads page (which uses the Akamai Download Manager), or our CS5 direct download links – and follow the step-by-step instructions there… thanks.
@ProDesignTools
open a window and go to the adobe website, go to download an adobe product on trial and log in… then just don’t do anything, open another page – come here click on the download you want, and that should work
Yes, precisely – thank you… and this is exactly what we describe in steps 1-4 of the Download Instructions above… Thanks for putting it in another way, which never hurts.
Seems like it doesnt work any longer.
Hi Eduardo, we just tested and all the trial download links appear to be working fine – did you carefully follow the instructions in the article? Thanks.
@ProDesignTools
This is exactly what I was looking for…. but I can’t get it to work either. I followed the instructions and the dmg file is “downloading” but no data seems to be coming through.
Thanks!
PS – I am able to get Dreamweaver to download, but not the CS4 Web Premium. I lost my original disks! We’ll see if my serial will activate individual products.
Hello Austin, we just checked all those links and they are good. If you can download any of these trial files, in theory you should be able to download them all. However, that CS5 Web Premium is a large one – 5 GB – so there may be issues with the file size for you.
Try a different Internet connection if you can (not Wi-Fi). If that doesn’t work, a third-party download manager might help (see CNET’s recommendations for a DLM). Hope this helps!
OK – It’s working now. Just very slow. Thanks again!
thank you to whoever it was that created this page – i have spent hours in the past looking for trial versions from shareware sites that would probably have viruses. Who would have guessed you could just access them from adobe. Again thank you.
thanks for trial of CS4.
Ps. Google rules! :)
thank you for the trial download of After Effects CS4
Thanks heaps for the links to download. Frustrating that these aren’t easier to find on Adobe’s site… Not all of us have a 64-bit OS / processor :P
This crap doesn’t even work. I waited fricken 2 hrs downloading what should be Photoshop Cs4. I put the files in the same folder, but there is no fricken exe. file??? How are you supposed to install with no damn execute file. Ridiculous
Welcome Ilana, sorry you’re having issues… Did you happen to read the complete article above? Especially the part where we recommend not using Internet Explorer because it has a tendency to drop the file extensions, and that if you do, you might need to rename some of your downloaded files to add back an “.EXE”? As mentioned, that should take care of all your problems. Thanks and hope that helps, good luck to you.

Thank you all for posting your kind feedback, and glad it worked out for you!
Thanks so much for the links. You receive my stamp of approval for a medal.
Hey Fletcher, that’s very kind – thank you!
Of course Adobe’s products are great – which is why everyone is here – so they deserve one first and foremost…
Happy we could help out and good luck with the trial.
Hi, just after I click ‘free trial’ in the setup, it says I need insert the InDesign CS4 CD?
Hi Nicole, for that issue please see this earlier comment and response – thanks!
Thank you so much.
Hi. I just downladed the CS4 trial today, worked perfectly with Firefox 4 and Windows 7. Thanks so much. It’s for my daughter, she’s trying to buy a license via school, but it’s long. She must work at their projects at home, so these free trials are very nice. She tried before CS3. She was using Photoshop 7 recently, so it’s better!!!
Greetings Therese, that’s nice to hear and thank you for sharing your experience… Glad we could help out while your daughter gets the purchase sorted out with her school!
Lifesaver! Had to reinstall today on my workstation. Cannot find the DVDs that were sent originally when I bought it and didnt have all day to dig around. Thanks for providing these. Back up and running again… luckily my software key was in a safe place.
Dear Sir,
Would you pls tell me where can I download the CS4 software? For consistent purpose, at this moment. We need CS4 only.
Thanks.
Salina
Hello Salina, all of the original CS4 trials can be downloaded direct from Adobe’s servers via the links given in the tables above.
Im trying to get the Cs3 Master link for Mac to connect me, and its taking me to the Adobe site which is telling me to login and come back to the download area – but its already shows me logged in with my name and all on Adobe, as if it doesnt know. I tried clicking around the links on Adobe, but it still all leads up to the new CS5 trials. please help. Thanx
Yes Spark, that tends to happen to visitors from time to time… Please see Kate’s earlier comments, the things she tried, and the series of replies which follow – and hopefully that should help you get past it.
Perhaps I’m not reading correctly since this seems to be working for so many people. I’d appreciate it if someone could explain this to me in a way I will understand.
I have a Mac Intel Duo Core Processor 10.4.11. As far as I’ve read, my system will not support CS5.
In clicking the links, I’m sent to the Adobe downloads site where I only see CS5 downloads. I’d really appreciate help. I’m sure I’m doing something wrong.
That’s true JL – per the CS5 hardware requirements, you need Mac OS X v10.5.7 or better to run it…
Please see the comment and response just above yours for assistance with the download difficulty – thanks.
I have my purchased license and serial number for CS3. I got a new computer but I don’t have the original install discs any longer, so I have been unable to get the Adobe Design Standard on to my new computer.
If I download the trial version of CS3 Design Standard, will I have the opportunity to enter my serial number so that it converts out of trial mode?
I appreciate the help.
Yes Melissa, you should be able to do that, and it’s one of the main reasons for having these available… Please let us know how it turns out – thanks!
hi there. I followed your instructions to download the cs4 trial, and it downloaded ok. but when i double click the .exe file, it says a problem has occurred, plz install adobe after effects cs4 installer again. Both .exe and .7z files are in the same folder! Some help plzzzzzz!!!
do i have to have winzip for this to work?
Hi FM, sorry you’re having difficulties… You don’t need WinZip to extract or install the software – it’s entirely self-contained, and all you do is run the .exe file(s) and that will take care of the rest.
It’s possible you may have an incomplete or corrupted download. Here are the MD5 checksums for After Effects CS4 – please check against them to see if your files downloaded fully and correctly.
If the checksums do not match, then you’d have to try the download again… The best advice to solve it: avoid Wi-Fi, and try a different browser, computer, and/or internet connection.
If the checksums do match, then you indeed have the proper and complete files, and it must be some other issue. Hope this helps!
Hi,
Seems that i cannot download the cs3 version of after effects. The link prompts me to sign in and even after that i cannot download. Please help.
Hello Mark, that sometimes happens… Please see Kate’s earlier comments, the things she tried, and the series of replies which follow – and hopefully that should help.
Hey! These are awesome links, and were very helpful to me. the one problem is you don’t seem to have Photoshop Elements 7 nor Premiere Elements 7?
Hey, that’s great Taku – and actually we do have the direct download links for Photoshop Elements 9 and Premiere Elements 9, and then the exact same thing for PSE 8 / PRE 8 and PSE 7 / PRE 7.
